My boyfriend has a severe dairy allergy and we emphasized to our server not to put cheese on his meal. His dish comes back with cheese on his beans and some cheese has also spilled onto his tacos. Frustrating, but no big deal , it can be fixed. We sent it back requesting no cheese because he has a dairy allergy. They bring back the meal. It's clearly the SAME dish they brought us before. I see marks indicating they just scooped out the cheese from the beans and the tacos still have the SAME cheese residue on it. This is pure laziness. The food is cross contaminated with cheese. If my boyfriend eats this it will send him into anaphylactic shock. I tell the guy who delivered the food there's still cheese on his food. He tries to argue with me. I have to stare him dead in the eye and sternly tell him my boyfriend has a dairy allergy and this will send him to the hospital.
