Everything went wonderfully for our wedding shower in San Diego. From the very beginning there has been great communication with Manny whenever I had any questions or needed to update the guest list. On the day of the event, they came two hours prior to set up and made sure to check in to see if we liked the placement of the stations along the way. We had a wonderful catering experience with Tacos Revolucion! The communication (with Manny) leading up to our event was excellent and helpful. The menu options and setup details were explained well when I had specific questions. The team arrived on time for prep, and were courteous and professional in their set up and cooking. We worked together to find the best spot for them to serve the guests in our backyard. All of their equipment is shiny, clean, and well maintained; it looked so beautiful when all set up, and worked perfectly with our wedding celebration theme. Our guests were all raving about the food! Everything was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The meats (we had pollo, asada, and pastor tacos) were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice and beans were so tasty. The quesadillas were "insanely good!" Many guests went back for second helpings, and enjoyed watching the cooking process, especially the homemade tortillas being made on site. Several guests also took a business card because they loved the catering so much, which made me happy. The team was easy to work with, and kept me informed of when they were ready to serve and clean up. They served with a smile, asking each guest for their taco order. We purposely over-ordered slightly, so we knew we'd have plenty of leftovers. The team boxed up the leftover food nicely (I provided my own containers for this) and then cleaned up swiftly, quietly, and thoroughly. I just want to say these people were AMAZING, from prebooking, taste testing, random questions up until the day, and great communication every step of the way. We used them for my daughters quinceañera last night and they were a HUGE hit. There's a few people in my family who are very critical of any catered food and even THEY LOVED IT. We had Tacos Revolucion as our food vendor for our wedding last month in June and I cannot emphasize how AMAZING they truly were!
