We hired Tacos Revolución for an event, and I can honestly say it was some of the best taco catering in all of Orange County. The setup was professional, the service was smooth, and the food... unreal. Every taco came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. You could see guests going back for seconds and thirds without hesitation. Manny runs the operation with real pride. He showed up early, handled everything with zero stress, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The quality of the meat, the salsas, the tortillas -- everything was on point. These tacos aren't just good for catering; they're fire, period. If you're looking for a catering service that delivers flavor, consistency, and great service, Tacos Revolución is the move. Huge shoutout to Manny for holding it down and making our event a hit. read more

Manny and his staff were amazing in coordinating the details for my daughter's Hacienda Theme Bridal Shower. They understood the importance of the elegance, formality and cultural theme I wanted and came through with flying colors. Due to the unplanned rain, I had to move the celebration an hour later hoping the rain would stop by then and they quickly responded to my request and coordinated with me. Their flexibility and professionalism removed the stress I was experiencing and really came through. If you're looking for a higher end Taco caterer....I highly recommend Tacos Revolución. read more

Honestly had such a great experience with them! Communication was super easy from the beginning and they were really helpful with figuring out how much food we actually needed. The amount they recommended ended up being perfect -- we had more than enough and were even able to feed all of our event staff too, including the valet team, ice cream vendors, coffee vendor, bartender etc. The whole setup was such a fun vibe and the team was so professional, friendly and pleasant to have there. As the host I already had 100 things going on, and they did not add any stress to my day at all which I really appreciated. And most importantly the food was AMAZING!! Our guests loved it and we got so many compliments. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would book them again for another event and definitely recommend them! read more

An Unforgettable Birthday Thanks to Tacos Revolución! Tacos Revolución absolutely nailed it for my daughter's 7th birthday party at the children's museum! I couldn't be happier or more grateful that I chose them for our catering. Everything was perfect from start to finish. From the moment I reached out about pricing, Manny was super responsive, kind, and helpful. He kept me updated every step of the way, always answering questions and offering helpful info without me even having to ask. That alone exceeded my expectations! Then came the day of the party and wow. They arrived early, set up quickly, and had the friendliest team. Melissa kept me informed and totally on track throughout the event. Jose (the cook) and Ethan were both amazing! professional, kind, and just overall fantastic to work with. Now for the part I really want to brag about: THE FOOD. These were hands down the most delicious catering tacos I've ever had! From the juicy chicken to the flavorful asada and pastor, everything was cooked to perfection. Even the quesadillas were a huge hit with kids and adults alike. Guests kept coming back for more and even with 80 people, there was plenty of food left over. Overall, this was such a positive, seamless experience. Tacos Revolución made my daughter's birthday extra special, and I will 100% be hiring them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!! read more

We hired Tacos Revolución for my daughter's engagement party. Manny helped me from day one. We spent almost 7 months planning for the party. We dealt with some add ons and little changes here and there but Manny was ALWAYS on top of it. What started out as a party of 100 or so...blew to almost 160. Right until the last moment, Manny had us covered. We gave him a vision and he went with it. The tacos were absolutely incredible. And so was the Pizza. We had made to order pizza....it blew everyone away. Guacamole was super fresh...my only regret was not ordering more Aqua Fresco!!!! I can't thank Manny and his team enough for the hard work, professionalism and amazing food. We got the pasta too....it was so good. Our guests are still raving about it. Manny treated us with so much kindness and respect. Tacos Revolución was the reason our party was success. We got to keep the leftovers. Thank you so much Manny! read more

Everything went wonderfully for our wedding shower in San Diego. From the very beginning there has been great communication with Manny whenever I had any questions or needed to update the guest list. On the day of the event, they came two hours prior to set up and made sure to check in to see if we liked the placement of the stations along the way. They reviewed with us what was inside each bowl and if we had any questions about what was included. Once it was time to eat, they were on it and started serving right away. Everyone on their team was so friendly and helpful. The set up was absolutely beautiful and the food was so good. We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely book them again. Very thankful for the team for making our event such a memorable one. read more

We had a wonderful catering experience with Tacos Revolucion! The communication (with Manny) leading up to our event was excellent and helpful. The menu options and setup details were explained well when I had specific questions. The team arrived on time for prep, and were courteous and professional in their set up and cooking. We worked together to find the best spot for them to serve the guests in our backyard. All of their equipment is shiny, clean, and well maintained; it looked so beautiful when all set up, and worked perfectly with our wedding celebration theme. Our guests were all raving about the food! Everything was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The meats (we had pollo, asada, and pastor tacos) were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice and beans were so tasty. The quesadillas were "insanely good!" Many guests went back for second helpings, and enjoyed watching the cooking process, especially the homemade tortillas being made on site. Several guests also took a business card because they loved the catering so much, which made me happy. The team was easy to work with, and kept me informed of when they were ready to serve and clean up. They served with a smile, asking each guest for their taco order. We purposely over-ordered slightly, so we knew we'd have plenty of leftovers. The team boxed up the leftover food nicely (I provided my own containers for this) and then cleaned up swiftly, quietly, and thoroughly. The pricing for everything was well within reasonable amounts, and worth every penny for a smooth event with a lovely setup and truly incredible food! We look forward to having them cater for us again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks again to Manny and the team for a perfect taco bar party experience, and for helping to make our family's event extra special. read more

I just want to say these people were AMAZING, from prebooking, taste testing, random questions up until the day, and great communication every step of the way. We used them for my daughters quinceañera last night and they were a HUGE hit. There's a few people in my family who are very critical of any catered food and even THEY LOVED IT. I'm still getting the compliments on the food. We had the grilled steak, chicken, and al pastor... in the trompo like God intended, worth every bit of the extra cost. I plan to use them for my next quinceañera in a couple of years. Unfortunately I was too busy trying to enjoy my baby's birthday, while making sure everything else besides the tacos was taken care of tobtake any pictures. I spoke with Liz a handful of times throughout the day for setup and cleanup but that was it, they were "LOCKED IN" as my kids say. Thank you and your crew soooo much, everything was amazing. See you in a couple of years, unless someone who attended our party books you before our next one.... again, thank you!!!! ....... while writing this one of my kids friends sent me a picture of her plate. They're very basic, but according to her still "very yummy" read more

We had Tacos Revolucion as our food vendor for our wedding last month in June and I cannot emphasize how AMAZING they truly were! I'm bummed our photographer didn't take those pics of the setup for us but the videos others took (which I will attach, I took from their insta lol) showcase the beauty of it. Our guests complimented the food the decor, every little detail. We have heard wonderful things left and right and I felt they were God sent. From the beginning Manny was super communicative. We never had to worry about anything other than deciding what kind of meats we wanted, what aguas frescas we wanted. My husband is very picky and we were able to taste the food beforehand since they were at a brewery and my husband and I decided to try them out. Meeting Manny that day confirmed we had made the right choice. He truly loves what he does. He was so open to any feedback, my husband and his family love spicy and my husband asked them to make the salsa more spicy and the day of our wedding they delivered the heat! Como buen Mexicano lol! They made our wedding 10xs more amazing with the beautiful decor. My gosh! All our guests raved about the ollas de barro! It added a beautiful touch to our wedding. We used their setup as part of the decor since it truly is beautiful. Manny's wife face timed me the day before of our wedding to show me the different ollas de barro and to see what we wanted to use and that just goes to show the attention to detail! They truly are amazing, wonderful, hard working people. We will definitely use them again in the future. My husband and I are so thankful and we highly highly recommend. We cannot thank them enough for delivering on one of the most important days of our lives! God bless you guys! Truly truly thankful! read more
