It's a giant restaurant where you order at the counter and they provide your food a few minutes later. The person at the counter was very friendly and engaging, and I got my food quickly. Portion size is decent and the taste was fine. They have a great salsa bar where you can get guacamole and a few different salsa options. I ordered a combo, which gives you a side of rice and beans. Everything comes in its own Styrofoam plate. I would prefer to have all been on one single plate where you could mix everything up, but that's just as a personal preference.

The lady who helped me told me to get the chicken taco in a corn tortilla and the al pastor in flour. Both looked delicious! Filled fully with meat and other toppings! Love that they had a salsa bar with a mix of options including guacamole salsa, pickled onions, and limes! Unfortunately even the salsa bar could not save these tacos! The meat was very dry and did not have any flavor at all. I was very disappointed and saddened by each bite. And it socks because I was super hungry! This was a let down. Three stars for the amazing and attentive staff! They were so kind and helpful! Also I love that they offered a free drink for Veterans!

Located behind Champions Sports Bar in the back parking lot. @ 211 N Gilbert Rd. Since the bar itself doesn't serve food, this is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat whether you are heading in or out of the area. Set up tends to be about 9:00 PM and they generally stay until the bars close. Prices are affordable and portions generous. I highly recommend getting the Carne Asada & El Pastor mixed. They also have a delicious quesadilla you can have made with their flavorful meat choices as well. Plenty of other delicious options offered on their nightly menu too! Additionally, two kinds of salsa red/ green and hot carrots to accompany your "to go" order. The staff running the truck are extremely friendly. They are well prepared for their customers and "prep" in advance for quick and efficient service. Fast & fresh! This is our weekend spot and coincidentally we've been consistently eating here for the past few weeks in a row! LOL *See pics for more information and where you can find/ follow the truck on other days. Also, catch them on Instagram & FB* This is a must stop and experience place here in the East Valley.
