The nachos, the sticky ribs, the Cuban (pork and brisket) and we smoked turkey sandwich. As I was taking my first bite of the my Cuban the essence of the smoke was already detectable. The smoke ring on the brisket a testament to the love and care in the cooking process. The Cuban bread perfectly toasted. The sticky ribs are off the chart and better than anything I've ever had a brick and mortar establishment. The turkey was almost butter soft, mouthwatering and full of flavor. For sides we got the max n cheese and slaw. Both very good. Mr. Twisted Smoke you rocked this. We have had brisket other places, and nowhere is it as good as it is at Foster's -- soft and juicy, with a chewy exterior... and very little fat. Fosters' collard greens have a vinegar-based sauce and other favors mixed in.
