I opted for beef mandu and beef bulgogi. Mandu are fried dumplings. In retrospect I should have ordered mine with the spicy pork. The beef were delicious, but sort of bland. Luckily there's a dipping sauce to punch them up. The bulgogi is outstanding. Thin cut ribeye is marinated in savory sauce and then grilled. It's super tender and sweet. At Bo's the bulgogi is served over a bed of rice & mixed greens. Sort of a take on bibimbap; a very tasty combo. Others tried the spicy pork & spicy chicken bulgogi options, agreement around the table is that the beef bulgogi is the winner...but it's a close race. Be on the lookout for this truck... Good food!
