They are approachable, friendly, and patient. It was my first time there and I had a lot of questions. They kindly answered them. They also have a great system. They have speakers and call out your name when your food is ready that way you don't have to stand outside waiting, you can just wait in your car. We showed up at 10:45pm and they still had tons of people ordering food. When you see a lot of people ordering, it's a good sign. I also love supporting this business because they started from the bottom. They used to only cater and sometimes sell at the bailes. They worked so hard to make this food truck a reality.
