The phone…read moresystem to order was pretty efficient but, of course, automated with an option to speak to a human. Called at 4:55 and was told the pizzas would be ready at 5:18. I waited outside till 5:16 and went in. My first impression was of the dirty floor with an obvious broom by the back door and a significant amount of gathered trash behind it. The young people working didn't know about my order at first, then said it was not ready and they would make it in the next 10 minutes. Pleasant apology for being "behind". The two people working were loud and not appealing as I waited for my order. I waited inside and the food was ready in 10 to 12 minutes....not bad. The check out was very unfriendly, not pleasant and did not ask for my Casey's Reward. I asked how she was and was greeted with a sullen, "Alright". She has some trouble counting back the change but got it right. I asked about giving my Rewards # and was told it was too late because I was already checked out. This was not a good experience.
