Last I tried was their carnitas, which finally had the right tender texture, but again not enough flavor. Tacos here are stuffed full of meat, and have pretty good, freshly crisped tortillas. Most of them are priced at $3.25. On Taco Tuesday they used to be $1.50 each, but was recently raised to $2.50..Which is the average cost of any authentic taco elsewhere these days, so not a good deal. Though I will add, the four salsas in their salsa bar are very well made and do help some. But for a modern taco place like this I just expect more all around. Their "chef" needs to try a couple of competitors like Tacos Lopez or El Morelense and taste what theirs should be nearer to.
