Tacos de Nieve made our wedding run so smoothly! Everyone loved the food, and having quesadillas along with the tacos made sure there was a little something for everyone. The line moved quickly, the food was delicious, and everything was so easy for us on such a busy day. We are so grateful to Renee and her team for helping make our wedding day so special. We would absolutely recommend Tacos de Nieve for any event! read more

The salsa added just the right heat without overpowering the flavor, and the onions and cilantro gave it that classic street taco touch. Honestly, they tasted like they came straight from Mexico. read more

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday, and choosing Tacos De Nieve to cater the event was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, delicious, and absolutely memorable. Planning a milestone birthday can be stressful, but Renee made the catering part effortless. She was responsive, organized, and genuinely excited to be part of our celebration. On the day of the party, her team arrived early, set up beautifully, and had everything ready to go right on time. The setup added a warm, festive vibe that guests immediately responded to. And the food--oh my goodness, the food! Every taco was bursting with fresh flavor. The carne asada was perfectly grilled, the chicken was juicy and tender, and even our vegetarian guests were thrilled with their options. The homemade salsas, toppings, and tortillas were next-level. You could taste the love and care in every bite. Our guests could not stop talking about the tacos, and more than a few said it was the best taco catering they'd ever had. What meant the most to me, though, was how Renee and her team helped create such a relaxed, happy atmosphere. They were warm, engaging, and genuinely seemed to enjoy serving everyone. It didn't feel like just catering--it felt like having family in the kitchen. If you're planning a special event and want food that people will talk about long after the party's over, go with Tacos de Nieve. She helped make my husband's 50th birthday unforgettable--and we're already dreaming up reasons to book her again. read more

They were not "the worst tacos ever" as some have stated. They were not "the best ever" either. The rice was WAY over salted! I tend to over salt my food, as my loved ones have told me. So, without adding any salt to the rice, and me commenting on the saltiness, it speaks volumes! I felt the chicken was very bland. I used it to tone down the saltiness of the rice. They were friendly, and courteous. I just couldn't get over the amount of salt used. read more

Catered my wedding and did such a wonderful job. From start to finish was such an easy process!

Renee Snow is extremely rude and disrespectful. Renee was on the Dent Elementary campus providing lunch for Teacher Appreciation week, but unfortunately the Special Education teachers were told they were not a part of it. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was completely speechless when I witnessed Renee yank a plate of tacos away from a teacher, causing them to fall on the floor. Saying that they could no longer have any since they didn't help fundraise. The special education class is a separate program, but always included in the schools functions. It was an experience I have never encountered on a school campus, Renee was cursing and yelling around young students. This was unacceptable and I hope she is never allowed on the school grounds again. read more

Food was amazing, service & kindness, not so much. I was a guest at an event recently and noticed the professionalism & kindness lacking. I believe a vendor can stand their ground and still be kind to difficult customers. However, the conversations I saw didn't embody that. The tacos were amazing but the interactions I saw outweighed the food. read more

Renee catered my retirement party. She was professional, timely, and efficient. She left the area where she had the grill set up completely cleaned up. And, the food was delicious with generous portions. I didn't realize that several of my guests were vegetarians, but Renee generously accommodated them with cheese quesadillas (she did this without me asking). We had chicken and carne asada tacos, rice, beans with all the authentic toppings as well as chips and salsa. I highly recommend Renee. Her very nice teenage son helped too!! read more

The best tacos in the valley. We have had them host for multiple events. Birthday parties, college graduations, going away parties and we have never been disappointed. The churros were better than Disneyland according to multiple family members. Always order the churros. read more

Hello Renee, I just wanted to say thank you for catering on Saturday - the boys were super helpful! And, smiling the whole time!!! We had a great time celebrating and I was able to relax and socialize instead of worrying about the food for the party. Thank you again P.s. The salsa was deeeelish read more

This is a follow up to my previous review, and bravo on a year and a half later response. First and foremost, I had many guests that told me you were also rude to them and they asked for plates of food and you declined to serve them. You never explained that you had other arrangements that evening, and if I would have been aware of that you could have cancelled the contract with me to focus on your other engagements and I would have completely understood. I also had my cousin ask about your business name and was told that you just choose the name of your business because you liked it, not that you had any ties to that name. And like I stated previously, it is no secret I have issues with time management. I did see you arrive at 4:30 pm as I was leaving to go home and get ready, but how can things be discussed in advance when the caterer does not make it aware that they have other engagements for the evening ? When I originally reached out to you, I did my research on Yelp and the majority of the reviews were positive. I tried to disregard the negative reviews, but I can see during that time frame, it does seem the same issues were prevalent with many of your customers. It seems you have an issue with constructive criticism and to counteract that with my review as well as others, you decided to lash out and attack someone else's flaws and try to defer the real issue at hand and which is clearly your negative attitude. Maybe instead of pouring all your energy into writing paragraphs of how you witnessed these events take place, you should just try to focus on being better. Lashing out at reviews just shows your lack of professionalism and who you really are as a person. read more

Renee is an absolute dream to work with and the food she provides is absolutely incredible! We used Tacos De Nieve for our wedding catering for a little over 100 guests. The food was delicious and everyone raved about not only how good the food was but about how amazing Renee and her family staff were to work with. The food truly is top notch and great for groups! I was a little worried about the tacos not being done quick enough to keep up with our demand but Renee was always ready and the line went very quickly. She was extremely generous with our vendors as well and made sure that they had plates of food ready to go. Renee was super flexible with some additional menu items we needed for appetizers, the elote cups were a huge hit and made for the perfect hand held appetizer for our guests. My husband is a huge Mexican food buff (sometimes hard to please :)) and he raved about the food but his most favorite was the cabbage salsa and of course the elote cups. My favorite was the tacos and guacamole! I highly recommend Tacos De Nieve for your next event. 10/10 read more

I had the pleasure of eating at an event that Tacos de Nieve did, and it was so much fun for the employees of our company and as I have said in the past to others, I would say the 4 P's were in order. 1. Passion, the owner is passionate about her business and it shows. 2. Perfection, as to them making our needs totally their focus. 3. Pleasing to the Palate, the workers kept coming back for more of everything they had. Delicious. 4. Personality, The owner and her staff made it fun getting our food and it was a true pleasure to have them at our event. All the Best read more

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Renee. She is very professional, friendly and just all around super positive and outgoing. I would hire her for all of my events in the future if I lived closer. read more

If i could give no stars I would. The cost was $12.00 per person, that was with the extra charge for quesadillas. On top of that charge they included an additional fee for a gratuity (additional $189). she arrived with no pop up for shade, she said i cant cook in the sun, that nobody told her to bring one. We had to scramble to track one down. The sides on the table, were 1 bowl cheese, grilled onion/cilantro,hot salsa( no mild). The food was horrible beans tasted like out of can in water rice tasted like it was out of a box and the 3 choices of meat especially the beef( looked like hamburger) super salty. When our guests asked for quesadilla with meat they were told "no meat is expensive " and he was told he would have to wait even though he was next in line. We ran out of cheese on table,I asked her boys for more, they said they were running out. I said we need some Reluctantly they pulled out a bag a d filled our bowl Renee sat in her truck for last 30 minutes or so and had her 2 boys contine with serving. They were cleaning up 15 minutes before our time was up. Overall all our guests complained about the service and the food. We will definitely do more research in future. read more

WORST TACOS EVER. This is not authentic at all. Beans were bland. Rice was hard with no flavor. Meat was overly spiced with pepper. Tortillas where bland and just store bought. I would never recommend this place for an event or even eat this food again. I honestly think the good reviews on here are from family or close friends. read more

Renee and her family were amazing to work with and the food was excellent! Tacos De Nieve catered our 50 person wedding at Pinecrest Lake and we could not be more happy with how it turned out. Guests raved about the food and Renee was so easy to work with. We had many changes leading up to the wedding (due to COVID) and some logistical hurdles due to our remote location (requiring us to boat in all of the food/ equipment and hike it up a big hill) but Renee rolled with all the punches and was super communicative throughout. Beyond that, she and her sons (who helped on the day of the event) were all so positive and friendly, which is so important to the vibe of an event! We would 100% recommend Tacos De Nieve for any event! read more

Renee and Tacos De Nieve catered our 170+ wedding on 9.17.16 and we simply couldn't be happier with our choice. Renee was easy to get a hold of, helpful with advice, flexible, and a joy to work with... We ordered all 4 meats, with sides, guac, agua fresca-- and it was a PERFECT alternative to typical wedding catering. We had guests from all walks of life, including a few higher profile invites and we're still getting compliments for the "taco lady". Would confidently recommend Renee to anyone and everyone :) read more

So there I was , watching my friends daughter getting married, the bride and groom looked so happy. Then it was time to eat, I could smell the meat and veggies cooking up. Wow, this is going to be good... the dinner was served and we had carne asada and pollo , it was done southern style with beans and mixed veggies, a piece of corn on a stick , browned just right. Amazing food and amazing staff. Went back for seconds. On time, on budget, great caterer. read more
