Lastly I came here on Saturday the 21st to grab lunch for the family. Carolina has underrated meats, tacos, flautas, beans, & rice. They have a super friendly & hardworking staff. They've got all the fixins at their chip bar where you can pack your own salsas, hot sauces, jals, etc to go. The menu has lots of choices, and unique from other Mexican restaurants or taquerias. They don't have your standard chicken, carne asada, al pastor, carnitas options for tacos or burritos though.
