Two weeks before the event we had a small hiccup, and he immediately stepped in to help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly meant so much. The day of the event was incredible. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the decorations were amazing, and the food was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the entire staff was so attentive, kind & helpful throughout the whole night, which made the experience even more special for our family and guests. Because of the complete lack of communication, we've decided to look elsewhere for a wedding venue. First impressions matter, and if a venue cannot respond to a prospective client who is simply trying to schedule a tour and receive a quote, it raises serious concerns about the level of service they provide throughout the planning process. While I can't speak to the quality of their events, I can speak to my experience as a potential customer, which was disappointing. Based on the lack of communication alone, I would not recommend this venue to other brides or families looking for a reliable and responsive wedding team.
