I had ordered carne asada, carnitas, and pollo which came with salsas, guacamole, rice, beans, and chips for 70 people, with an add on of horchata and watermelon agua fresca. The delivery and setup went smoothly, and the amount of food was more than enough for the group. The amount of condiments given was generous as well. The downsides were the quality of the carnitas and pollo. The carnitas seemed dry and was chopped into large cubes. The pollo was shredded and mixed in with equal amounts of bell pepper and onion. The best meat was clearly the carne asada, which was completely gone by the end of the event while the other two remained. We gave away the leftovers because they were mediocre. The horchata was good, but the agua fresca was barely sweet and kind of lacking in flavor. I have sampled many taco bars at various events over the years. Overall, I was surprised that this company had a rating of 5 stars on both Yelp and Google. For a price of a little over $1200, it felt quite expensive and like we were mainly paying for the delivery and quantity of food. Friendly and prompt service, but somewhat disappointing product.

Thanks for the good service, Marco!

Well to make a long story short, every year for lunch during the event we are usually treated to Subway. Which isn't bad by any means. But this year to our surprise we were treated to tacos. Not just any tacos, these were absolutely delicious tacos. The setup was very professional. The servers were clean and well mannered. I believe it's run by family, and they do a fantastic job. We had a choice of Carnitas, Pollo and Asada. All of them were delicious! (Chicken & Carnitas were my faves). Plus the really cute girl that was working the grill was making some tasty quesadillas,.....I was in heaven. Well I was actually at the park, but you know what I mean lol Oh and the table with all the Salsa and condiments was presented really well too. And I liked the fact that the limes slices were fresh and juicy. Not like the ones you get at some places where you try to squeeze them on your taco and nothing comes out. So to sum it up,.....5 Stars for service, 5 Stars for quality and 5 Stars for taste! If I happen to have a get-together myself or if I know that any of my friends are I will definitely be recommending these guys!

Everyone, be avoid this taquero. You don't want to put yourself or your family at a liability risk…read moreor get a major food poisoning. First, they have change their name to hide their truth from other people. Before they were called Ricos Tacos...now Ricos Tacos Taquizas to confuse you that they are a different catering company. Second, when I came across them in yelp as Ricos Tacos, the price they offered was too good to say NO to but should have taken all the excuses that came after as hints of how fake they are. For instance, what will you think of when someone says in today's business world that their cell phone isn't working??? Or that they request a deposit of $100 via Venmo and you have even met them in person or at listen gotten a phone call from them and at the same time be told their cell phone is not working??? So I thought the only form of communication was via yelp but then notice they have a website; went inside their website and found that they have a WhatsApp account but still no cell phone working??? So decided to give it a try and then they start to answer immediately. Third, on the day of the event, we thought their cell phone would be working by then but no word. We contact them via WhatsApp and then they answered. Really??? While talking we told them to let us know when they arrive so that we can tell them where we are located. More excuses...this time that they don't have money to pay the park entrances. Really? And what was their reason??? That she forgot her wallet and was too late to go back home to pick it up. So we paid for her park entrance. Fourth, when she arrived, she brought a minor. And the grill they brought wasn't even cleaned. All the meat they brought was the cheapest you can get. No flavor at all. And if things didn't end there, she just left by saying she had another event to attend and left the minor behind, under our responsibility. In conclusion, please AVOID them. There's better taqueros out there.

I ordered a taquiza with service for 3 hours with 3 meats, quesadillas, 1 agua fresca, rice and beans. They also include 2 salsas (red and green), standard fixings of cilantro, limes, and diced onion and they actually also brought an additional agua fresca. I will list the pros and cons: Pros: -Very attentive like I mentioned (leading up to event) -A comprehensive package at a reasonable rate per person (approximately $7 pp) -Tasty salsas with good flavor (picante!) -Delicious aguas (cucumber lime and horchata) -Friendly service as they attended guests Cons: -Arrived over an hour late on the day of the event and did not communicate this while we waited for them -Did not bring napkins, forks or spoons -The rice was under cooked (hard texture) and the beans were salty -Meats were so-so, nothing outstanding as far as flavor, a bit on the salty side again I'm not sure I would hire them again. It was a bit stressful when they were late and I did not hear from them to know why they were late or if they were even going to show up. We were already thinking of a Plan B (ordering pizzas!). I'm not sure how they do their services - Fabiola was not the one that came. It was two guys and although they were apologetic and said that there was a lot of traffic, I think it could have been better planned as far as arriving at the agreed time, especially since we had been told 2 days prior to the event that they would be there at a certain time. When we called Fabiola (or maybe her daughter??) she was not even aware of the whereabouts or estimated time of arrival of the 2 guys that did the taco service. At the end of the day I was pleased that we got food and did not have to resort to pizza, but overall it could have been better and I have to give my honest review/opinion.

Communication was good and Tony was prompt on responding to emails. They showed up on-time and had the food ready at the time we requested the food to be served (even though many of our guests didn't). Their pricing compared to some other taco catering businesses was very reasonable. This was one of the reasons we decided to go with them. It's a family business which makes it a bonus. Tony's mom was very friendly. Best of all, the tacos were great! Everybody loved them. We ordered for 50 and of course we ran out of asada first, but there was plenty of chicken and pork to feed everyone. The presentation was also very nice. You get what you see on the posted photos so we were very happy. Overall, we were happy with Bello's and if we decide on tacos for a future party, we would definitely be calling them again.
