The red and green sauces were not as full-bodied as I prefer (I like the sauces to have a solid color, smooth almost creamy look, with no seeds visible.) and neither was as hot (spicy) as I would have liked. Both sauces had about the same heat level - a solid "Three." Nevertheless, I wholly enjoyed my tacos and would definitely visit Los Compadres again! The person who took my order was friendly. We got home and opened our containers to find that the fries melted the styrofoam container! Not only were they overcooked, they were unsafe to eat. I drove back and asked for a refund, only to be told that that no refunds could be issued without the manager, and the manager was not there. I spent $10 plus tax and tip for food that couldn't be eaten. The cashier didn't even offer to replace the food or do anything for the inconvenience. I left my phone number on the receipt, asking the manager to call to issue a refund. If the manager does not call me I will file a complaint about the food safety.
