Food was delicious. We ordered 6 different tacos. Tuna, carnitas and barbacoa were the best one. Service was great. Small place but comfy. I do not give 5 starts because they do not have soda zero products.

Parking: I paid for open-air parking. Interior: Clean, lively. Service: Excellent - sat at the bar. Food: Ordered the tacos - all delicious! Drinks: Paired the tacos with wine - who would have thought that tacos and wine pair really well! Overall: I would definitely come back! Their 6 tacos and bottle of wine for $50 is a good deal!

We really enjoyed our night here! Steven was fabulous and took excellent care of us. The food was elevated yet still reminded us of homemade family recipes. We were so pleased with the speed of service and quality of food. You can get beer, wine, THC drinks and frozen drinks along with tipo chico and non alcoholic drinks. Parking lot is next door and they validate parking. I really enjoyed the music, perfect volume and I love R&B. We will certainly have to come back on a Thursday for all day happy hour and on the weekend for brunch.

So hey! This is a great place to eat at.. I had the CARNE ASADA, BLACKENED BAJA, DOUBLE DECKER, and just know they were all good.. and had flavor. The music is *chefs kiss* it's played on a record player which makes it even better! It's so nice and chill in here! I'm excited to come back!! My server/bartender was Anthony. He was the sweetest! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

We went to this place to get breakfast tacos. They were pretty good!! You can only get the pancake tacos on the weekend, so keep that in mind! Their patio is perfect for a warm and sunny day. Our server was very nice and helpful.

Saw on nudge they had 6 tacos and a bottle of wine for 45$ (it's actually for 50$). Thought we tried it for the patio with our dog. They do have a big turfed outdoor patio but be warned it isn't covered and we had to ask to get a box fan turned on. The food was okay - nothing great. Felt pricey for what we had. The deal is basically to get you into the door but in reality 3 tacos is 14$ and they are serving you a "24$" bottle of wine that retails for 10$. It was decent tho! Our server was very friendly. Probably won't come back with the abundance of taco options around it. But cool concept of a wine bar with tacos

Ask me for a hidden gem in Dallas and I'll tell you Taco y Vino. I fell in love with this cozy wine & taco spot during my last weekend visit "home" a couple of weeks ago. It appears small and intimate, but in actuality is also spacious in size. You get the best of both worlds. Delicious, unique dishes paired with wines and top notch service and a perfect backyard space with deck. There was beautiful patio weather on this particular Sunday so we dined the back porch and had our own umbrella. I think Cassandra was the name of our server and she was amazing. Awesome attitude, friendly, warm, attentive, all the things. The reviews I saw before coming were accurate about the level of service. We got the party wine which is their version of fresca-mosas for only $20. You go to the juice bar for your pick of pineapple, guava & peach juices - all perfect options in my book! Then you share your own bottle of champagne, so you are ultimately in control of how much juice and how much bubbles. (Even though Cassandra definitely started our glasses out heavy on the bubbles lol) We started out with the jalapeno artichoke dip served with totopos (thick tortilla chips) - creamy and loved it. Then we had the pancake breakfast taco served as a set of 2 and only available on the weekends (removed the bacon) - also loved it! I didn't realize my friend was ordering the breakfast taco for us to share so between the dip, bubbles and pancake taco, I started filling up. I had ordered the quesobirria as my main entree and, you guessed it, loved it! Great flavor. Everything was served fresh. I was long overdue for some elotes so that was my side. I can't recommend this place enough! Especially if you like both tacos and wine. Who would've thought the 2 go together. Plus the restaurant is close enough to access the heart of Bishop Arts District but far enough away where you don't have to bother with all the main road congestion & parking woes. Such a perfect location, chill spot with a dope playlist and wonderful vibes. The prices are quite reasonable. WHEN I go back I'd love to try their fried burrito, tamale bites, chicken tinga or barbacoa tacos. My friend enjoyed her carne asada and fried avocado taco. The 6 tacos with a bottle of wine deal ($50) seems perfect for a date night or just sharing with a friend! They definitely know what they're doing over here, and I can't believe I am JUST NOW hearing about this place. I honestly thought it was new. Taco y Vino, you captured both my heart and my stomach! See you again one day.

Really enjoyed my first visit at Taco y Vino! Nestled in the beautiful Bishop Arts neighborhood, the wine bar gave me warm vibes the second we walked in. The dining area/bar is tight. We came in around 2pm on a Monday and it was the perfect time to grab a table. But from the looks of it, the back patio looked like it could hold tons of people. I bet October is a perfect time to come back and visit. Tacos were amazing! And the Mexican Coke was a nice touch. I didn't try any wine or cocktails this time around but stay tuned.

If you're looking for an authentic Bishop Arts experience, this is the spot! Taco y Vino gave me everything I needed for a Monday lunch pick me up and more! The business, in typical Bishop arts fashion, is a house transformed into a restaurant, making it super cozy and relaxing to hang in. I ordered the quesobirra and it was amazing! It took a while to come to the table but it was definitely worth the wait! The tacos were a very generous size and the entree came with three! Including the broth. My friend ordered the three tacos and was very fulfilled by each! We ended up taking some Togo because they were so good.

Love Taco Y Vino. The service is always amazing. The food is very good. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is so nice when we get cooler weather. The Wine Slushies are so good! We have a vendor that comes in from the Netherlands; he requests us Taco Y Vino when he is in town.

10 out of 10 can't wait to come here again! There have unique ingredients and cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of crisp. We also ordered the frozen orange pop drinks which are perfect for the hot summer day.

Service was fast, but only because the waiter was pushy. Food was good and it came out quickly. I had the quesobirria tacos and they were quite good, as were the foods my friends got. This converted house was quite loud with dance music playing at a volume where I had to nearly yell to have a conversation with my lunch mates. When it was time to go the waiter was hard to flag down again and couldn't create two checks based on the different foods we got, instead splitting it down the middle. All in good food but probably would have been better if we sat outside (quieter) and had a different waiter.

$1.01 margarita

When my friend and I walked up, we were greeted by the manager. He asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. We saw the front patio and several sitting spots inside. We chose inside, but as we walked in, we saw a back patio, and we asked to sit out there, but we were told that we had to sit up front first. So we find a table inside. As we sat, our waiter, Jonathan, came over to help us. We ordered our drink, which was only $1.01. We got a prickly pear margarita. It was a little sweet, but it was still good. We also choose to get some tacos. You get $3 for $13, which was a good deal. We got a fried avocado taco that we split, I got the fish taco, and she got a brisket taco. They were all good and all flavored well. They have multiple options, so we will definitely come back to try more options. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because probably about 10 minutes after being there, folks started going out to the back patio even though the front porch was not full. Also parking was very limited if you don't want to pay but fortunately we found free street parking. Jonathan came back to check on us multiple times and made some wonderful recommendations to make sure we enjoyed our meal. You can tell there are a lot of regulars because Jonathan knew most of the customers and was very social with them. I would definitely stop by again, and hopefully, I can check out the back patio.
