This is absolutely the best place to go if you're hungry for some Mexican food! The service was very fast extremely friendly. The restaurant definitely takes you back in time. It is well lit with a TV that playing really cool old-time shows. And they have got me absolutely addicted to their "Guaco Taco" if you don't know what that is, you are missing out! It's a hardshell regular taco, but instead of the beef it's replaced with guacamole, followed by the perfect portion of lettuce and shredded cheese. Put together a couple of their small containers of salsa that is very well-made with lots of chunks of Wonderful, green chilies, onions and tomatoes. And you have just open the door to get another wonder of the world! This is a definite must try for everyone! 08-18-2022 It's hard to beat getting two regular tacos for $1.79! This is definitely an inexpensive place to get your taco fix! They also have so many different things on their menu, but I had to try the tacos since the name of this place is TACO Town! The regular tacos are pretty close to Taco Bell's crunchy tacos but cost less! They are basic tacos; ground beef with cheese in a crunchy taco shell. I added some hot salsa on my tacos. I liked them! The restaurant is spacious. The guy taking my quick and easy order was efficient. People seem to order their food To-Go. While I was there, I was the only one eating in the restaurant! This restaurant is adjacent to Milton High School! I wonder if it gets crowded with students after school? If I were in the area again, I would drop in for some more tacos! read more

Since we moved to Milton, Florida...Mr. Larry surprised us and bought us tacos from here and I was hooked. I've tried the tacos salads and enchiladas and wow amazing!! Nachos are delicious as well. Taco Town is better than Taco Bell. Go and try it. Worth it!! read more

This is a great local business! The staff are friendly and the service is quick! We've been twice in a week and they already greet us like friends. The food is yummy and filling and prices are low. Stop scrolling through the comments and look no further! You HAVE to try this spot if you're thinking tacos! We stopped in today for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered 10 tacos, they are 2 for $1.79. They have a TACO BURGER and @ $2.29 it's a must try! Think sloppy Joe turned taco and that's what you get! We also had the cinnamon munchies and they were amazing too, we actually grabbed two more orders to go! The grand total for our meal was $23.71 (my wife ordered a couple extra things to try also) and the salsas are out so you can dip your own. We tried to mild and I tried the hot. This was our first time trying Taco Town. We are part time residents and stay less than a mile away. Let me say that we love delicious, inexpensive and satisfying foods and this fit that perfectly. I have always loved taco salads and have purchased them at two other Milton Mexican restaurants. One place was good but almost twice the price and the other was more than twice the price and the oil they used to fry the shell should have been changed weeks earlier. At Taco Town the shell was fried to perfection and tasted fresh. We also decided to try a few other things. We ordered 2 hard tacos and the husband wanted to try the Taco burger. The tacos put Taco Bell to shame and the burger was sloppy and delicious. I think I see this being our go to place when we are in Milton. The location on Hwy. 87 south of I-10 is now closed and has moved into Milton proper. Now I don't have to drive 10+ miles one way to eat some great tacos. You can get a meal here for less than $5 and the food is magnitudes better than anything that Taco Hell slings. Two crispy tacos are $1.29...and filled with meat like Taco Hell promises in their commercials, but fails to deliver when you actually fork over your loot in one of their outlets. Try a Cheddar Melt for $1.29. It's a flour tortilla filled with nothing but meat and cheese, and you'll barely be able to pinch the top together to eat it. That would cost triple that price at TB, if they would ever sell something so satisfying. Mild and hot homemade salsas are great. Self-serve fountain Coke products, along with sweet and unsweetened ice tea. The place is clean, although spartan. Two flatscreen TVs to keep you company. Parking lot is small, but you can park out back and creep up, which is a better exit strategy. The place is on the same side of Stewart as Whataburger, on the next block north, nestled in between a hair salon and an insurance joint, three buildings south of the Stewart/Park Avenue traffic light. I take my own bottle of hot sauce, because there's none available other than the salsas. I also take a book and keep my tab open until I have had my fill of food and drink, because tacos are my smack...I can't get enough. Now that Taco Town has moved within 3 miles of my Bat Cave, I predict that I will gain 20 pounds by the time Speedo season arrives. Whatever. I'm about to head that way now... read more

I've been saying "thanks Obama" more and more frequently everyday as prices are rising on seemingly everything in life.. But taco town gave the bird to a failing economy and has kept the prices so low you can be a baller on a budget. My wife and I both ate... A lot.. For $10.00. When she said my total I had to ask her if she rang everything up properly, as my wife nudged me in the ribs! (Only joking) People in the reviews saying the quality was bad..? No it's not a Cali street taco, but it was actually good and very fresh! The supreme nachos were excellent and there was no skimping on any of the toppings! All the tacos we ordered were also plentiful in meat and it tasted very good. We also ordered a cheese melt which was quite different than the tacos but still verygood! Good food, only two people working so expect a wait or call order in ahead but totally worth it! I totally recommend the chili sauce that comes with the bean burritos for even nachos! Cannot eat out for less! Definitely the place to go when you only have long-lost coins that you have to pry up from the bottom of your cup holders. Family-owned, which I like. Employees are pleasant and the service is quick. Food is good, but not great. Beef is in tiny particles that look like Fancy Feast cat food. Salsa is homemade and rocks my world! Cheap tacos, nachos, etc. It's not an upscale Mexican restaurant, or even a LaHa (locals know the restaurant I refer to), and it is not meant to be. This is a cheap taco joint. It's a "dive bar" for tacos, and being what it is, it gets the job done. Local taco takeout. Very reasonably priced. That being said you get what you pay for. Not fancy just basic tacos, enchiladas, etc. I enjoyed the beef soft tacos prepared similar to national chain with lettuce and cheese but you get 2X what you get at chain store so definitely worth it. I also had a cheese enchilada which was not the best, made with both cheddar inside and nacho cheese sauce and enchilada sauce on outside. Next time will hold the nacho cheese.
