I have to admit, I get a craving for Taco Time every now and again. Their bean burritos hit the spot and a nice beef soft taco, hold the tomatoes always has the ranch imitation for sour cream running down my chin. In a good way of course. The past few times I've been to the Redmond Way Taco Time, the mexi fries have been given to me at around room temperature. Not exactly how I envisioned eating those long awaited deep fried morsels dipped in hot sauce. Taco Time, Eat Fresh. What about Taco Time, Eat Fresh and Hot Little Morsels of Mexi Fries? If Taco Time was required to always deliver on their mexi fries, always having them HOT HOT HOT, do you think they would get a better review and overall satisfaction from customers who have a craving for some Tacoy goodness? I think so. Mexi fries, tater tots or deep fried crunchy potato bits. Whatever you like to call them, let's just get 'em HOT! read more

Although the food at TT is usually delicious (for drive through food) my salad was not all that great yesterday-disapointing! The employee was so sweet and friendly in the window and I received my food very fast. Something in it just didn't taste right or all that fresh. I will be back though-how can I resist their tator tots!? read more

You're probably better off going somewhere else. They just can't get their shit right, ffs.

I have got to stop coming to Taco time. Last experience I had at a different location sucked and this one was not great. I went thought the drive thru. The guy taking my order was not exactly friendly. He for whatever reason could not hear my order. When I pulled around the girl that was giving my drink etc barely spoke to me. My food was just barely warm. I expect a little more for the money I paid and for it being lunch time. read more

Just visited this Taco Time to try the new shrimp tacos. Wow, a combo meal for two came to just under $27! And that's not the worst. 1. One shrimp per taco. 2. Very sweet taste, odd. 3. Restaurant burnt the tater tots. 4. Restaurant ran out of ketchup! 5. Restaurant ran out of classic Coke. Not going back. read more

I really enjoy Taco Time... no shame here. I mean, tater tots? Yes, please! (Oh, excuse me, "Mexi Fries"). You haven't ~lived until you've had their Crisp Chicken Burrito. Anytime someone orders one, the cashier yells "chicken!" to the kitchen staff, and that can only mean one thing... it's made to order! That means you're in for a hot and fresh, narrow, cigar like burrito, with a crispy flour tortilla, chock-full of chicken & cream cheese & cheese. I think there may be a few vegetables in there too, but not enough to be noticeable (thank goodness). And the best part is the end, that's all extra crispy and delicious. While I love the fried food here, I actually also love their lighter options. They have Fit Hit bowls and lighter cheese and dressing options. My favorite is the Taco Salad with chicken, with mild salsa, medium salsa, and sour cream. How wonderful is it that you can have as many salad dressings as you want, included in the price! I was surprised when I went to the Taco Time in Las Vegas because the menu was slightly different, everything felt fattier and greasier, and it certainly wasn't locally made or grown or fresh or even cooked the same day. Everything was limp and sad. And the reason this is relevant is because it just highlights why Taco Time Northwest is so great. This location is always clean and there are plenty of seats. All of the staff have been very friendly, and I'm just sorry it's not right around the corner from my house like it used to be. Do yourself a favor and skip the usual McDonald's, Arby's, Burger King, and even Taco Bell. This is what fast food should be! read more

I am a fan. Taco Time will just enter in to my mind and the next thing you know I am in the drive thru. i will admit that in the spring and summer it takes will power to not go daily for the Caesar Chicken wrap. They don't offer it year round Taco Time tells me the lettuce is seasonal - I guess they do keep it fresh and local. The Redmond location does have one downside...it is located in a busy shopping center and off busy Redmond Way. read more

I eat vegan now, so of course my first mistake was even stopping for fast food, but it did. Taco Time in Redmond offers a soft veggie taco. That's what I ordered. Drove home. Opened the wrap & took a bite. No veggies inside! Oh well, perhaps they use veggie burgers chopped up. I took another bite. This was no veggie burger taco. It was beef! Even when I wasn't eating vegan, I would have ordered fish or maybe chicken.......never beef! Disgusting! It's a good 20 minute drive back to Taco Time, so I wasn't going to drive back there, but I'm really bothered. What a waste of $5...in the garbage. Never again, read more

Woohoo! Taco time crispy burritos with side of jalapeños & mexifries! Please open in Los Angeles!

went in yesterday and ordered what I always do. Here's the deal....In fast food the only thing your really have to do is listen what the customer wants and deliver it. That did not happen. read more

Five star food, experience and location. The location is clean and although older very well cared for. There is a small outdoor seating area on the grass under trees which is also a nice surprise. Although it is in a busy strip mall, the location feels like it has personality and is a welcoming environment. The crisp burrito is fantastic and full of flavor. A great Taco Time location. read more

I do love the crisp burritos and their salsa. They have a nice menu with a little bit of everything. There are healthy options and the deep fried options. They have the sweet potato tots as a special, which are delicious. The soda machine is a pick your soda and your flavor addition, which is a lot of fun. This location is in a horrible center and parking was atrocious on a Saturday. Also, the bathroom was cramped. read more

Awesomely fresh tacos. You know, it's taco time freshness of yumminess. Enjoyed every bit of it, including the 1970's music. read more

Taco Time - Art Deco - Mexican Near Me - Redmond, Washington

Each and every time I visit Taco Time I find fresh ingredients, crisp taco shells, and delicious salsa. The team is sometimes new but always attentive and eager to learn. I'm delighted when I'm recognized as a regular and given a warm smile. I'll be back now that the Seahawks are scoring running touchdowns. read more

Just had lunch at taco time , very good! The chicken fit hit bowl is extremely good. Reminds me of the healthy choices at chipotle . The medium sauce is a little spicier than chipotle medium sauce . Nice that there is a drive thru, after work sometimes I don't want to get out of the car, and most drive thru restaurants don't have many healthy options! read more

Taco time Redmond workers are not wearing masks of any kind. The food is fine but I sort of regret not canceling my order with such terrible pandemic food practices read more

I love taco time! There's no Taco Time in Hawaii so I go every chance I get. This particular location I did drive through and the voice on the otherwise was cherry and helpful! I was instantly glad I chose to come here. At the window the lady let me choose how many hot sauce I wanted (Their hot sauce comes in little containers, not packets! so yummy!!!). My order was right, tasted amazing. You mainlanders are lucky! read more

This is a one star review due to the multitude of nightmarish experiences I've had at this location's drive-thru. Honestly, this is the worst drive-thru I've ever seen, with the second worst being a Taco Time in Edmonds. There is no clear single line and many visitors do not seem to have the common sense to use the least bad way of entering the drive-thru, creating tons of confusion and rage, as people try to figure out where they are in the queues. There should only be one queue, Taco Time. Try painting some lines so people at least know when they're violating the rules. I suggest that the single lane start at the at the entrance off Redmond Way, so people coming into the drive through don't stack up into the larger parking lot. Until there is only one indicated way into the drive-thru, I will not be coming here again. read more

All I wanted was the hot sauce that they offered me and a taco that doesn't have a half a pound of lettuce on it. I know it's fast food but come on. read more

Taco Time - Mexican Near Me - Redmond, Washington

Horrible value. $6 for a "burrito" the size of a candy bar! Most of it is tortilla. Wont be going back anymore

I will say that this is better drive through than some in Redmond, but every time I come here I either get food that's way too hot to eat and has burned my tongue or it tastes like it's been sitting on a counter for half an hour. The taste is fine, but the quality is inconsistent read more

Meh, this place is too pricey for what they offer. I'm tired of fast food pricing creeping up. The service is lame. And the food is only ok. Step up your game if you're going to charge what you charge. read more

I went through the drive through today. The guy working the window straight up coughed in my bag of food while he was putting in the napkins. I had to throw it all away. Wasted $9. read more

maybe this is one of those things that you grow up with and you end up liking. being 32 and tasting my first taco time taco, i can say it's close to the worst taco i've eaten, only slightly beating out the "mexican food" i've sampled in new zealand. since it's a fast food taco, i have to compare it to other fast food tacos - take a taco bell taco, remove any spice/flavor/industrial-taste-giving-molecules, and you get the taco time taco. i will concede that perhaps my tastebuds are geared towards things with flavor, and my judgment is unfair. so, to be fair, the "mexi-fries" are quite nice, since they are simply tater tots. on a personal note, i don't know how tater tots came to be classified as a mexican food, but i'm not gonna lie here - they are nice and crisp and better than sonic. please don't think i'm picking on the redmond location - i would write the same about any of these. i just happen to live here. read more

Ever since I moved to CA, everytime I come back to WA I have to go to Taco Time at least twice. Yes, I am a bit obsessed with their #4 (Crisp beef burrito, mexi fries and a drink - with lots of hot sauce). This is the only thing I ever eat here, so that is what is receiving 5 stars!!!! read more

I love Taco Time but right now ... I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I'm not even at the window yet. The multiple cars in front of me who previous left this line had it right! I hope everyone inside is OK??? read more

I have come here a few times because it's convenient for me when i'm starving and don't have time. VERY quick and friendly service! I once had my burrito filled with tons of ranch, and I told the person the next day and they gave me a free meal, which was surprising for such a big chain. Great customer service! read more

I am originally from SoCal, just moved to Redmond and every time I drive by this place it seems to be pretty busy. Today I decided to try it.... Price: This place it pretty pricey, a hard shell taco is 1.99!! Dell taco in SoCal has them 3 for a dollar on Tuesday! Every other day they are like 1.15. My meal was like $15 for 3 tacos, fries, and guac. Taste: I'm sorry but the taste was not that great. Del taco and Taco Bell taste exactly the same as this place if not better; with the exception that Taco time is pricier. The only thing I was impressed by was the high quality salsa. Returning: Yeah I probably won't.... read more

Nasty and overpriced. 8 bucks for a bean burrito, soda and tater tots. No thanks.

You may be surprised why anyone would want to give a 5 star rating... The food in not authentic and and the venue is a fast food setting. Nonetheless, Taco time is my favorite fast food establishment. The menu is unique (i.e. crisp rolled burritos), food is flavorful, and always fresh. If your looking for traditional mexican this is not the place for your; however the food is worth a shot if you want a simple quick meal! read more

One of my favorite fast food chains. Fast prompt service. Good consistent food. I have never been let down by taco time.

As the other reviewers say, Taco Time is definitely not Mexican: Taco bell is positively "authentic" by comparison. Taco Time's entrees are mediocre at best and are served with tater tots instead of typical Mexican fare. That being said, they have two redeeming factors: an amazing selection of soft drinks in a high-tech dispenser and tasty churros for dessert. read more

I like this Taco Time. The food is good and the staff is friendly. The new drink options are great too. Occassionally they forget to put my sour cream in the bag, other than that things are good. read more

Well headed out of town so i wanted to get one last taco time fix. i was disappointed that they now only have the large taco salads. My wife went ahead and got one and it was too much for her but i went for the beef soft taco meal. Loved the soft taco but the mexi-fries were dead on arrival. i should have sent them back but after having a cold one i decided i should just skip them. read more

taco time is pretty great. it's food and it's fast, but it certainly does not belong in the same class as traditional "fast food." it's special in that they use quality ingredients and you can really taste it. i was really confused when i first ate at taco time because it didn't taste taco-hell-i-mean-bell fake. this one is the one we go to weekly at my work and the staff is super friendly and it's clean too. read more
