We had food catered from Taco Therapy a few days ago.
I love their unique name and the cool looking taco truck.
I didn't interact with the crew but my co workers did; my colleague had ordered food to go for me since I was in the office. I had asked my colleagues for their input of customer service etc. The food was made to order, they cooked it on the spot once they got the order. Huge perk but it took along time for the order since it was a big crowd, 30 minutes max depending on the entree.
The crew was very attentive, great customer service, they were very clean. Kept their station and truck clean.
My review would be for the food; I had the California burrito. It consisted of angus beef, fries, sour cream, avocado and cheese in a flour tortilla. I actually found Taco therapy on Yelp and it was mainly five stars rating. I had really high expectations for the food but I would rate my California burrito a 2 out of 5. My fries were soggy, the beef tasted great and seasoned perfectly, I tasted very little of the sour cream and cheese, the avocado were a good amount. On another note; my colleague really enjoyed her burrito; her fries were crispy to her liking. I guess my other colleague and I had the bad batch lol. I know they were rushing out the orders as fast as they can.
The hot sauces were habanero, green and red salsa. The hot sauces were not good, they were warm and in premade bottled. I wish they provided fresh homemade hot sauces; it would definitely make a difference.
Thanks for reading my review! Have a great day. read more
