Amazing and packed full of flavor! Of course we had to try this place out on a Tuesday! We got the taco combo, shredded beef, and pork Pastor. They were seasoned so well and they give you alot of meat. And it comes with rice and beans. The rice was a little dry but I am picky when it comes to Spanish rice. My favorite part was their salsa bar. They had salsa Verde, spicy red salsa, a peanut salsa, and guacamole. They also had pico, onion with cilantro, and limes. Was craving quesa birria tacos and this place popped up first on the search. Their menu has a lot of options, guarantee you will find something you like. Ordering was easy and the person at the front was able to answer any questions I had about the menu. I tried the quessa birria taco combos. Comes with two tacos, rice and beans. We had a quick, small lunch before heading out for a hike. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a grilled chicken, a chicken tikka, a queso birria and a carne asada taco. The two best were the queso birria and the chicken tikka. They had excellent flavor and if it it weren't already getting warm outside I would have consumed all of the birria juice used for dunking. The regular chicken taco was better than the carne asada as the beef seemed to have that precooked flavor that was not as fresh. The condiment bar had really dry limes (with seeds!), cucumber slices, chopped cabbage, chopped onion and cilantro mixture and pickled red onions along with three hot sauces - one of them a peanut sauce and one green one. The dining room is large and there are cute murals on the walls. The bar is inviting looking with a large television in the center. If they had table service this place would be awesome. Went on a Taco Tuesday where the tacos are 15% off Street Tacos. I was the only person in the restaurant besides the owners and their children. When I ordered a barbacoa they later told me that it would take a few extra minutes to heat up the Barbacoa. As I was waiting, the female owner asked if I would like a drink and asked if I would like a horchado or a Fresca, I asked what she preferred and she said why don't you try both. So I agreed and just wanted a small amount to try and she wanted to give me a full cup of each. Salsa Bar has quite a bit of items to compliment their delicious tacos Family owned restaurant with their kids living and playing inside, I remember a lot of our family having the same situation Carna Asada is so good, this is a must, highly recommended with lots of flavor and just good homemade flavors. Barbacoa also a good choice flavorful and just really good choice, I would recommend also. Quesabirrios is a dipping style taco which I enjoyed, I would say a tie for 2nd best with Barbacoa.
