Hi, my name is Jenny and I am a taco addict ! I swear I didn't expect to truly come out amazed by the food. We've driven by this truck numerous times, and yes we did see people waiting to order all the time , but NOW I understand why. The exterior of the truck really doesn't lure you in, it is not at all flashy, super colorful or anything like that. They are parked next to a gas station, and they have signs indicating NOT to park in the gas pumps to order food. There is a bit of parking located in the small shopping strip behind the gas station. They have two high tops and a few seats for you to sit and eat, they even padded the floor. Their menu isn't big but plenty to choose from, and the service was great, the young lady at the window was the sweetest! Now, their food, I promise you, do what we did and try one of each taco. They aren't shy in the amount of meat that is placed in each taco. The seasoning was delicious. Just writing this makes me want to drive over there and buy them tacos! Go and try their food! Prices are decent too!

I've been coming to this food truck since it opened since it's only 5 min away from my home and the taste has always been great. However, lately I've been ordering through uber eats and the portions are not as advertised. Please see pics!! Price is fair to me in regards to what they offer but I am disappointed in how they've been serving their quesadillas.

(REVIEW FOR LOCATION ON 127TH NOT THE ORIGINAL 8ST) We went pretty late maybe around 10:30. If I'm not mistaken they close around 12 or 1 AM. There is plentiful parking as it is the same parking lot for the nursery. They didn't let us use the bathrooms because they mentioned it was for the workers only. So keep in mind that they might or might not let you use the bathroom. My major gripe is the quantity served for value. I'm no rookie to taco spots from la catrina all the way to tacos and tattos. But without a doubt the value you pay for the amount served is not worth it. We paid around 70 for 6 tacos a burrito ans some soft drinks and left really hungry. A chance we take when you are a foodie. Service for the most part it good but if you are looking for a late night snack this is not the one. Stick to Dennys or los verdes.

Uber Eats on a Friday. The Bistec Taco was great! By far the best part of my dinner. The Al Pastor burrito was all filler. Pure rice, beans, and pico. There was more meat in my taco. Sad.

Please look at the size of this "torta"

We tried giving this place a second chance but this will be the last time. The service is okay. The food on the other hand is super overpriced for the quality and portions. $50 down the drain. My boyfriend ordered a steak "torta" which fit in the palm of his hands (he has average hands, that's just how small the torta was!!!). We ordered steak nachos and I can't even begin to express how underwhelming they were and looked nothing like the picture. The cheese on the nachos was definitely Velveeta cheese (disgusting), with sour cream and grated yellow onions, not even red onions. You know like they usually use for toppings on nachos. The onions were so overpowering they watered my eyes. It's like when you chop onions to cook at home. That's exactly what they did and threw them in there but without cooking them, gross. I ordered a "steak" burrito and it was basically just rice with cheese and again GRATED UNDERCOOKED ONIONS with little to no steak. Again, we REALLY wanted to like it but this is just not the place. If you're looking for Mexican food, try No Manches, Que Rico restaurant or literally anywhere else but here. Here is my order: Torta "Steak" burrito Steak nachos Horchata (grande size in Starbucks terms, watered down, room temp, no ice) Total $50

Taco Bus Miami... where have you been all my life. This is how REAL Mexican tacos should be like. Made simple, flavorful, and with high quality ingredients. You can find this little gem stationed by a gas station in the corner of the lot, and out front they have a few standing tables incase you decide to dine there. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were also offering online orders which I highly recommend if you are looking to make this a really quick stop. I ended up ordering 3 different styles of tacos which were each delicious in their own right with a side of chips and guac, and my gf ended up going with a chicken burrito that was outstanding! I took a bite off of it and immediately fell in love. I know I sound a bit dramatic, but you need to try it for yourself to understand. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the burrito held itself extremely well keeping all of its ingredients intact. Overall incredible experience, and really close to home so I will definitely be coming back. -The Fashionable Foodie

I live across the street and my first time trying this food truck. I always think they are expensive but when I wanted to order out on a Friday night I decided to look at the menu and their prices were reasonable. I was able to order online and received a text with the expected time for when foo would be ready, which was for 30 min but we actually got a text the food was ready in 20 min. We ordered 4 different tacos to try and added cheese on 2. Everything was good and had flavor. The nachos were really good with the thick tortilla chips. Only wish the pork was warmer. Seemed to be room temperature but overall taste was great. Will definitely try some more tacos!

First of all...it's legit a bus! I found that soo cool--not your typical food truck lol. In regards to the food, I tried their bistec, carnitas, pollo, and al pastor tacos. CAUSE IF ITS TWO DOLLARS...porque no todos right? Anyways, I was not a fan of the chicken taco. But the AL PASTOR. Hmm. Have you ever felt the presence of God? Yeah, well I felt the presence of the pineapple in that meat de-li-cious. They also have burritos and nachos...and they have real cheese. Not your typical nacho cheese from the Tostitos can---they have that authentic Mexican cheese. Give them a try! It's right off on 132 and 8th in the Shell gas station. Service is quick-limited space to eat, but great tacos. *i forgot to take a pic of my tacos

My mom was looking for a new Friday night take out option, and I had been curious for a while about this place since the lil' bus is 5 mins. from where we live. We've had it 3 different times since the initial suggestion, and I've gotten something different each time - burrito, tacos, and quesadilla. It's a clutch option if you're in the area and into street food. The burrito is BIG, would say to grab one if you're really hungry. Tacos are sold individually which is great because you can easily get the quantity you want (I would usually do 4 to be sure I get full) instead of a fixed quantity for a price, like some places do. The quesadilla packs more punch than what it appears to be and can be done a certain style, like every other option on the menu. They also recently opened another location in Kendall behind the Tamiami Airport. No mames y prueba!

TACOS AL PASTOR

AMAZING TACOS DE AL PASTOR ITS A MUST. I went to the location by the shell gas station. Not greasy at all Perfect amount of seasoning. Taste buds become enlightened with heavenly cilantro and that pineapple !

Too expensive and so little portion of food it's not worth eating here Please don't come here

Well, if the smell of the delicious food doesn't get you the diesel fumes coming out of the tailpipe will. That was a bit overwhelming. Food did take a while to come out but once it did it was pretty worth it. The taco was delicious and fresh definitely street taco, the burrito well it was more of a giant quesadilla. It wasn't round but other than that it was pretty decent. I bit of a mess. You could find this bus add the shell station at the corner of a 132nd Avenue and Southwest 8th street.

Good flavor fast service. It's a Taco bus/food truck most days at the Shell gas station. You can order ahead and pickup.

The music selection is fire though and I was jamming out the whole time while waiting for my food. I complimented them on the music selection and they mentioned the owner is dominican and puerto rican which explained the great music selection. I was helped out by Adrian and his service was helpful in finding what dishes to order. I took my food to go and it was piping hot, definitely made fresh to order which I enjoyed. The nachos were what I was most eager to try as they are all the rage on social media. They lived up to the hype and that nacho cheese is absolute gold. I love that it's served in a pizza box. It just makes it iconic. It travels well and everything was still hot when I got home. The Al Pastor taco was just okay, nothing to write home about but now the steak burrito was really really good. I love that they don't have rice in their burritos and instead replace it with potatoes, which is absolutely delicious. They give two different types of salsas with your order plus limes and the green salsa is unreal. Add it to everything for a flavor boost! All in all this place is fire and if you're craving nachos, this is definitely the place you should come to get your fix!

My dinner plans changed last minute due to the weather, which was heavily raining and decided on Lolita despite not having reservations. Upon arrival we were instructed to go upstairs where the very young and inexperienced host could not figure out the system and said sorry there was no availability to accommodate us. We left disappointed and while going downstairs I decided to pull uo their booking site to confirm availability. The system reflected several available time slots for dinner. Kudos to the downstairs host that accommodated us immediately once I showed her the system reflected availability. The servers were truly incredible downstairs and I appreciate the very attentive and charming service provided throughout the evening! I ordered a beet salad which was almost perfect but was lacking feta or goat cheese which I highly recommend they consider having in the kitchen. The oxtails tacos were delicious and very filing. I also enjoyed the brown dessert. Thank you for a yummy evening with fantastic service!
