This place was so good! They offer mini quesadillas which are perfect, I got the Al pastor and it was delicious, I also got the barbacoa and Al pastor tacos which were a 10/10, and the birria sandwich was amazing , a little bit greasy but so worth it. They have 3 different sauces, my favorite by far was sweet and tasted like pineapples I put it on everything. I also had the loaded fries with chicken and I would honestly skip these, they're crinkle cut and taste like the ones that come frozen in a bag and the chicken was not anything to rave about. Service was okay, the place is pretty small but very nicely decorated with the walls painted. They also sell a few Mexican candies which I bought a few of to try! I will definitely be coming here again for some authentic Mexican food.
I just returned from Texas..really wanted to get that homemade tortilla flavor with well seasoned proteins..it was edible but not amazing. I will have to keep searching.

We started off with the guac and chips, and the portion was pretty big. We shared it and still didn't finish it. The guac was sooo good, it's easy to mess to guac but this place definitely didn't. I tried the al pastor and asada tacos, both for the spot. We also got a side of esquites which were also so yummy! Next time I would try the elite to see and taste how they do it and it'll give me an excuse to come back! It's a cute little taco restaurant with about 4-5 tables and a bar like area that fits about 4 more people. Definitely recommend coming here! The service and staff are so great, friendly, accommodating and are very attentive!
Yummmm the birria combo was delicious! I ordered food togo the staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Only negative is they charge customers a credit card fee. The owner needs to cover this its embarrassing to charge it to the customer. In this generation everyone pays with a card.
Love their carne asada tacos with picante on the side. Portion is filling and authentic Mexican ambiance when you walk in. One of my new tacos Tuesday spots. I like that they close late at 11pm. Service was quick and friendly.

Wow this may be my new favorite Mex place! Their tacos are so delicious, full of flavors and piping hot! I like how they have mini quesadilla, and also gladly do a half/half large quesadilla like many places do with pizza. Highly recommend their fresh juices, especially considering that the Jarritos are $3 and Mex Coke $4, the juices at $3.50 is a steal! Especially as it comes in a tajin-rimmed cup topped with a tamarind stick. The food alone is worth the stars, and the service warrants it even more. The girl taking the order is really nice, and she even apologized for her English. I'm been given many dirty looks for not being able to communicate in Spanish in Miami, so her gesture is really appreciated! We did apologize for our Spanish too, lol. The menu is rather small, and mostly "street food", but if you want a quick and truly great bite, I totally recommend this place.

But the burrito was a big letdown - it had way too much lettuce and barely any meat, which threw off the whole thing. Also, they were out of guac, which was surprising and a bit disappointing for a Mexican place. For the same price, you can find other places nearby with better quality and more consistent offerings. Not a bad experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Overall, I loved the vibe of the place. It felt very welcoming, and the colors just burst of energy. I ordered the following to-go: 2 Al Pastor tacos, Barbacoa Nachos and an Elote. The tacos were so good, I wish I had ordered two more. The nachos were huge and very filling! The chips had the perfect crunch. I would definitely order it again but with chicken next time. Elote was my least favorite. There was just too much mayo for my liking and it consumed the flavor the corn. Because I walked in without looking at the window, I missed the lunch special. I saw it on my way out and if I had known, I would've got a box. Next time! Overall, I'll be back and I have already recommended it to friends! Rating: 4.5

This place was so good! They offer mini quesadillas which are perfect, I got the Al pastor and it was delicious, I also got the barbacoa and Al pastor tacos which were a 10/10, and the birria sandwich was amazing , a little bit greasy but so worth it. So the food wasn't terrible but not great either. I was mostly surprised at them putting shredded cheddar cheese in a torta. Great location with great tacos. I was in a rush so I got the birria combo to go. Even though they were still really good and packed with flavor. They have this pizza birria that looks really good so when I do go back that's what I'll be having next time to stay tuned. read more

It was taco tuesday and I came across this places from the social media platform. The ambience of this place feels like your little local cantina, the service was super quick and helpful when ordering. They offer $2 tacos on tuesday! We end up ordering 24 tacos between el pastor, carnita and the arrachera. My fav was the al pastor even though all were packed with favor. I had a take out and the food was still fresh, it wasn't soggy or dried everything was separated as requested. I will totally come back since it is super closed, plus who doesn't love a Tacos Tuesday offer! read more

The quality here has really declined in the last year. This used to be one of my favorite go to taco spots but unfortunately having more customers just means a decrease in quality. I came here in Saturday night. They had tables full and the outside too. I placed an order to go and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I walk back in to grab my order and it's still not ready. I had to wait another 5-10 minutes until my order was ready. When I check my order at home my tacos were empty. All they put was very little protein and some had very few onions and pineapple while others had literally nothing. I don't know how they serve tacos like that knowing someone will obviously see that before they eat it. I also had guacamole and chips. The guacamole was old and colorless. Seems it had been sitting out for while. My recent and possibly last experience here was Just an overall let down. read more

Excellent restaurant. Great food, great vibe and awesome service. Wanted to try this place since it's a new addition to the neighborhood and it was all I expected and more. Simple menu but packed with all you may want from Mexican street food. Quesabirrias, corn, tacos, burritos, etc. We ordered birria tacos (3 per order), chicken burrito and an al pastor taco. Everything was delicious. The meat in the tacos was so flavourful and it comes with cheese and onions. Sauces are very good specially the red one. Spicy and tangy. Drinks.... well.... only sodas or juice. I recommend ordering a couple of "toreados" if you like spicy food. (Spicy peppers) it will give it a nice kick without being overwhelmingly Spicy. Definitely worth coming here. read more
Taco Tuesday was in full affect and I decided to try this place out as it was new a seemed to be a local favorite based on the reviews. It's a cool little place located across from Miami Dade college, next to Diced in Kendall and Sushi Sake. Decoration was pretty cool with the glass bottles on display. Food wise I have to admit I was disappointed. The reason for the 3 stars was due to the Elote corn.. that was great and I would have again, good combinations of sauces, cheese, lemon and good crunch. Birria Tacos were edible, meaning they had meat and were cheesy, and fresh. However weren't the best, I can't say I would order again. Now when it came to the taco, that was a big disappointment, it lacked flavor, and the meat was very chewy.. for a taco labeled Asada, you would hope to have steak packed with flavor, tender, especially when it was 3 ingredients : meat, guacamole and onions, and it was $4.50,overpriced and definitely not worth it. The tostada Al Pastor was part 2 when it came to lack of flavor, just had tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and they added Parmesan cheese. A tostada with Parmesan cheese for $6.24? Not even queso fresco. Sadly I can't say I would be coming back. I understand prices were higher nowadays, but definitely not worth the amount spent. Left here disappointed and still hungry read more

It's kinda hidden in the plaza across the street from Miami Dade college but look for it cause it's worth it. Came across this place during my work break and decided to try it out. Food and service was good but there could be improvements. The Al Pastor taco and the Birria tacos weren't great. However, the esquites, carne asada tacos, and churros were amazing!! The bathroom and dining area were clean. Great music and wall art. The service could improve a bit. We were sharing food and we weren't given extra plates or utensils. Just spoons. This place is new so I'm aware there is a lot of room for improvement! Will definitely be back. read more
After living in CA for several years I grew to learn and appreciate authentic Mexican food. Today, after at least a year of not having Mexican food bc I just don't think Miami truly has authentic Mexican food, the craving came over me. I went to another local spot but they're under renovations at the moment and sadness came over me. Fortunately, the Yelp! Gods looked out and I found this place. I got a little of everything as I wanted to formulate an honest opinion of the place. Gotta give it a solid 3 for the food. The location, place and staff were friendly but the food is what is loudest, as it should be. Price wise, I think they're fair. The carne asada really didn't do it for me. I'm not the most carnivorous person, however I know a good carne asada when I taste one. Was oily and lacked in flavor. The pollo tacos were good. Good flavor overall. The protein portions for both were great. The corn tortilla was sturdy as well, just wasn't a big fan. The quesadilla was ok. I got the carne asada and just didn't do it for it. My mom liked it but said it was just ok. Chicken tostada was actually really good. Was enough to share with two people. Fresh lettuce and tomato's and cheese. Good amount of chicken too. Solid choice. Chips and guac were a nice touch. The chips were too fried/oily for me, but the guac was very good. Very fresh with chunks of avocado. That's my kind of guac. And, good portion. Lastly, the Elote. I'm not the biggest elote fan but wanted to give it a go and it was good. Not overly saturated in mayo, cheese or tajin which was a win for me. Overall, good place. Don't think I'll be going back and that's ok bc I'm happy I tried it. I wouldn't consider myself a "picky eater" and everyone's tastes and preferences differ. Hope this reviews helps ya! read more

Over an hour to get food never have I been to a Mexican place that takes this long to get your food and I've been to places twice as packed as this one, by 7pm the 2 dollar tacos were gone, which is fine, but ridiculous how long the wait is to get your food, going to have to leave without eating, how ridiculous, they need faster service, even if your not in a rush, still not worth your time to wait so long!!! First and last, hopefully I'll be able to get my food before I'm fed up and leave!!!! Had to leave without getting food!!!Witness over 15 asking for refund!!!! Asked one last time how many orders in front of me they mentioned only 3 which could take another 20 mins!!! They were telling new orders it would only take 20 mins!!!!! WTH!!!! read more
I only tried their tacos and I wasn't disappointed. Not mind blowing, but above average for Miami. I seek authentic tacos, as I'm not a fan of Americanized Mexican food. The thing I liked the most is their handmade tortillas. You'll have to oder at the counter and the servers aren't bad. They aren't warm and welcoming, but they aren't rude or dismissive either. The restaurant is small and no frills. The decor looks like they are advertising Jarriots (Mexican sodas) as they have entire wall wide displays filled with Jarrito bottles and as part of a painting on the wall. I guess they expect it to provide an authenticity vibe to the establishment. Asada tacos are currently $4.50 which in my opinion is a little high, Pastor is $3.50 and others are $3.00. They even have a vegetarian taco option. Easy parking. read more

Let's just say that the food here is delicious! The cashier/ waiter was super nice and extremely helpful. Super sweet and made sure we were taken care of at all times. The agua frescas were so damn yummy and refreshing. The nachos just needed some extra cheese but I ordered some extra and it was just right. The tacos were very fulfilling. And super fresh with the meat and the toppings were just right. My cousins got the elotes and they devoured it in seconds. Found this little gem on accident and was very satisfied! It a cute little spot near Miami Dade College serving up all things Mexican street food! The staff was very friendly and the place had a chill vibe. I ordered the Torta with the carne asada, the Esquites and an Limonada Agua Fresca. The Torta hit the spot and the meat was flavorful. The Esquites were tasty but just a little too much cheese for me. The Limonada was amazing and came with Tajin and Chamoy (yummmm). Before we left we had to try a carne asada and barbacoa taco. Both were great but the carne asada was my favorite! I'll have to come back to try the birria tacos - this was their recommendation. If you're in the neighborhood and need a Mexican fix, give this place a try! They even have Mexican candies and paletas plus a full selection of Jarritos. Enjoy! read more

I ordered takeout from here for a Friday night and I got a burrito and elote in a cup with an horchata. It was very good ! I would like to go to this restaurant and dine in one day to try more of what they have. So far I loved the burrito I ordered with some great tasting steak. The elote was actually very good as well, it depends on your tasting, it has a very tangy flavor. I was a little disappointed on the horchata because it tasted a lot like water. Amazing authentic flavored tacos. The decor is super vibrant, colorful and artsy too. It's a cute space cooking Big flavor. I just went yesterday and I want to go back again. Reading the menu got me excited. I mean they have mini quesadillas, birria tacos that also come in pizza form...who thinks of these wonderful things. The tacos come in all the best meats like barbacoa, chorizo, chicken, and pork. They also have the elote corn which is a super favorite of mine and it comes on the cob or on the stick. Dont forget the fabulous Mexican sodas available and refreshments that come with the rim dressed up. Our meal were fabulous. I had the barbacoa and arrachera taco (authentic asado taco) and the elote ( on the cob) with a rim dressed up lemonade. It was perfect. the tacos were topped with cilantro and onion and the asado came with guacamole. The meat packed a serious flavor and was so tender on both tacos. The elite was all over my face and I regret nothing. The lemonade was refreshing and I almost ate the straw. Friend has the chorizo, barbacoa, and the al pastor. She didn't share a d stuffed her face like I did. We were so happy with our choices. Brand new spot in Kendall , I was really craving tacos last minute and this place happened to be open. I've had birria tacos in the past and of course ELOTE my absolute favorite. So when visiting here I did decide to order it. The food was really good, will definitely be visiting them again when I'm craving Mexican! Their food menu also was very reasonable in price and food was extremely filling. read more
