It's only a #6 "add onions" and every time so far, onions are forgotten or some of the ingredients that are regularly included are forgotten. This has happened at least four times so far . Compared to other sandwich chains, J.J. is not cheap... therefore a reasonable amount of attention should be made to one's order, especially when it's easy like a #6.
