If I could rate a negative 0 I would. I was at this location on 8/23 shortly after 10 p.m. We accidentally passed the 1st window, so upon arriving to the second window, a very angry team worker told us we had missed the freakin window. We then apologized and went back, he then took the card our of my daughters hand and angrily began to charge us. When he was going to give us our card back, called it to his attention and told him it was not ok to be so rude, to which he responded by throwing yhe card into our car and slamming the window closed while I was still talking to him. I asked the the worker on the next window for the manager to which she replied she was outback taking a smoke on her break. I went out back because the doors to the store were closed. She kept smoking away while talking to me , then told me she was sorry and that she was on her break. Above all, no one wearing a mask or gloves, and I am talking about the person making and serving our food. There was one person that i saw pass by that did have gloves on, but only gloves. I was in total dismay of this behavior and of the lack of interest in the situation from the manager in charge. She said her name was Tasha and the rude, worker was I believe Alex, but he was the person on the window on that particular shift. I will never go back to the store and I told my daughter to tell the rest of the team to never go back there ever again. read more
