    Grande latte
    Sarina P.

The gluten-free muffins were delicious! There's plenty of seating inside and out for large groups to being by yourself rearing a book/working. Ordered a latte as well and it was warm, not even hot. I was really disappointed in that part as I typically don't go out for coffee so when I do, I like it to be delicious and worth the cost and wait. Also, making the latte took a long time. All this being said, the staff was friendly and the latte did taste good plus, the muffin was great which is hard to come by when it's gf. I bet their other bakery items are also delicious as well - they smelled great! Just beware if you order a drink and want it hot to order it extra hot.

Best French toast I've tasted around Nebraska. Donuts and Turn Overs are pretty mouth-watering. Wanna take out some more. You need to visit the place. Great customer's service too.

Visited Sehnert's while on a road trip with the hubs. We didn't try the famous, James Beard award winning bierocs, however, they look and sound like a fancy Runza. We did try the spiced chai tea, banana-strawberry smoothie and a "Sunday" donut. The chai tea was adequate (being a chai tea snob I would not order it again), the smoothie was "exactly what I wanted" according to the hubs (whatever that means) and the "Sunday" donut was pretty good (it tasted like they added malt mixture to it). The customer service was verbally okay. The older (sorry) woman was friendly and answered all my questions, the younger girl was friendly, but, seemed a little lost (maybe she was new?). We got my chai tea within two minutes, the other items were another story. After waiting ten minutes, and watching three other customers get their orders, I asked how long it would be on our smoothie and donut. The younger girl admitted she forgot and immediately made the smoothie and gave us the donut (after I reminded her again). Overall, the service, drinks and donut was okay (not what I would expect from a James Beard winning business). However, I would give Sehnert's another try to see if the service was just a fluke. Happy eating and drinking Yelpers!

    Cream horn.

Passing through McCook on a road trip. Stopped in to Sehnert's for a quick bite - oooo boy! We were not disappointed! Everything we ordered was so good! I am a sucker for a good cream horn. It was so light, flakey, and not too sweet. Good coffee, too! Would definitely come back again if we ever find ourselves in McCook again!

This is the grilled cheese sandwich with a side of broccoli soup.

Everyone that works there has a smile and a friendly word to say. The owners, Lee and Diana Skiles, are really nice people and they are always out to help someone else. The coffee is the best! I do not know what I would do without my Grande Mocha Latte or Chocolate Peanut Butter Frappe. There is something for everyone because they also have various kinds of tea, many fruit smoothie options, and hot chocolate (my daughter's personal favorite!). This place is perfect in the winter time, with their hot coffee and tea, and perfect in the summer time, with their cold frappes and chilly fruit smoothies. Another aspect I love is that their food is pretty awesome, too. They serve breakfast and lunch. Other than their menu items, they also serve donuts, scones, cookies, cake, and sometimes pie. It just depends on the day! My favorites include their breakfast Panini, chicken wraps, white chicken chili, and The Seuss - a wonderful sandwich made with ham, cheese, and green chilies! Every Monday is Burger Monday and they serve many different types of burgers from the Avocado Burger, to the Mushroom Swiss Burger and most all of the dishes are served with your choice of hand cut chips or fries. -As a side note, the Skiles have participated (and placed!) in Smokin' On the Beaver - a HUGE smoking competition hosted right here in Atwood, Kansas. They compete in many different areas such as smoking meat, baked beans, home brew, and salsa. People from all over attend this event, so if you place, then you must know a thing or two about smoking meat and cooking great food! If you are looking for authentic, small town friendliness, the wonderful smell of a coffeehouse, and great drinks and cuisine, then Mojo Espresso and Bistro is the perfect place for you! You will be welcomed with a smile and a friendly "Hello!," and be treated like you have been dropping by there for years. -Atwood, Kansas, the heart of Beaver Valley, is in Northwest Kansas at the intersection of HWY 36 and HWY 25. This beautiful little town has plenty to offer and Mojo Espresso and Bistro is one of those attributes. You can find this coffee shop at the intersection of 4th Street and State Street next to The Bank and Chamber of Commerce, and across the street from Parkhill Mexican and American style restaurant. Mojo's is open 6am to 2pm and their pricing is just right for the quality food and service you will receive from them. Come in and say "Hello!" next time you are driving through or make a special trip. You will not be disappointed and I bet you will find yourself hankering to return again and again for food, fun, and hometown hospitality.

The selection is small but that's a good thing in my mind (do a few things well as opposed to many things mediocre). I had an Omelette Supreme that was slightly overcooked in my opinion but it was still a great omelette. My wife had scrambled eggs and hash browns which she enjoyed. We'll be back the next time we're in town.
