This, plus the very long waiting time (25 minutes for just a concrete mixer :( ), leads me to believe that there were not enough staff on the job. This isn't the first time I've seen the place seem understaffed. I've been in the restaurant and seen a staff member preparing food, delivering in the drive thru, and taking out the trash all within a short span of time. Are there not enough people to cover all of these jobs? Please consider increasing the amount of staff working there. This visit was really concerning.
