If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars, I would. Took them 15 minutes to make our food, the fries were absolutely terrible. They were clearly old. The worker tried to give me the bags quickly and I almost dropped the bags because they were rushing me and told me to have a nice day but completely forgot to grab my shake so I mentioned the shake and he went to grab the shakes and brought back strawberry instead of chocolate. I told him they were wrong and he went back to remake the shakes and he came back with mostly white looking shakes with chocolate swirls in it and the workers were clearly high. the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. we ordered breakfast on the app at 10:25, went through the drive through at 10:35 and was told, very rudely that we couldn't get our food. we talked to a manager that didn't know anything and she handed the phone to another woman who told us to shut up and that there was nothing they could do and we needed to cancel the order on our end. the app said our order was being prepared so it was too late to cancel. we were still in the drive through at this time so I tried talking to anyone through the speaker to say I couldn't cancel it and they refused to answer me at all. we drove up to the window and talked to a man and he cancelled the order for us and was actually polite. i don't understand why they couldn't make the food I had paid for. read more

Took my grandkids through hutch mcdonalds on our way for our before school adventure. Both wanted orange juice. Already out of town when they realized. It was too watery to drink. Aware that sometimes the orange juice machine acts up i returned and Asked for 2 new ones. I was told we don't take food or drink back. That's how the machine makes it and there's nothing we can do about it. At the next window the same response. I'm always forgiving and never tried to exchange but when it's undri nkable, that's not good customer service. The next day went through the drive in line and ordered 2 sausage bisquits, coffee with 1 ice cube in it, and strawberry jam. The bisquits had bacon and egg and the coffee was cold. order is wrong a lot of the time people are nice and sometimes food is great but too often burgers/sandwiches are made wrong.

Currently sitting here at this McDonald's 35 minutes before it is supposed to close and the entire building is closed and nobody is here very upsetting because when I looked it up it said midnight and there is no sign posted about it closing early and there are people inside just walking right past me at the drive thru window this is ridiculous I understand if you need to close early but at least post a sign or tell people when they pull up. read more

After several failed breakfast attempts with poor service at ordering through the drive through (which, might I add sets the tone and success of the rest of the visit), I decided to give the lunch crew a chance. The new digital screens made it a challenge to order because I was unsure of the meal number, and I had asked for a large coke with my meal. The employee taking the order is not very attentive listening and is in such a rush that everything gets mixed up in the order ... in top of that, when asked if everything is correct on the screen, the screen rarely updates before you have a chance to answer and she is already giving your total and telling you to pull to the next window. An attempt to fix any errors results in a grumpy "tell the cashier" . I'm regards to the cashier ... super nice. But seriously have no desire to order here based on that first (and most important ordering interaction). Food... apparently it's build your own Big Mac. It was dry, and I am skeptical it was made recently. Fries were awful and overcooked... and that large coke I ordered was a medium. After not wanting to give McDonald's another chance... they are an easy fast food option ... but now that I can see the service is not varied from morning to afternoon, not interested. read more

The service is fast, which is great. I only get McDonald's for breakfast, so my only complaint is I feel like my biscuit tastes different whenever I get one. Sometimes it's super salty, other times very dry, and sometimes tastes like a completely different type of biscuit. Whoever is cooking in the morning needs to get more consistent because I don't like not knowing what I'm going to get. read more

It's one star good! Lucky to get all your food most days. Has got a lot better! I wish they had the dollar menu still! No longer has a play land but they have a really cool table that lights up and that alone changed the review to a two star review from a one star. I had the two cheeseburger combo, no onion. There is a Hispanic girl there that the only thing she does is yell at the employees I am not sure what her position is but I do not like it.. Plus every time I go there and she is in the cashier or the window she doesn't gives me my complete change.. I been trying to contact the main office to submit a complain. I accept one error with the change but several times it makes you think that she is stilling money from the customers.. she must have a really big need. so if you go there be careful when she gives you the change she has a really unusual name so I can't remember but she is very skinny. read more
