I said i dont know, I didn't make the sandwiches. Then no apologies only kept saying next time ask.... WHY would I ask when I thought you were making the wrap? Hello! To make it worse,,when I get home I realized it's not even edible. I called in, and I guess they employ "boys" as managers because when I stated I was the lady waiting for the wrap and now I can't even it it, he said " next time ask." Ask for what?? What am I not getting? That you dont know how to make wraps and sandwiches? That your too busy flirting with girls at the counter to finish people's orders?? Worst food experience I've ever had ANYWHERE!!! Hope those boys grow up to be better productive members in society than they are working at JJs!

The only thing my wife ever gets from DQ is a crunch cone. We have gone back three times and each…read moretime the cone is so anemic with the crunch toppings, pitiful - like almost bald. Each time we have complained, just make it like every other DQ we have gone to, just like the advertisement photo. The last time we went, my wife asked again BEFORE we ordered and was told by the staff that this is directed by the owner to skimp on toppings. So, we simply cancelled our order and went elsewhere and have not been back. What a stupid reason to completely lose 2 customers! over maybe a nickel.
