I stopped here close to closing time to grab a quick bite to eat after an event in the area. Even though it was close to close, all of the options were still out and hot. I love Qdoba because they had nachos before their competitor, and man, I love nachos. They also have way better queso than their competitor... just saying. I got ground beef nachos with allllll the toppings. I forgot they have pickled onions! The chips provided a great base. They were so salty and crispy. Everything was fresh and made really well. Aww, man, now I'm craving nachos again. Service was great and fast, and the restaurant was nice and clean. Thanks for another great location, Qdoba! read more

I go here on regularly... I like eating after sporting events because it is a quick source of protein. However today when I showed with a reward for a free chips and queso it was not the best service they are capable of. When I first walked in I saw a bundle of workers in the back when I got to the line no one was infront of me and I could hear the qdoba worker all say "not it" except one guy... I told him I wanted a free chips and queso from a reward I got but I didn't see the "With a purchase of an Entree". when they rung up the chips and queso they saw the reward and how I needed to buy an entree so I said "Just get me an Alicart, with Chicken, Brown Rice and Cheese." When the worker made it tho, he only made half an Alicart and barely gave me nothing. I'm deeply disappointed today with how I was treated and how my food was made, I may consider a different place to now. read more

We've been loyal customers since you opened your doors. Always enjoyed our food and the staff has been cordial. I'm not sure what's going on with this franchise but the last three months the quality of food has nosedived the cleanliness of the store is poor, things were not stocked today. No napkins to go food trays all over the place. The afternoon staff is a disappointment. The last four visits were afternoon mid-day and each time they behaved put out by our presence trying to ask for what we wanted in our bowls. It was not busy and they pushed us through like we were bothering them. Not even neutral customer service. Seriously bad customer service. We used to love Qdoba. This is just sad. Good food. Longggg lines at lunch. I had the three knockout taco combo: mad rancher, two timer, and the gladiator. The Gladiator was the best. The two timer comes with a crispy and soft wrap and it overpowers the taste of the ingredients. The mad rancher ranch sauce was too overpowering. This location is very convenient & right off Hutch's main drag. The staff is decent, the food is too. I like their quesadillas best. However, this restaurant struggles to keep clean throughout the day. The tables are constantly in need of being wiped down, their pop machine (one of those fancy Coke ones) is constantly out of product, and on a hot summer day the place is always humid. Bleh! Despite all the signs, they do not enforce the mask mandate. People walked in without masks and not a single cowardly employee said anything to them or did anything about it. We ate here on Friday on the way up to the cabin. The customer service was amazing! the food and people were so amazing that we had to stop again today on our way back home. I have not had customer service like that in ages. Two different groups of employees working both days we visited but both were just as good. I wish I had more cash to tip! Such a friendly atmosphere :) I'll be stopping back for a carnitas quesadilla again very soon! read more

So much hype about this place and I go there to realize it's a food warmer place! All the food is pre cooked, covered in chemicals like msg, and placed in warmers until they need more to serve. I read the Facebook reviews for a few locations prior to choosing the Hutchinson location. Hutchinson was the newest so I went there. Food gave me a headache and shortly after diarrhea. I'm allergic to msg so I wasn't shocked by it I guess. Employees knew nothing about it when asked on the topic of msg. read more

Clean environment, friendly helpful staff, quality ingredients and excellent flavor. But $3.50 plus tax (3.75) for a small taco (filled with quality and flavor) I don't know that over paying for fast food will fly in a cheap axx town like Hutch. Empty when I walked as I ate my tacos, several individual customers, all women, came in. Each appeared to order a taco salad to go. So maybe they will get enough business to make it at this location. But at it's price point doubt that I'll be coming in very often. Very Good food, but I can't say it's a good value. read more

My favorite restaurant, EVER! The best Mexican food, by far surpasses Taco Bell and Taco Johns, and I even prefer it over the nicer restaurants like Ixtapa, Azteca, and El Loro's. It's the best food, quick and I genuinely like the atmosphere there, sometimes I spend an hour or so there, but also love to just grab and go, to work, home, or a park. Never had a problem with customer service. I love how the employee sport BOTH Viking's and Packers colors on there company shirts, it shows good sportsmanship, I hope these next generations adapt. The food is healthy and tastes amazing, I've debating getting a job here, just to have Qdoba for every meal (or at least one meal a day.) I even try convincing others to work here, so I go more, I love this place so much, and if you ask about employment they are not only super encouraging about applying, but take your name down and explain all there is to applying, which not many places I've asked for applications are like, actually I don't think any of them were as inviting as Qdoba. You guys should take over these other chains, in my opinion. I feel deprived by only knowing of this restaurants existence a few years. read more
