Disgusting food. Chicken is so old and processed. They make a cheap fajita and microwave it in front of you. Avoid.

Once you step inside, you will feel like you've teleported to Mexico!…read more Go straight to the hot table and check out the menu. Place your order, and find a seat. The food will be brought to you. At the side, there's a small salsa if you'd like additional condiments. We tried a plate of tacos and enchiladas. Incredible flavours! No wonder they have rolls of paper towels at each table. You'll need them! I can't wait to go back!

Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end…read more The service was rude and unwelcoming. When I was about to ask where to pick up my order, the employee responded with, "Did you look over there?" with an unnecessary attitude. Then when I went to grab the order, the other employee couldn't even hand me the food, I literally had to lean over the counter to get it myself. No thank you, no smile, no basic customer service. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The tacos and burrito were extremely dry and had very little flavor. What really made this experience unacceptable was finding foreign objects in our food. My girlfriend found what appeared to be a piece of wood in one of her tacos and thankfully noticed it before biting into it. Then I found a long piece of hair in my burrito. At that point, it was honestly disgusting. I work as a videographer with restaurants and have eaten at many different places, and my girlfriend also does food reviews, so we experience a lot of restaurants. This was easily one of the worst experiences we've had. Bad service, disappointing food, and serious issues with what we found inside our meals. I definitely won't be coming back.

Our table of five was seated right away with thought given to having room for a walker. Among the meals ordered were the chicken and beef fajitas. Both were great but the beef was a tad chewier than expected. Otherwise, it was all really good and the waiter was really kind. We noticed their pink 3 Amigo shirts and commented on how great it is that they wear them throughout October for Breast Cancer Awareness. I wish they would sell them and have a portion of the proceeds go to the cancer society. Overall, another great meal!

The Brossard spot has always been my favourite, and I've been to the West Island location over 10 times. Unfortunately, my most recent visit there was disappointing enough that I don't think I'll be returning. I stopped by for a quick lunch with my family, and as always, I ordered one of my go-tos: either the enchiladas or the taco bowl in that big, crunchy shell packed with beans, sauce, and fresh toppings. But this time, when my order arrived, I immediately noticed three to four pieces of blonde hair on the food visible as the waitress (Gigi) placed it down. I'm not someone who returns food, but I tried several times to flag her or the man managing the front. He looked directly at me but ignored me, so I eventually walked my plate over and politely asked for a fresh one. Instead of simply replacing the meal and apologizing, the situation was handled poorly. Gigi brought the same salad back to the table with the hair still on it, insisting it "wasn't hers" and must have "flown from the ground." I never accused anyone of anything I just pointed out that the hair wasn't mine (I'm a brunette with my hair tied up) and asked for a replacement. Rather than resolving the issue, she became defensive and rude, telling me I was impolite. It was an extremely uncomfortable exchange one I've never experienced in years of reviewing restaurants and it completely ruined the meal. I ended up refusing the dish and asking for it to be removed from the bill. Gigi returned with her head down, avoided eye contact, and said nothing further. Combined with the fact that our other dishes were not up to par -- the steak fajitas weren't sliced, my boyfriend had to cut them himself, and my brother's "bowl" was just a plate of plain components thrown together -- the entire experience left a sour taste. This location has always been a go-to for me, but after this visit, I can't say I'll be back. It felt overpriced, poorly handled, and far from the warm experience I've come to expect from Three Amigos. It's disappointing to write this after so many great meals over the years, but this visit was truly unacceptable.

I've tried several Escondite locations and I almost always order the same things - that time was no exception... margarita and the quesadilla with mushroom. The quesadilla wasn't great unfortunately; it was extremely greasy to the point that it was difficult to handle. Bestie had the "new el paso" tacos which she liked but found a messy eat. I have to admit this was probably the best decorated Escondite I've been to. Restaurant is beautiful with a great atmosphere. (As far as the food and & drinks, the one in Old Montreal is by far the best - but parking??? No.)

We got some drinks to start, and the staff was very nice, very chatty, and overall very outgoing. Once we got our table, we ordered the food: tried the birria tacos, tostadas, Pollo Hermanos taco, and the e'steak. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The portions were very filling, and we honestly enjoyed every dish. (Apologies for the bad picture I was too excited and ended up just taking 1) The owner was also there making sure everything was going well, and you really get the vibe that they care about their product. He was very nice, you could see him bringing dishes and overall making sure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely be visiting again
