We couldn't order inside (the doors were open and the dining room chairs were out). I went inside to use the restroom and it was disgusting. After that we went through the drive through, and the woman taking our order was very nice. Asked us what kind of sauces we wanted, we get to the window, get our food, no sauce. We wait at the window for another minute or so, and the punk opens the window, says "whaaaat" and we say we need sauces. He rolls his eyes and fills a whole bag full of sauce so that's great! Food was gross though. Might need to run to Burger King instead, but at least I have some Taco Bell sauce to go with it! I wish I would've taken pictures of the bathroom but I didn't expect to leave a bad review. Do better! read more

I worked at taco johns for about 4 years so I know what to expect when I order my favorite items.. The chicken in the stuffed grilled taco was very dry and not much of it. The flavor was good just very dry. The hard shell on the Taco Bravos were pretty stale. The meat and beans and nacho cheese were very good.. The customer service was decent... Not sure that I would return to this particular taco johns but taco johns as a whole is one of my favorite tex-mex places to grab a quick bite.. read more

the worst worst worst Taco Bell experience ive ever. I called to talk to the manager and they hung up on me. lol In general rudeness in the initial interaction while ordering and while picking up food at the window. Its freezing out so I get being grumpy but sheesh. We didn't get any hot sauce so we waited to ask for some , they opened the window and handed us like two without a word and immediately shut the window before we could ask for the type we wanted. They didn't come back so we drove away and where just going to go inside to get some but the doors where locked. bummer deal. about to try the food , wish me luck. Honestly this place has gone downhill so much. Was on my lunch break, they didn't have a line so I stopped, figured it'd be a fairly quick trip through the drive through. Waited about 5-10 mins before someone spoke through the speaker, mind you I'm the only car in line. When they finally answered the speaker the person taking my order kept interrupting me while I was trying to order. Finally got it finished and got to the window and waited ANOTHER 10 mins for them to take payment. Person handed me my food and closed the window before I could ask for any extra sauce. Got back to work, almost all my food was cold and I only work a couple mins away from this location. Only thing hot was my rolled chicken tacos. Where do I even begin??? I go there and wait like 17 whole minutes for my food. I order my food, I ask for a cheesy gordita CRUNCH and they had the audacity to question me. They asked if I wanted steak, beef, or chicken. I was so confused and asked again, but they gave me attitude! I ended up saying steak because I'd feel bad for asking again. Normally they don't ask what to put on a cheesy gordita crunch, so yeah. I finally get my food and as I was eating. The gordita crunch didn't have ANY sour cream. THEY always put sour cream on gordita crunches. I would know, I eat at taco bell numerous of times and I was so baffled! I also looked at my 5 layer burrito that I had and it literally looked liked someone sat on my burrito. I kid you not, it felt like I was eating a full diaper. Horrible. Ordered 5 potato tacos, a black bean crunch wrap and Mac and cheese. We pulled up to the window and they only had us rung up for the tacos. We corrected it, and when they gave me what i thought was my black bean crunch wrap IT WAS BEEF. I haven't eaten meat in years and i just accidentally ate some even though i made sure to say TWICE that it was a black bean crunch wrap. Shouldn't be that hard to get an order right. Horrible! waited in line for over 20 minutes to arrive to a very hostile employee at the window. not only did she accuse me of recording her (i was definitely not!!). The issue was clearly with the redhead. The food was ice cold. The cooks are clearly grinding but I can not say the same for the spicy redhead. I asked for a veggie power bowl (pic included) and they didn't add rice!!! they tried to cover it up by adding lots of lettuce to cover the fact there were barely any tomatoes or beans. Disappointed is an understatement. People were honking at me as if it was MY fault that the line was moving slower than a snail. There are way better taco bell's in Nebraska, AVOID AT ALL COST. read more

This has to be the most disgusting Taco Bell/ KFC I have ever been to. There was soda spilt on the dining room floor just sitting there with a yellow "Wet Floor" sign. The printer did Not work for my reciept. I asked WHY NOT? He said it just doesn't work, he didn't know why, he wasn't worried about it. He was on his phone while he could have been out in the dining room cleaning up the mess from the soda. The ladies restroom had no tissue. I told the same attendant guy there was no tissue. He said he would get it. WHERE is the manager? I dont think the manager is working in here at all. I ended up using the mens restroom both of which were filthy!!! Cashier extremely rude and did not wash hands between taking money and making food. Had to beg for an extra fork and was told that we already have 3 of them on our tray. Passing through my son wanted Taco Bell and we went to Runza. We ate and finished and walked to Taco Bell and he's still waiting. He said he ordered #8 and the guy behind the counter gave him lemonade. My son said I didn't order this. He then gave him his order without a bag and walked away without an apology or anything. They're not following literally any of Taco Bell's covid procedures, not one. Such as not handling debit cards or most importantly using a bin for the bag so that it's a touch less drive thru. I'm all for cutting fast food some slack during this crazy time, but if there's one thing they should do right now it's follow covid procedures. read more

Not only did I wait in the Drive thru line for 45 minutes, not get all of my food, receive no receipt, but when I did get my food....the chalupa shells were hard as a rock. If you are looking for something quick and there are cars in the lot, keep driving. Over 30 minutes to get our order. Trash overflowing and tables were not wiped down. Obviously understaffed. Food is not up to other Taco Bell's I have been to. Keep thinking they will get better but have never recovered after laying off employees during a remodel a year ago. read more

This is a Taco Bell Kentucky Fried Chicken combo joint. Typical TB fare although they don't carry tostadas anymore - strange since they clearly have all the ingredients available. This is right off the interstate although I did not see it advertised on the exit sign. Taco Bell is in my opinion a 3 star max restaurant so as far as that goes this is on par with all the others. read more

Stopped at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday on the way to Omaha. Took almost 35 minutes to receive a take out order. Staff said they were out of chicken tenders to make ANY chicken sandwiches. Out of drink cups. Staff forgot an ordered item, so waited an additional 10 minutes. Got out the door and down the road and realized they'd forgot to put meat in the Famous Bowls. Called the Manager who told me he'd have to talk to his Regional Training Manager and could I just stop on my way back and pick up a coupon. Promised me he'd call on Friday. I called on Saturday. He'd have to see about me getting coupons from a Kearney KFC. Took my name and Address. Still have yet after a month to receive anything in the mail.
