To start, I've always gone to Taco Bell and never had a problem before. However, this particular visit changed everything. My group of friends and I decided to eat at Taco Bell, but what happened was completely unacceptable. After we got our drinks, we were immediately told to leave, even though we already had food on our table and had done nothing wrong. If customers aren't allowed to sit, then what are the tables even for? On top of that, when my friend gave the name "Bob" for the order--simply because he didn't want to use his real name--the staff responded in a discriminatory and offensive way, saying, "Your name is not Bob, you are colored." This comment was completely inappropriate and racist. The situation got worse when they refused to give us a water cup and tried to short us by giving a small cup even though we had ordered a medium. Overall, the experience was disrespectful, discriminatory, and far from the service any customer should expect. read more

While I loveeeee taco bell and while my meal here was delicious, I did however find a piece of chicken on top of my VEGETARIAN taco. I ordered the new Reaper Ranch taco with the beef subbed out for refried beans. It was tasty and I definitely loved the new taco--it had the yum new reaper ranch sauce, which wasn't actually spicy but was still good (only $1 btw!!!) Finding a piece of meat in it was disappointing. My worst taco Bell experience First of all to start with. Very unpleasant dine in experience. It was so cold out there that my food got cold before I could get to my last item. I ordered #6 no meat add beans. Temperature outside in parking lot was much better than in side restaurant. 2nd instead of Beans in my crunch taco there was seasoned beef. I haven't read other people's reviews but from my experience this TB deserves a much better rating. The staff is always friendly and have even remembered me from previous visits. The food is consistently well prepared and comes out super quick. I usually swap ingredients in my order to make it vegetarian and they never mess it up. Look forward to future trips here! read more

The managers who work here are very rude and always have an attitude. I went to pick up my mobile order that I did at 4pm and set pick up at 5:45pm through the drive thru and the manager starts screaming to me about her pin pad not working without any greetings. Eventually, she tells me to come to the window and says "give me a min I haven't made 3 tacos yet", then she closes the window and starts talking to someone on her phone. Guilty pleasure admission -- I love the Bell. I have a few friends that are grown up enough to admit that they do too. I have others that claim they don't remember the last time they were there, if ever. That's on them -- they are either denying it or missing out. I generally get one of the box deals with a temporary menu item as the centerpiece. I always switch the hard shell taco to soft. The Fire sauce is alright but I could use something hotter. My #1 concern with this location is that they tend to not wipe the tables down often enough, and the staff are often more interested in chatting with each other and screwing around than they are with working. Went there after a movie on Sunday night around 9. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter while two workers' chat was over. Dude behind the counter told us that they ran out of beans and beef, only have a little chicken left. I asked him what can you make with what you have now? He told me, he couldn't tell me. I frequent this Taco Bell for lunch because it's located close to my workplace and I like the food. That being said, the one star is because the service is so abysmally slow here! I used to try to eat inside but I stopped after it took well over 30 minutes to receive my food after ordering (it wasn't especially busy either, there were maybe 2-3 other customers ahead of me). Even the drive-through tends to be extremely slow with 15 minute waits after ordering without anyone else ahead of me being the norm. One day the drive-through was a 45 minute wait after ordering, and they didn't even apologize for how long it took. read more

Stopped at this Taco Bell last night thinking that the newer location would take a little more pride in the food they serve... Couldn't have been more wrong. I'd like to give it zero stars, except that the staff was responsive and friendly enough for a fast food place. The food: This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences ever. The pintos and cheese looked like re-fried beans from a can which had just been heated past all recognition. The sauce and cheese on the top didn't help the powder crumbly mess, and the minuscule scoop which they used didn't half fill the container. The XXL Grilled Stuft (their spelling) Burritos were about a third filled, and three-quarters of what was in there was the same beans as mentioned above. We were told that they only had enough steak to do one of the burritos, even though they're supposed to be the restaurant to sell you "fourth meal". The scant two pieces of chicken in mine and one piece of steak in my wife's just made us angry that they couldn't be bothered to just tell us they were going to be bean only burritos. The Chalupas were just ok, but they were only about half as full as you'd make them if you were doing it yourself. Also, they've gotten rid the Baja sauce we liked in favor of some ranch sauce which wasn't really Tex Mex at all. Lastly, the soft taco was filled about one quarter of the way and most of that was iceberg lettuce. You'd almost think the employees get paid more of they skimp on the customers to save on food costs? Overall, our visit to this place was not only a waste of money, but also a waste of time.
