Honestly I love the new crunchy chicken tacos. There super tasty and filling. But only when made right!! I've been eating At Wai'anae location a lot and it's actually the first location I tried the crispy chicken tacos and I was hooked. My first experience was hot crispy chicken lots of lettuce cheese and it guess a salsa or something and sauce of your choice.And both sauces a good btw. But I went last night after work super hungry and excited. I open my first taco and it's full with lettuce and one tiny corner piece of one chicken nugget, no cheese no salsa and one dot of sauce... so I crack one U turn went back all irritated cuz I was starving and just got a refund. Taco bell is perfect for a quick bite before or after the beach and viola, this location is conveniently located walking distance to the beach and inconveniently located across McDonalds. I like going to the beach, and what comes to mind when soaking under the sun is to hydrate. To hydrate to me is to drink water, and nice cold sweet lemonade on the side. This is where taco bell comes in. I like stopping by this location to grab me their large pink lemonade. If I have to choose between this drink and some pink drink or dragonfruit lemonade, I will choose Tacobell Pink lemonade. Think of its price. The only think I did not like during my visit was the drive thru was moving so slow even with only one car ahead of me. Drive thru means, hurry up, make way, we need to get thru quickly. Otherwise staff are nice, very courteous and location is great so close to the beach. I will keep coming back for more stuff. read more

Taco Bell out in Waianae recently got renovated. The interior has more seats for customers. There are about six table booths, six four seater tables, and maybe thirty of the two seater tables. There is one tall table that seats up to six people. The tall table and one of the four seater tables has hooks for customers to hang their bags. The counter is straight ahead. There are two registers but only one is open majority of the times. Taco Bell still accepts credit card as payments and they only have one credit card machine. Missing from the shop is the line metal barricades. There is a self serve fountain machine for the customers to choose their own soft drinks. The fountain machine is located towards the far left hand side of the registers. The condiments, napkins, and straws are on the left hand side of the registers. I have visited Taco Bell twice since their recent renovations. Both times I was greeted by the employee. Both times the interior was very clean. Sadly the second time I couldn't order any Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas or bread sticks since they are no longer on the menu. I had to settle for a Mexican pizza instead. When I do have a craving for a Tex-Mex item then I'll head on over to Taco Bell. 72/100 read more

It'll do if you need late night food. Definitely not consistent, sometimes it's really good (like best Taco Bell ever), sometimes you wonder how many hours the bean crust has been collecting in the serving pan. Service is what it is but they are fast, and recently they have been much better with order accuracy. read more

There's no denying that their hours and the yummy food are super convenient whenever you need a fast food taco fix. There's also no denying that if this location were ever to close permanently, the whole community would be pretty sad about it. So being that they've already got these pluses on their side, you'd imagine that an improvement in customer service would greatly up the community's appreciation for this place and their review ratings. People make mistakes. There will be errors on orders now and again. Hey, we're only human. But for me, personally, when I get those errors or missing items in my orders at a rate of 7 out of 10, it's safe to say that there's A LOT of room for improvement. The newly renovated place is nice and a much welcomed upgrade both inside and out. However there are 3 things that I feel I need to mention. First, they don't offer Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas anymore, which my kids are super sad about. Okay okay... I am, too, because satisfying my kids' pizza cravings without having to set foot outta my car was GREAT!!! I'm hoping they'll bring that back. Second, the table set-up inside is super awkward when there's a long line. There's a long table that runs directly from the front of the register to the front entrance so anyone eating on that table will be completely surrounded in close proximity by customers waiting in line. The area is small so I get that they're trying to maximize the seating but it was quite uncomfortable. Third, it would make a world of difference if the employees beefed up the customer service skills. I RARELY get greeted both in the dining room or in the drive thru. I RARELY see any employees smile at their customers (and trust me, I keep tabs of that). I encountered ALL THREE of these unpleasantries just in today's visit. 1) I wasn't greeted or even smiled at in the drive thru. I was simply given my total, then my packages. Not one greeting or smile. 2) No pizzas so we ordered a quesadilla instead. They forgot it so I had to turn around after I drove pretty far away already. I then decided to jump out and take it up with them inside. 3) Got caught in that long line with the awkwardness of the table placement. And AGAIN, no greeting or smile from the cashier. Just watched as she chit chatted with some boys while taking orders. Line was all the way to the door and she was the only cashier. Smh. But I did get a smile from someone in the kitchen who made my missing quesadilla. Nevertheless I won't NOT come here. I need my fixes just as much as the next person. Rather, i'm just holding out hope that the customer service improves. read more

So I dropped my wallet in the parking lot on Monday, a good citizen turned it in, and the manager handed it to some kid who said it was his! I'm 54 and have a full beard and mustache, but the kid said it's my uncles and she handed it right over to him! The corporate office refuses to do anything, and is concealing the identity of the kid. We come here way more than I would like to admit. ;) I have never had a problem with the customer service here for dining in or the drive-thru. I order the same thing every time! 7 layer burrito with nooo rice. Sometimes the burrito ingredients are all on one side but hey- life could be worse. Still taste amazing to me! I've gone to this taco bell for a while now. The only issue I've had was the line is long (not a big deal). Today is a different story, I ordered 4 hard shell tacos and three of them clearly had hair in it. So gross, one of the hair I found when bite into the taco and the other two I found it weaved in the lettuce. Not sure if a manager reads this, but finding hair in my food is unacceptable. read more

Came here at around 12am one night. There were only 4 cars before me. It took about 30-35 minutes just to get a taco salad and Mexican pizza. Shitty thing about being in this line is not being able to drive off of the line. I really don't understand as to why it took so long. We go to this Taco Bell quite a bit and I've always received outstanding service except for tonight. The young man that I was taking my order was name was Chris was more interested in talking to the people in the back that he was getting my order correct. I had to ask for my drink cups. I also had to go and ask for the correct order that I placed and as my order is being taken care of by another employee he continued to talk to that person. this place stinks just like the managers attitudes.... the staffs has more Customer Service experience then their managers... the one star is mainly for the Managers but the food and service from the staffs I give them a 10 star... but seriously the water bucket y'all mop the dining area with stinks.... get it changed or get new mop heads... oh I almost forgot the FLIES.....
