And now what, go back in that line, at the understaffed taco bell and argue with the AI? And your employees are swamped with big lines building up are we supposed to open each item and check at the window? Your understanding already makes the lines hell especially if I came at nights. Replace the drive thru speaker position with AI and then understaff the store so they're probably miserable, frantically putting together orders while customers sit waiting for their food. There seem to be two employees working at any given time, and you can't see any of them because they're always in the back of the kitchen, yelling at each other because of how behind on orders they are. If you order on the app, expect your food to be 15-20 minutes later than what is promised. The dining area is clean enough, but the kitchen floor is littered with trash and food waste. The bathrooms are gross, which is interesting because I only ever see employees go into them. All 3 soft shell supreme tacos did not have any sour cream. I returned to the front counter and fully opened the tacos to prove my claim. I was speaking with Melissa. "I put sour cream on them." Where? "it's under the meat." Who's the manager? "I am the manager". I literally had to sift through the already fully open tacos with my fingers to show her wrong, all while asking her to point to a single spot of sour cream, which she claimed was there. Rather than owing her mistake, she pinned it on me. The tacos were remade. Melissa never apologized and lacks customer service skills. It's a consistent order we have 2 value menu quick food items that take 40min to get to order and leave with. Even walking inside staff refuses to take our order and forces the kiosk. I just find the flow of the staff unmanaged. Would love to help with years of experience but someone needs to come save this location before a riot breaks out. Let me start by saying I used to love Taco Bell, of course that was when $10 could feed 3 or 4 people. I took my mother out to run errands today and she wanted Taco Bell, so we stopped at #031631 and went thru the drive thru do to the fact people no longer help you when you go inside. Pulled up to the sign and an AI started talking at me. It got my order wrong and when I said no to the question is the order on the screen correct it just talked over me asking me to donate money. I repeated the word NO 5 or 6 times and a person actually came on and said pull forward. Got to the window and explained what happened at the young lady took my order again. She was very polite and provided excellent service. we got two #2 combos, large for an overpriced fee of $22.38, total shocker on the price. I look at Taco Bell and the service and food you get there and compare it too Chic-Fil-A and wonder were all the money is going. It definitely is not going to food quality or quantity, and it definitely is not going to staff as a Taco Bell will have 5 or 6 employees inside while a Chic-Fil-A will have 15 to 20. Someone is driving Taco Bell into the ground and I would not be surprised to see it go out of business in the next 5 to 10 years. Just as an FYI we will not be going back to Taco Bell again, it is just an overall crappy experience and I would rather go somewhere that still knows the meaning of quality food and customer service. This place opened recently (a few weeks ago) where Handel's Ice Cream used to be located. Looking at this place on the outside, it looks very nice and new. I've now been here a few times; once for dinner and once for breakfast. On the first visit, I had two seven layer burritos, which were good, but it was a little cold on the inside. There's not much more I can say about that. For breakfast, I had the Crunch wrap combo with bacon. I'm not a fan of hash browns, so they made it for me without it and gave it to me separately so the dog could have that when I got home. The Crunch wrap was actually very good and liked the kick that went with it. The combo also came with two Cinnabon Delights, which was deep fried goodness. The staff were friendly, but they did seem to be running on a skeleton crew when I went for breakfast this morning. The good thing is that it wasn't busy yet, but it did start to pick up as I was leaving. Overall, this is a good Taco Bell and would stop here if I'm in the Red Mill Commons area and looking for a Taco Bell craving. It's the local Taco Bell in my 5 mile radius in a pretty good location so it's a pretty popular spot for people who want low quality food fast. I've eaten here 6-7 times and have had an up-charged (harder to make item) "forgotten" for the 3rd time now. Getting some inconvenient to use credit after complaining to the manager gets reeeally annoying. I urge you to just try the Mexican restaurant a couple buildings down, Las Palmas. It's a slightly longer wait but you'll pretty much spend the same amount (unless you drink), the food is WAY better (especially the chorizo and pork belly), and you get bigger portions so it's kind of ridiculous I even stop in at that Taco Bell, especially since I want to eat healthier too. read more

I'm giving 4 stars for this review because the food quality was excellent, however, the service from one of the employees was far from good. I came into the store today around 9 and ordered a party pack with me and my friends. The girl name Bri was supposed to help me out but she was too busy flirting with the other worker to notice me trying to order food. After a while of her giggling and talking to the guy on line she finally took my order. I was late to the party thanks to her. I am beyond upset.
