I must have been feeling adventurous today! I haven't had Taco Bell in sooooooo long! I saw an advertisement for their Caramel Empanadas and gave in today. Hahaaaa!! I placed my order online and was impressed by the meatless options. I was a bit hesitant with reading the reviews but decided to give them a try. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The young man at the drive through even clarified that I had placed 2 of the same orders and asked me if this was a mistake and advised me to contact 1800TACOBELL to correct this. Awesome customer service!! & a clean store... that alone 4 stars!! I ordered online an online special lunch box that included a black bean chalupa, spicy potato taco, chips and cheese & a drink. And after eating the taco and the chips, I'm full. Can't forget my empanada! I regularly order delivery through the taco bell app, and unfortunately this location is the one the app picks for me, if i could change it I would, out of 10 orders only 7 are right, in the past 90 days ive gotten someone elses order twice, a veggie mexican pizza with beef on two seperate occasions, no drink back to back , and then most recently as of sunday i called before placing my order speaking to a manager asking if my order would be ok mentioning the above, my burrito came burnt, taco shell cracked on my taco, i then spoke to corporate twice this week the first call to cite these experiences on tuesday and a second call today because i didnt receive a call back in "3 days" from a supervisor as i was told I would, but still i ordered today in good faith hoping my order would be done right and the store had been contacted , today i ordered 2 freezes and then a quesarito and a black bean grilled cheese burrito, both with extra rice, ZERO rice on my quesarito. One may ask why keep ordering? Im a loyal tbell goer and have been for over a decade and i keep saying ah theyve had a bad day this was a one off, things happen, but at what point is it no longer an accident?! read more

This location was empty and very slow. We ordered online and it took awhile for the food to be prepared. However the food was tasty and the place was clean. The bathroom was clean. For the price can't be beat just wish they were a little more efficient. Easy to customize to different dietary restrictions. Pro tip: get the app. There are combo options which are not available to order in person which can save you $$$. Also free Wi-Fi is available in store. read more

When I arrived, I was expecting to get the stereotypical Taco Bell service. Upon initial drive-thru interaction, I was blown away by the quality of service received. The attendant was quick, accurate, and extremely polite. While driving to the window, I had to make sure I was at Taco Bell and not Chick-Fil-A. At the window, the immaculate service continued. I'd have to say this was the most awesome drive-thru experience I've encountered in quite some time. The service was so good, I contributed to the scholarship fund she asked me about. This location is pretty empty usually and it was mostly clean. The wings that Taco Bell are making are just okay in my opinion. They were fried hard and seasoned with some Mexican seasoning. The dipping sauce didn't have much flavor and the wings need some hot sauce for more flavor. I am not a huge taco bell fan, but I decided to try these out. read more

First i was kinda upset when i used the mobile app and it said the inside was closed which was bs. So i had to go in and order. I order the food on the automatic machine so i can make sure the order was taken correctly. I then waited for a long time. They where not very busy. When i got my order it looked ok. I did not open the actual food just counted the things. Well i got home and to my surprise we did not get the TRIPLE DOUBLE CRUNCHWRAP in the 5 dollar box or the extra one we ordered. IT was the original crunchwrap. I was so upset. For I dont live up the street from it. I then proceeded to my Beef Mini Quesadilla and boy they where the worst I seen. they hardly had cheese or meat. I got theses a zillion times at taco bell and never had this issue. I am rather upset of how much they messed up my order. Making me and my family very unhappy. I will no longer go there again. I will stick with Edgewater or Annapolis. So if you choose taco stay away from the upper Marlboro one. read more

We in this community have waited so long for great food options and sadly assumed this new Taco Bell would live up to our expectations. Sadly enough, I have visited this location and each time I have to report that the quality of food continues to be a huge disappointment. At night the workers actually turn off all the lights inside the dine in area and cause customers to actually think they are closed. I have seen this several times and noticed other Taco Bells who have a number of lighting to ensure customers know they are still open. But at this location all lights go dim or dark despite being open for the next 4 hours. Ordered my last meal from here today and the beans were scrapped and dried from who knows where. The steak tasted as if it were spoiled and the rice was hard and dry. I ripped open the burrito to find the worst of it all. I feel sorry for management who are unaware of this type of service and food being sent home to paying customers. I will send this to Taco Bell HDQ to review and hopefully assist this struggling location. read more

Waited 25 minutes - yes, 25 - with only three orders ahead of me in line. Cars were standing in line just as long. I give the penalty 1 star review because the place was fully staffed: there were three or four workers to take orders in the front at all times instead of helping out, despite there being almost nobody in line, and it looked like at least four other people in the back. Horribly slow service, can't imagine what took so long, BUT because the drive through gives you no exit - you cannot escape once you pull in the parking lot. One way in, one way out. I have to explain the 2 stars first.....if its based off of Going in to order they get 3 stars but if its to use the Drive through its 1 star (depending on the time of day). And if you dont know they just opened up really and I had been waiting for that because its not many fast food options in the Marlton region. As far as the food goes its on par with any Taco Bell, its good food and comes out warm and fresh. I went inside today and there were 9 employees at 4:30PM. I think they were getting ready for the 5 o'clock rush because most of them didnt have much to do and the drive through was empty. They only have one guy that was working and a lot of pretty females. So If that affects sales I think a lot more men will go there just to see/flirt with the females. And women customers are just out of luck i guess as far as that inciting sales. Last week I was lounging at home and hungry and didn't want to go to McDonald's drive thru because they are always crowded like a tsunami is coming. So I went to Taco Bell and fortunately the drive thru was not very crowded (2 cars ahead of me). But it took forever for the cars to move. When I got to the window I saw the reason why. The girl taking my order was GREAT. She was alert, polite, moving fast, spoke up so I could hear...an excellent employee if you ask me. But there was another girl that was simply leaning on the counter doing nothing but talking and laughing as the 2 others were getting orders together. So now I know why every time (which is daily at about 5PM because its on my way home) I drive by, their drive thru has on average 8-10 cars lined up. My suggestion is go inside and hope its not the same. Its sad though when drive through service is the same as sit down service in a restaurant, or slower. read more

I couldn't even begin to count how many times I've eaten at Taco Bells in my 35 years. This Taco Bell is unquestionably the worst one. The worst part about waiting 10+ minutes in line every time is when I reach the point that I'll just pass on the meal, I realize I'm stuck because they're drive thru is one lane. While I understand the employees might be new and inexperiencde with customer service, ignoring the customers is not acceptable. I walked in and three employees were talking at a table right next to the door. Nobody at the counter - neither employees nor other customers. Three people working in the back. One looks at me, then goes back to work. Nothing else - no recognition that I was waiting, no "we're busy but someone will be right with you", no "Hey co-worker, could you take care of that guy". Total dismissal. I waited longer. Still nobody, still three employees talking with one another, three whole feet from the door through which I'd just walked in. One of them at least turned and smiled at me before turning her attention back to her friends. The worst Taco Bell ever! Drive thru is literally always a 25+ minute wait, regardless of time or day. Always have full staff inside so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. Clearly the management here also needs to be revised. read more

SUPER SLOW! I have set in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Employees NOT customer friendly. Asking them for something makes you feel as though you are interrupting their social time.
