This resturant was very dirty. Every table in the resturant was dirty and I had to wet napkins and wipe down a table and chairs for my family to eat at. I told the staff, who were all working in the kitchen of the issue. No one seemed in any hurry to do anything about it. Our food was cold. There were no supplies around the drink station so I had to inform them of this issue as well and it was around 5 minutes before anyone ever came to refill it with lids. This was around 430pm on a Friday. The staff never said a word. There were many employees there as well so it wasn't like they were short staffed. read more

Taco Bell - Undercook Cheese Quesadilla - Fast Food Near Me - Sweetwater, Tennessee

Disgusting. Seemed nice enough at the drive up. Got to window- Bremen the two at the window I lost count of the Hickeys all over them. Messed up order - asked for sauce and napkins four times and forgot drink. Looked at me like blank stares- And I'm pretty sure a manager should be insisting on covering those love bruises up whilst serving food to customers- as it really doesn't do much for your appetite- After thinking about it - I threw it in trash. Not knowing where they're hands have been on break I didn't feel like a good parent feeding my kid from their hands - Gross. At very least but Turtlenecks and cover that crap up- looks like it's ran by meth heads . No thanks read more

If the lobby isn't open then in store pickup should not be available. The drive thru lane was out to the road, so I ordered in store pick up. Got to the door and it was locked. So I couldn't cancel my order and had to sit in an even longer line that formed while putting my order in online. So I spent my entire lunch hour sitting in a line I wasn't planning on sitting in. I am not happy at all. I was going to keep this between me and Taco Bell, but their contact us page didn't work either, surprise, surprise...and now that I got my food, it's cold. read more

The food is fine but the service is terribly slow. Drive thru can normally take 20min. They have often shut down for not having enough help or running out of food. Not good management read more

We tried to go through the drive-thru the other day and the menu was not working. Waited in line for 30 minutes so decided to go inside and order. They locked the doors because they were short on help. Seems this is a common problem. Maybe they should pay their employees more money. Surely having paying customers would offset the costs. read more

id give a zero if I could. 45 minutes for a taco and a cup. one girl just walked out during her shift. The guys were friendly and nice. karen c read more

This Taco Bell just got updated there's bench seats inside low lightning tvs and an outdoor eating area with umbrellas. They were a little short on the cinnamon on my twists and there were a few tables in the lobby that were dirty. 5 buck box rocked as usual. Overall good. read more

The slowest drive thru ever. I'm not sure why this Taco Bell is so slow, but every time I've gone it's at least a 15 min wait in line.

The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was a symphony of flavor, the Mountain Dew was a sweet and syrupy nectar that made me feel alive in ways I can only recall experiencing in my younger more formidable years. The customer service was not unlike sitting down with a long lost friend for afternoon tea. Thank you Sweetwater Taco Bell. You have renewed my faith in a weary world. read more

Food was horrible been calling over and over to speak with a manager because it wasn't correct they pick up can hear people talking then they hang up very unprofessional read more

Sweetwater taco bell is why I currently have food poisoning so thank you so much guys, I really appreciate the one time I get fast food in the middle of this pandemic I end up running to the bathroom all night. I guess I really shouldn't be surprised right now given that I not only waited in line for twenty minutes, my order was missing items I had already paid for, and the obnoxious teenager at the window had her mask looped over her ears....and resting under her chin. Classy guys..thanks again for the involuntary purge of the entire contents of my stomach..and yes I will be letting everyone know how your employees acted, the ppe that they neglected to wear and or use properly..and the fact that clearly if better hygiene had been in place you wouldn't be making your local customers sick..you should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Always a little grimy - not sure why. I wouldn't call it dirty, exactly...maybe it just needs refurbishing. But the people here are sooo friendly, it kind of makes up for it. The food...well, it's Taco Bell. And KFC. In one! read more

Dirty. Order wrong. Soda machine nasty and overflowing. No soda in machine. Sold me a cookie did not receive. Loaded potatoes bowl was good. Avoid this place until they can clean it up. read more

A couple weeks ago I was able to order a smothered burrito. They said they could make it since they have the stuff! Being pregnant, nothing tastes good to me but a smothered burrito from here. Now when I ask for it, they tell me they can't ever make it for me. Being pregnant and wanting something certain it's kind of irritating when you want a certain thing and they won't make it for you. read more

I eat taco bell several times a month an this taco bell seems to mess up my order some how whether its forgetting to put biscuits in my bag or giving me beef when I order chicken. But the only thing they do is replace the item they messed up on read more

Service isn't very professional. They have quite rude people there. Not worth wasting your time. They mess up an order then be rude when it was their fault in the first place. Won't go back and definitely won't recommend anyone going there. read more

I have to say that I have never had a worse experience in my life!! All because of one manager that is working at this moment JUNE 6, 2011 4:52 PM.... She was the RUDEST ...... I have to Stop there......I was taught better than to call names, if You can say anything nice, don't say anything at all...... I will say that I was not the only one treated this way, which makes me feel a little better or worse.. At least I wasn't in the wrath alone!... I was only in there for around 5min or so but while watching all that was going on with this managers attitude and treatment of customers & employes, I felt for anyone that had to be around her for more than that amount of time.. I was having chest pains from stress of her & her actions.. Ok, I will leave it at that.. The food was great or the kids say it is, my stomach is still in knots so I have not eaten yet.. & ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE WONDERFUL.. My Heart goes out to them!! & want to say thank you for their service.. I wish that I had only got the manages name so I could warn You of who she is.. I could describe her to you but I think you will know if you get her..... JUST TURN AROUND & WALK OUT SLOWLY & THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY TROUBLE... !!! NO EYE CONTACT !!!! read more
