Gave this one another try after the last one star experience. The good thing is they're consistent. Unfortunately, delivering below average service. We put our order in the kiosk and selected to pay cash cashier after waiting minutes for her to show up said she didn't see our order and asked us to redo the whole order on the kiosk. While she could've just taken the order in person face-to-face, like we all used to accept as normal. I don't mind the technology, but they did nothing to solve the problem. There was no apology or any care in the world. They just went back into their kitchen and continue to avoid eye contact. I was here for 20 minutes before I got my food. The kitchen was loud and seemed like they weren't working efficiently.... One of the team members or managers was yelling at one of the employees loudly, so it was very disruptive and not pleasant to eat inside. Looking forward to giving them another try! read more

I've been to this location 3 times. Each time i've ordered the same thing. 1 order as simple as can be: crunch wrap supreme meal with baja blast and a couple of mild sauces. Not once have I gotten the sauce with my meal. I mean really, how hard is it to put one single order together correctly? God forbid I came in with a family and had to order multiple things. Mostly, order is made incorrect or items are missing or both. If you call to report incorrect/missing items, they make you feel you are lying. They argue that they made order right, and do not apologize for their mistake. Check you order for completeness and correctness before leaving or eating. Many other friends had same experience at the location. read more

I called the SunPrairie Wi location to see if they could notify the person that is picking up their order to correct their phone number. The person answering phone would not help me. It's still a Taco Bell. I'll never complain about the food or service at a Taco Bell because, c'mon, it's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting when you walk in the door. You set a low bar expectations-wise, and you pray that the apathetic staff at least gets close to that low bar. We need to talk about the HVAC system in this location, though. For whatever reason, no matter what time of year you go in, it's like 55 degrees in there. You could keep raw meat in the dining area. It's nice if it's like 95 and humid, and you've just been running a marathon, or perhaps if you've literally just left the surface of the Sun, it might feel downright comfortable in there. For anyone else, prepare to freeze your burritos off. It's really bad in the spring, when it's 50 degrees outside and it feels warmer outside because the AC vents aren't piping icy blasts of air straight down your back. I've mentioned it on a couple of occasions and the staff usually just shrugs and says, "Yeah. It's pretty cold in the dining room." Fix it, then. Sun Prairie's Taco Bell is almost always disgusting. I severely dislike onions and specifically ask them to leave them out of whatever food I order and am completely ignored. Tonight, I ordered a Burrito Supreme and the lettuce they used tasted so bad, it was oniony. My Pinto beans and cheese was filled half way with watery beans, and the burrito wasn't even warm. I've been ordering from this location for quite a while now. Usually the food is great and at a decent price. Recently I ordered a few things and was unfortunately VERY disappointed. All of my tacos barely had ANY beef in them. My chalupas were mostly made of lettuce. I literally opened up all of my tacos and chalupas and had to take all of the lettuce off just to find a tiny strip of meat at the bottom. My nachos barely had any meat as well. My burritos were mostly cheese and red strips. Literally everything had about 3-5% beef in them. After this terrible experience, I will not be wasting my money here again. So my family used to go to taco bell every so often because the food was cheap and while not the best it was okay. Went tonight to get a chalupa meal and didnt check the price having no thought that it wouldnt be the same as it always was. After the remodel of this taco bell a few years ago, I've seen major improvement. The drive thru usually moves a lot faster than it used to, although there still are some nights where it is backed up. I've also never had my order messed up while going through the drive thru which is a HUGE plus. The inside area is always clean and every time I've eaten inside. Sitting in the drive through right now. It took me 26 minutes to get to the order kiosk (only 5 cars before me). I had a mobile order so it didn't take long there. I am now sitting at 38 minutes in line and one car ahead of me. I have the ability to see the front counter while sitting here and food isn't leaving there very fast either. This has been becoming a trend the last few times I've come here. I have been in line for 47 minutes and I just got my food. Hope it's right. Oh... We love Taco Bell but not this location. We have tried multiple times thinking it would be different but it never is. One time I went through the drive through and I gave them my credit card to pay. After they gave me my food I asked for my card back and they said they had given it back. I did not have it in my possession but thought maybe I had put it in my purse and forgot. I later saw that my purse was still open, which it wouldn't have been if I had gotten my card back. I called Taco Bell and they said they had no cards and made really no effort to look. We also ordered through DoorDash a few times. One time they refused to make the order until we called and after the dasher talked to them multiple times. We tipped the dasher $20 extra as she waited there over an hour for them to make our order. Another time we ordered and they told the dasher that they weren't doing DoorDash orders due to being short staffed. She said we had already payed and they said we would be reimbursed so she left and contacted us to let us know. They did not cancel the order and a new dasher kept getting assigned so I had to cancel it myself to stop wasting people's time. I did not get reimbursed since I had to cancel it myself. After giving them multiple try's we won't be ordering from here again. I am disappointed to have to make this review as I have worked in customer service and know how hard it can be but at this point I am frustrated. All of them I've interacted with were cheerful, friendly, and not suicidal unlike most other Taco Bells I've been to. Do human beings actually eat this garbage? I used to have a co-worker that ate here five days a week and even he called it "Toxic Hell" I first discovered Taco Bell in Phoenix Arizona in like, 1968 (I know, I'm a fossil). Taco Bell back then only existed in South Western states. Believe or don't, back then it was like ten tacos for $2, And they were pretty decent. My ex-wife and I used to go to Taco Bell about once a month back in the 80's and get burritos-they were ok, but definitely "junk food". Then in the 90's my son's friend worked there and he swore the beef was delivered freeze-dried and had to be heated and rehydrated before it could be served. Last year (2014), after being assaulted with Taco Bell TV ads for years I decided, what the hell, try it again, give it a fair chance. I ordered a simple taco-had to spit it out-I wouldn't feed that to a dog! Yuck! P.S. Literally spent $55 there for a bunch of teenagers and the Manager accused me of lying AFTER going through the bag.
