They weren't labeled at all, but the red salsa had a smoky flavor and was far too spicy for my taste; my friend didn't care for it at all, either. The green salsa was mild and complemented the tamale quite well. While there was no line, it took a bit of time for them to be served and was given to me individually-wrapped, on a plate and in a plastic bag. I definitely didn't need all that to walk 20 feet over to the high top tables and eat them, but they didn't ask if I needed all that, unfortuantely.
