Gave wrong food multiple times and gave no sauce as I requested and payed for it. Also very rude people

My friend and I went to this Taco Bell around 11:30 PM and were the only car in the drive-thru. The employee asked if we were ready to order, and we said we needed a minute to look at the menu. After about two minutes, my friend placed her order while I was still deciding. Instead of waiting (with no one else in line), the employee snapped, "You need to order. You usually have one minute to order, and you already took two." When my friend said "excuse me?" he just went completely silent like a child refusing to communicate. When we tried to place my order, he wouldn't respond until we asked if he could hear us, at which point he said "What do you want?" in an annoyed tone and told us to pull forward. At that point we didn't even trust him with our food anymore, so we pulled up to the window to cancel the order. He said "alright, okay" and immediately slammed the window shut. We left and went to the McDonald's in the same shopping center instead, where the staff were actually polite and professional. If you're deciding between this Taco Bell and McDonald's, do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's. This place clearly doesn't care about customer service. I would give this Taco Bell zero stars if I could. read more

GOD what an awful experience. The customer service was awful, with so many dirty looks. I can't even comment on the food because we didn't make it that far. I stood waiting to have my order taken for over 20 minutes and it was never done. Improvement is needed in every department. read more

Surprised by this business since I never have had a good experience, yet it maintains operable. I feel for the workers that have to put in a lot of effort to accommodate the drive through, but it seems like management is the issue. Whether its staffing or setting proper standards. I have been there twice and both times have been turned away during working hours. Each time they have said that they are closed. The hours have not been updated and it was not posted anywhere. I waited in like for 10 minutes to be told they were not serving anyone. Whether it was staffing issues or running out of supplies, this business continues to show unreliable standards and I would not recommend it for others. read more

Not only Taco Bell has become so expensive (no complaints about that because it is across the board), but this branch is so cheap. Every taco is so anemic, it's like half the meat, half the cheese, it is so thin that is so pathetic. I also ordered a deluxe nix and the burrito has become almost like a taquito. read more

After 2 1/2 years the sit down portion of this restaurant is still closed. It is the only fast food establishment locally that is. This makes it very difficult to justify coming here while working because there's nowhere to sit and eat. On top of that you have to wonder about a restaurant's cleanliness if they don't believe that they can properly sterilize seven tables. read more

Just saw a woman take chopped tomatoes from the serving line and mash them all up on her arm and then sit there talking to the manager like nothing happened and didn't change her gloves. SMH, I walked out immediately and will never go back. read more

This is a review on the business operations, and not the food itself. The food is the same from location to location. This review is more on the face that I am never sure if I will be able to get the food I want to order, or be serviced. I continuously am told items are not available or that the store has an error and is not able to take my order. My most recent trip I was told to leave after waiting for 10 minutes in line. I was disappointed since no signage was posted that the time was changed. There were about four cars behind me and even looking at the time, it continues to say that it is still open. Whether this is management or staffing issues, its hard to say, but it seems like there is some consistency issues with this store and would not recommend it. There is also seating issues since the inside is closed, but the food is similar to any other taco bell. read more

Service is terrible, the few times I've gone in there waiting forever for a cashier to take my order (they are one of the few locations that don't have the machine where you can place your order). I waited 5 minutes finally said is someone working the register and I hear a will be right with you, she finished up went to the next order. So I asked again she said the same thing with an attitude another lady than said she would be there in a minute and only came up to take the order because I turned around to leave and her excuse is were busy. Please don't go to this place. I order quesadillas chicken . In side quesadilla very small tiny chicken meat. I almost don't see any meat in there. I paid over $8.58 dollars something. The quality food is not worth for $8.58 you only taste tortilla & cheese only No chicken meat in there. It's better go chipotle better quality food. read more

Not sure why its changed my location but this is the location in Countryside, in Sterling VA. This is my 2nd trip to this location and my 2nd negative review and I won't be back. Service is always terrible, never have a cashier, employee handed food to door dash and said will be with you in a minute. Was waiting 2-3 minutes she finally told someone I was waiting and still waited another 2 minutes for someone to come. Finally placed my order and asked for water cups for my kids and they now charge for water cups, the kids are standing with me getting food and they won't give a cup for water is ridiculous. I then go to fill up my drink and they have no Diet soda, they changed to Pepsi zero when I asked the one lady they said they don't have Diet anymore. Diet drinkers get one choice of soda and they've taken it away, not sure why but the higher ups don't know the difference in diet and zero. As I said before I won't return to this location with the bad service, charge for water and lack of diet soda if I really want Taco Bell I will go to the other Sterling location. read more

This location closes at 1am everyday, not 12:50am. Completely unreliable for picking up drive thru food when just about every place else closes at 1am. At least have the decency to communicate to your customers that you are not willing to take any orders so i don't have to waste any more time that i could be using to catch a fast food restaurant that ACTUALLY operates til 1am. read more

Yeah, I know, I usually don't review fast food joints and chains. But I admittedly (shamefully?) frequent this Taco Bell like 2-3 times per month ever since I moved about half a mile away from it, so I feel like I should give it some love. It's a combo with a KFC, and I can't speak to the KFC food, never had it. Just be sure if you order a numbered combo that you specify that you want Taco Bell. (Because why would you ever pick KFC over it?) Taco Bell has never done me wrong during the many years I have loved it (well, except for the added pounds). From the old chili-cheese burritos in high school to crunchwraps and cheesy gordita crunches in college to my current obsession with loaded grillers... it's all just so darn delicious. I think it really sums up to the ad campaign "chewy, cheesy, crunchy" they had a few years back. They pair combos and flavors so well, and you can't go wrong with fire sauce. Taco Bell gets a lot of crap from people... but they have something for everyone, from fresco more healthful options to the ooey gooey nacho cheesiness from heaven stuff. And you can get more full than you've ever been in your whole life for like $7. One star off for this location because MAN the drive-thru is super slow. read more

I gave this a place a second chance after awhile and things were great. However, recently I started having similar problems. Not only did they get my order wrong, they didn't give me a receipt. I immediately went bss as ok s few minutes later as I was in the parking lot and noticed my order was wrong. Since they didn't give me a receipt I couldn't prove what I ordered. Instead of cooperation they tried to make it seem as if I was trying to cheat them. They refuses to compromise at all. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I gave them another chance only to get burned again. They were totally dismissive of my issue and I got nowhere. I was overcharged for an order I didn't make to no avail. This is very bad. read more

This location is just sad. They don't cook their shells as long so they are soft and not crispy, and every time we've ordered from this location, they've messed up our order. It especially sucked this night of this review because it was dead and we went drive through. They totally messed up our order. With an empty drive through and no cars in the parking lot. This taco bell does not offer breakfast or seem to have a late night option. Many times we have tried to swing by after being out late and they are always closed. The service is MEH...everytime I go it feels like the person at the counter has no idea what is on the menu or how to enter it... Nacho Bell Grande no beans What? The drive through line CAN be horrible but is not always. During normal meal times, you can expect quite the wait in the drive-thru so don't be in a hurry. They can't make the same thing right twice. Every time I order a XXL Grilled Stuft Chicken Burrito, something is off on or they didn't put something on it. Staff seems slow. The few times I've eaten inside always reminds me why I put myself through the drive-thru horror because the inside is often messy and unclean. Tables are left as is and the floor is filthy if not sticky. I've had the KFC side a few times (same register/drive-thru) and food wise it's alright, but I've had better KFC just like I've had better T.B. but sadly there are no other ones nearby for me to choose from :( The one thing that saved them is that the staff is usually friendly. read more

This Taco Bell's consistency is very dependent on who is actually in the kitchen that day. Burrito supreme's can vary from being actual burrito supremes....or micro-burritos. Due to the inconsistency, and the fact that they'll forget to place some of your food in the bag most of the times you go through the drive-thru, I'm rating at 3 stars for now. This restaurant is terrible. The service is slow. They are constantly out of their products. They refuse to talk to the customers when a mistake happens. They didn't have what I ordered and offered a cheaper item instead. But instead of changing the price for the suggested item, they charged me for the items I didn't even get. So I paid $17 for an order that should of been $10. They refuse to respond back when I ask why I was overcharged and why I should be given some of my money back. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This is a KFC/Taco bell combo. Ive been using the drive through for years. The food from both places is adequate. The line for the drive through can be long. And the longer the line gets, the slower the service. Always double check your food to make sure its what you ordered though, they get it wrong every so often. read more

Disappointed I'll admit I'm usually a huge Taco Bell fan but this location is absolutely terrible! They messed up our order & food was cold. The staff is very RUDE & the place is dirty. We won't be back! I'd highly suggest driving the extra couple of miles to a decent location. read more
