Elijah Wilch is the best worker here he was a great help and helped me and my friend order and get our food. He gave us many great suggestions and I think that Elijah should get a raise and employee of the month. read more

Whenever I go here, the customer service experience is always amazing. Food is always great and it's well prepared. My only grip is sometimes in the evenings I get stuck in line for about 45 minutes. But I hope that improves with Staffing. All in all. It's a good place. Thank you, Taco Bell. read more

The. Absolute. Worst. This location is more expensive than other TBs in the area, gives less filling/ food in the servings (i.e. burritos), and the construction of the food is horrible. Cheesy bean and rice burrito?? Like all of their burritos, they can't figure out how to spread ingredients down the whole tortilla, so you'll get a clump of beans at one end, squirter of cheese in the middle, and clump of rice in the other end. This isn't an observation from one visit. This is my neighborhood shop, And I've been here regularly. Oh, and here's a photo of my crunch wrap from this morning: read more

I never leave reviews but I felt obligated. These workers went above and beyond. I was greeted very nicely and they offered any help if needed ordering from the kiosk. One gentlemen also carried our food out to the table we were at. Great location and workers! read more

I love Taco Bell but the thing is that the workers are so stupid it's annoying. It's like they don't know English, when is say I don't want sour cream that means I don't want sour cream. Imagine my anger I felt when I saw that there was sour cream on my potato fiesta. I also think that worker was on something. read more

I go here for lunch on a regular basis because it's 5 minutes from work. They always get my order to me quickly & it's correct 99% of the time. They have a great attitude & seem to genuinely care about their customers. I'll go here again and again. read more

My quesadilla wasn't event cut at all. The nacho cheese was so hot it literally burnt me. Nothing was wrapped well. The order was technically correct in items revived but the execution of those items was poor. read more

I have been to this location multiple times throughout the years. What really impressed me is that even though they are usually slammed they are always polite and have quick service. Food is always hot and fresh. read more

Don't recommend this Taco Bell , was a loyal customer for many years until recently , every time I go something is usually missing or just messed up , tried them out over 5+ times to see maybe they could work on there mistakes but unfortunately every time I go it's the same results. read more

i didn't feel well today so I was on bed rest ( per say). For that reason, I went to Taco Bell in Springboro, OH at 2:40 am. #1. There were little children working at 2:40am in Springboro, OH. Obviously, they were children and obviously they acted like children (not employees of Taco Bell) as they were dancing, laughing and playing around instead of working. #2. They (I.e., the children at 2:40 am) handed me my order while laughing and carrying on as if Taco Bell was a nightclub. #3. I drove simply a few minutes away and opened my order which was the number 1 which includes 3 tacos... i attached a picture of said taco(s), literally it was as if the tacos sat in water before they wrapped them. Silver lining... the Pepsi was okay but the food was so bad that I literally had to throw it in the trash. Taco Bell in SpringBORO, OH is doing everything wrong and I hope that you and your families never go this restaurant because it's unprofessional, mismanaged, has little children working who genuinely don't care to be working for Taco Bell. All that coupled with the food was so bad that I had to throw it away so... Taco Bell inSpringboro, OH you are welcome for my $10.00 donation to your awful business. I always got great tacos from this particular Taco Bell. But today and last week they were awful. The shells, which were hard shells, were soft and gooey on the bottom and there was hardly any ingredients on the inside. I'm not going back there again it was terrible. read more

I was here with a few of my friends and the couple times we went up to the register we were practically ignored. Especially the last time where I got the attention of a woman in purple hair, she looked at me said absolutely nothing when she was doing absolutely nothing but had the time to grab another associate who was running around doing other tasks. Horrible customer service skills from majority of this staff read more

Damien was great at the counter. Everyone was really nice and the service was really fast! I used to work for Taco Bell and this was by far the best service and restaurant I have been in. I only wish I lived closer so that I could come back every day. read more

I wont go here again! Was eating my chicken quesadilla and found a big hair! To me that's so disgusting !

they always get your order in super fast and are very efficient! the lines can get pretty long but they sweet through it quick

Ordered chicken burrito supreme and 2 burrito supremes. Got home and had a taco and 2 bean burritos. Not a good experience this time.

I personally love their quesadillas, their tacos are great too. I definitely recommend it, they also have a kiosk if you don't like to talk to people, and it has a vegetarian mode so definitely go if you are hungry and have the time. read more

Stopped by on my way home from work last night, i haven't been in a while because the last few times the items where incorrect, but they definitely get 5 star's from me now, everything was great and the guy at the window was very nice and professional. Awesome job!! read more

Don't count on getting what you ordered from here, I didn't, not the first time either. Horrible location

I go here when it's usually late as he11 because I'm hungry from playing games all night like magic the gathering or maybe team fortress 2 and never have an issue and sometimes it's slammed but always are on top of things plus one to the crew!!! read more

We went through the drive thru and had a simple order a chalupa box, a number 11 (Doritos locos tacos) and drinks, a Mountain Dew spiked lemonade, Sierra Mist, a Baja blast freeze and a Pepsi. We got a Baja blast (not freeze) a pink lemonade and normal tacos instead of the number 11. The chalupa box was cold and we only got 2 straws while they proceeded to charge us for what we ordered (more expensive food about $5 more) the guy in the window treated me like a dumbass because he didn't know what the Mountain Dew spiked lemonade was (while it was discontinued recently I didn't know that and he could've simply said that) I won't be going to this Taco Bell any time soon. read more

The food is typical Taco Bell. The service is not very fast. I hate having to check orders before I drive off, but you probably should here. Count on not getting taco sauce even when you specify an amount at time of order. Just today, we were 8 cars deep in the drive thru, do plan your time accordingly (at least a 20 min wait). Good luck. read more

The food was so small and burnt witch is what you expect I guess. But the kicker was the manager was having an argument at the counter with and employee for 20 min. Over Facebook over of all things. Very unprofessional!!. By the way this was Sunday the 28th of August at 3 pm. Hopefully a boss See's this and with do something. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, right? Well, unless you experience the customer service of a lifetime! Tristan is an amazing employee and deserves a raise! Someone give this guy a promotion! Super nice and then brought me out a tray when he noticed I was eating my to-go order inside since I thought my party of people was hitting the road right away. Thanks so much! read more

Shitty service I asked for fiesta potatoes and they gave me a loaded potato griller. She made me pay first and when I told her it was wrong she told me she's sorry she'd have to make me pay if I wanted the fiesta potatoes. And she forgot my drink said she didn't hear it so she made me pay for my soda. Worst experience ever. On top of that she was super rude. read more

This location doesn't even deserve the one star. Every SINGLE time I have ordered food at this particular taco bell in Springboro, the experience has been ANYTHING but satisfactory. And we have been there A LOT. Without failure, our order is ALWAYS either incomplete or incorrect. I can't even describe to you how much I am not over-exaggerating when I say EVERY SINGLE TIME. We always drive away missing some of our food, or with food we didn't even order. And the food we do end up taking home often turns out poorly made. I completely understand honest mistakes, but not when they happen on every order. It is truly unbelievable to me that a restaurant could fail so consistently. And to think, they want $15 an hour? OUTRAGEOUS. read more
