I will by pass the Lebanon Taco Bell to come to this one. They are always fast and so nice. Parking is great plenty of spots, drive thru which is usually crowded but it moves quickly. The. Absolute. Worst. This location is more expensive than other TBs in the area, gives less filling/ food in the servings (i.e. burritos), and the construction of the food is horrible. Cheesy bean and rice burrito?? Like all of their burritos, they can't figure out how to spread ingredients down the whole tortilla, so you'll get a clump of beans at one end, squirter of cheese in the middle, and clump of rice in the other end. i didn't feel well today so I was on bed rest ( per say). For that reason, I went to Taco Bell in Springboro, OH at 2:40 am. #1. There were little children working at 2:40am in Springboro, OH. Obviously, they were children and obviously they acted like children (not employees of Taco Bell) as they were dancing, laughing and playing around instead of working. #2. They (I.e., the children at 2:40 am) handed me my order while laughing and carrying on as if Taco Bell was a nightclub. #3. I drove simply a few minutes away and opened my order which was the number 1 which includes 3 tacos... i attached a picture of said taco(s), literally it was as if the tacos sat in water before they wrapped them. Silver lining... the Pepsi was okay but the food was so bad that I literally had to throw it in the trash. Taco Bell in SpringBORO, OH is doing everything wrong and I hope that you and your families never go this restaurant because it's unprofessional, mismanaged, has little children working who genuinely don't care to be working for Taco Bell. We went through the drive thru and had a simple order a chalupa box, a number 11 (Doritos locos tacos) and drinks, a Mountain Dew spiked lemonade, Sierra Mist, a Baja blast freeze and a Pepsi. We got a Baja blast (not freeze) a pink lemonade and normal tacos instead of the number 11. The chalupa box was cold and we only got 2 straws while they proceeded to charge us for what we ordered (more expensive food about $5 more) the guy in the window treated me like a dumbass because he didn't know what the Mountain Dew spiked lemonade was (while it was discontinued recently I didn't know that and he could've simply said that) I won't be going to this Taco Bell any time soon. read more

The food is typical Taco Bell. The service is not very fast. I hate having to check orders before I drive off, but you probably should here. Count on not getting taco sauce even when you specify an amount at time of order. Just today, we were 8 cars deep in the drive thru, do plan your time accordingly (at least a 20 min wait). She made me pay first and when I told her it was wrong she told me she's sorry she'd have to make me pay if I wanted the fiesta potatoes. This location doesn't even deserve the one star. Every SINGLE time I have ordered food at this particular taco bell in Springboro, the experience has been ANYTHING but satisfactory. And we have been there A LOT. Without failure, our order is ALWAYS either incomplete or incorrect. I can't even describe to you how much I am not over-exaggerating when I say EVERY SINGLE TIME. We always drive away missing some of our food, or with food we didn't even order. And the food we do end up taking home often turns out poorly made. I completely understand honest mistakes, but not when they happen on every order. It is truly unbelievable to me that a restaurant could fail so consistently. And to think, they want $15 an hour?
