Placed an order at the kiosk for dine-in. After watching someone pickup a delivery order and a few cars, went to check on the status of our food since it had roughly been 20 minutes or more. Counter lady had no idea about the order or my name after multiple times telling them. After spending a couple minutes talking to the kitchen, they came back and said they had definitely called my name and someone had picked up the bag- bold faced lie as I had sat near the front, and the only time anyone came up from was to put a delivery order in the pick-up section and to talk to a lady who came to the counter to look for her mobile order. We requested a refund because we needed to leave, and instead they said they couldn't and would remake the food and gave us a free taco coupon. Edited to add: the cook (Zach/Zack I believe) was great. Knew exactly what order was being talked about and verified the timeline. Food still tasted good. read more

I'd honestly give 0 stars, but that's not an option. Worst Taco Bell Experience I've Ever Had I don't normally leave reviews, but this visit was bad enough that I feel like people should know. We walked into the lobby and waited over 10 minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment from staff. No one was at the counter. Eventually, a man waiting behind us yelled "Hello?" into the kitchen--finally prompting an employee to come out, look annoyed, and say "What?" before helping just one customer and disappearing again. We had to use the kiosk to order, and then waited another 10 minutes with no updates, no interaction, nothing. There were no cars in the drive-thru, so I have no idea what was going on. When our food was finally ready, it was placed on the mobile pickup shelf and our name was yelled from the kitchen--no direct communication, no "thank you," nothing. Not a single employee spoke to us the entire time. To top it off, the food was subpar and sloppily made. Honestly, the whole experience left us frustrated and genuinely angry--and that's not how you should feel leaving a fast food restaurant. Oh, and just to add to the unprofessional vibe: an employee's car was parked directly in front of the entrance in the best parking spot, with a large sticker on the window that said "I've got the munchies" alongside an extremely inappropriate graphic. Pulled up through the drive through at 10:30AM, note - they stop serving breakfast at 11. We ordered 3 breakfast crunch wraps & 3 hash browns, well I don't recommend ordering extra stuff because we waited for 30 mins so I went in and they continued to tell us "We have other items to make, we aren't making breakfast anymore" and then they "all of a sudden" ran out of breakfast items. I dont often eat at Taco Bell. If founder ever ate here he would fire everyone before he exploded the building. I ordered 2 beef hard tacos, both shelks where broken so all the filling came out bottom. My dog coukd have made a better taco. I also ordered 2 beef softshells. I'm not sure why Taco Bell gives you the option to customize food if they are going to be super rude about it. I understand that changes the flow of working but don't offer changes if it's going to be such a big deal. Even something as little as no sour cream, or swapping meats is an issue I guess. The chicken in the cantina is good but oh my it's sooo greasy with the "cheese" on the outside of items. Plus no napkins, sauce, straw, etc makes a lunch break difficult. Worst. Service. Ever. We went in Friday, March 1, 2024 at 6:30 PM. The cashier was disrespectful and acted like we were stupid. She was very condescending. She threw the cups at us. Not impressed. This use to be the go to fast food place in Spencer. Not anymore. Building is run down. The kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few months. No customer service. My last experience at this Taco Bell will be my LAST experience there. Was told twice while ordering my food to stop and wait for unknown reasons. We ordered 4 tacos with only meat and cheese and they put lettuce on all of them and they didn't give us all of the food we ordered. Go to McDonald's, Burger King instead, or literally anything else would be better. read more

Boy where to begin, two weeks ago I ordered the new steak nachos box and got home to realize there was just cold cheese on stale chips and no meat, sour cream or anything else on them. Yesterday I took a chance again and ordered the 3 Dorito taco meal only to get home and realize they had given me regular shells instead of the Dorito ones I had to specifically answer a question for at the drive through and they still messed it up. Also, the kid at the window asked me if I was from the area and went on a rant about how he hated living here and was getting yelled at by management. read more

The food is always great and when I was on my way home from a funeral a week and a half ago, and after ordering my food I pulled up to the window to get my food and the wonderful lady at the window gave me some cinnabons to help make me feel better.
