My husband and I pulled up to the window and asked for a few items. And a one of the items on the list had were a black bean chalupa (no sour cream or cheese). I am vegan and lactose so I prefer not to have that in my food personally. Anywho my husband asked politely not to have either of those on the chalupa he says no three cheese blend, please or sour cream. They forgot to take off the cheese so he had to correct them and they took it off, but then a lady jumped on to the other headset and said " next time make sure you say no cheese right away because we already made the Chalupa". Mind you we had asked already for no cheese and then, as I am halfway eating my food, do you know what they added? sour cream. you know what we didn't want? sour cream. unfortunately I didn't see it because they had a placed it underneath the black beans and everything else it wasn't on top. So there was no point for me to bring it back and complain because I had already eaten half of it. I really am just getting sick and tired of all of the rude employees. Idk just bored. Had it before tastes like any other Taco Bell. Maybe 2 times they messed up my order but i have been going here for years. They aren't always busy but when they are it tends to get slow. I don't blame them for being a little slow because they are young and understaffed. My wife and I stopped at Taco Bell today in Sparta Wisconsin. We both ordered the supreme crunch wrap. The amount of meat that was in the crunch wrap was less than a 1/2 teaspoon. When I approached the cashier/manager and showed her that there was literally six specs in half of my crunch wrap she said she saw the meat. If the owners of this restaurant had this crunch wrap served to them they would probably sell their franchise. I will never return. read more

Stopped her on a Sunday afternoon. They go my husbands order wrong because the manager kept interrupting the cashier. Later the manager was searching for a bag and started screaming at the cashier asking her where it was. You should never yell at a worker especially when customers are in there!! CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU! The last few times I have gone through the drive thru, I get home with my food and find that part of my order is missing. Because of this, I have to drive back so they can correct my order. Since I had to go back to Taco Bell, I get home and have to eat cold tacos. It's like employees don't want to be there the way the food is made. I have even seen some employees with earbuds in their ears. Prices are decent. The staff is always happy to see me. They share a bathroom with the gas station so sometimes I have to fight for my right to drop a deuce in peace. The atmosphere is really cool too. I want some of the artwork but it's bolted to the walls. Their drive thru is great as well. Sometimes, it's hard to hear with the main road right next to it but overall, it's not a huge issue. I eat there pretty much every day. They just got lava sauce back so I'm super excited. read more

Stopped here quick for lunch on break. I have never been so let down. The cashier Christine was very rude and short with me and the other customers. Once I got back to work and wanted to start eating my meal I realized they didn't give me any silverware to eat my power bowl with. So I had to leave my workplace go find the nearest gas station to get a fork. They also forgot my napkins. Not impressed with the service I received. read more
