Absolute WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to! The entire order was wrong. First off, when we pulled up they said, "we're only doing hard or soft shell tacos." We mentioned we had a mobile order and they "completed" our order. I ordered a Luxe box, my Crunchwrap (added potatoes, jalapeños, and different sauce) only had my add-ons. No beef or lettuce. I receive no chips and cheese. They didn't have beans so they couldn't do a bean burrito, they did let me sub a grilled cheese burrito. At least they told me about that one. My boyfriend ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, only received a regular quesadilla. He also didn't get any of the sauce that is supposed to come with his meal. All 4 crunchy tacos we ordered were Doritos tacos instead of regular tacos. We also ordered the salted caramel churros, didn't receive those. The burrito was the ONLY item they mentioned would be changed, everything else we didn't find out until we got home. Management needs to seriously pay attention to the reviews and concerns of your customers, the people working at your location doesn't really care about your franchise, this is a serious concern, I was there just one time and I was treated very rudely by the lady taking the order. This location is always closing early, for no apparent reason or even notifying would-be customers of reasoning on why they are closed. Have to announce self multiple times at drive thru before someone answers, staff hoping you just leave. Have placed numerous mobile orders and upon arriving, them saying they're closed, way before posted closing time, with complete staff. If the surrounding area population cannot get Taco Bell, then this location needs to be permanently closed. Have had unprofessional, lazy staff for over the past 3 years. Ordered a Mexican pizza and it comes to me sloppy and not even a handful of tomatoes. They don't even know how to cut it. Not to mention it was cold. I want to update my review as of right now. The past three weeks I have gone through to Taco Bell drive through 4 times and have been very surprised. The service is wayyy faster as of recent. The longest I waited of those 4 times was about 5 minutes and that was for a big order. I am very impressed. Below is my old review from just a short while ago. Honestly for the past three or four years this has been the place all the locals in town avoid unless you have a good 30 minutes to an hour to waste waiting to get the wrong order. Seems like the drive through cant handle more than one customer per hour or they just shut down. After waiting for 20 minuets to get to the window you will be asked to move forward and wait another 20-30 minutes for the food if the remember to bring it to you and the other 4 cars parked waiting in the middle of the parking lot. read more

Y'all expect far too much from your Taco Bell. This location will satisfy all your pseudo-Mexican fast food needs. Driving up on I-85, we got stuck in terrible traffic. By the time we emerged from the jam an hour later we had our tastebuds set on the nearest T. Bell. When I saw the low Yelp reviews for this location I was marginally concerned but undeterred. Thank the "taco" gods for our resolve. This combined KFC/Bell location is new and clean enough. The food was delivered quickly, was hot, and as ordered. The burritos were generously stuffed; the quesadillas of adequate cheesiness. Sure, the seven-layer had a pool of liquid at its bottom because of improper guacamole/sour cream allocation. And yes, the quesadilla could have had more sauce. But as far as Taco Bells go, we know these complaints could be much much worse. Check your Taco Bell privilege. This taco bell is connected to a KFC and right off of I-85. We stopped her for a tide-over-taco (what our family calls the taco you eat between the hours of 3 and 5 so you can hold out till dinner). The service was obviously sub par. The cashier was especially deficient in intelligence and desire to accomplish anything with her life. The food was average taco bell. Tasted like taco bell, looked like taco bell. A heads up though, they have no changing tables... very surprising... especially in this section of town. Okay so let's say I am a management consultant looking to open a Taco Bell in this location. I can understand some decisions. Decision one, make sure there is a lack of available outdoor seating and ample light at night to deter the homeless. Check. Two open in a location where their is a high high school dropout rate so we an ample job pool. Check. Three not put FREAKING CHANGING TABLES IN THE RESTROOM! Check. Wait what? WHAT THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE? THAT IS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T! Why in the world are there no changing tables? Taco Bell you designed this location, why can't you design it with 3 more square feet of bathroom space and put in a changing table! I have has so many issues with this location but being its the closest I've given it repeated chances last night was the last one. I pulled into the drive through waited the usual 3-5mins for someone to acknowledge me and then was told they didn't have enough meat to make my tacos? Seriously? Funny how these things only happen around closing. Last time I got home and ALL my tacos were crushed and had nothing but cheese and so little meat I had to check to make sure it wasn't just a shell. This doesn't include the worthless staff they have that mostly stands around laughing and playing. Just look at the reviews and you'll see. The wait was a little long but in their defense I did show up about 20 minutes before closing. Despite showing up this late, the quality of the food I received was far better than what I receive at most Taco Bell's. Overall, this is easily one of the better locations I have been to and this location does not deserve a rating as low as 1.5 stars. read more

Good afternoon. I visited the above Taco Bell (029401) yesterday on my way back home from North Carolina. My wife and I used the drive thru and from the beginning were met with a tone as if we were inconveniencing the drive thru staff. When the staff member did not clearly hear what my wife had said the response was, "Say what?", rather than the standard, "Excuse me?" or anything in that area. After making the order, mine being two simple beef burritos (and I asked to make sure they did not put beans on them, which they replied, "We'll pick those off"), I reviewed our receipt. The receipt showed two Burrito Supremes. I have ordered beef burritos from various Taco Bell's and they were always the same, just meat, cheese, onions and sauce, and generally cost under $2.00 each. The Supremes were almost $3.00 each so I asked to make sure I was getting regular beef burritos. They said, "We don't have those here. So we'll give you a Burrito Supreme minus everything but cheese and onions." Seriously? People generally pay more for the supreme to get everything they were taking off. I just wanted what I ordered.
