Used to work by this location, and man was it always clutch. I get it for lunch or dinner if I'm in the area now a days. The service is always quick and friendly, and in these days, that is saying a lot. This location is definitely in the upper tier of Taco Bell restaurants. They give you a readable amount of sauce, food portions are solid, and there is still a dollar menu, unlike some locations I refuse to go to that have made the minimum item 1.49. Listen, I have lived around the corner since before this Taco Bell was put in, and I still live here even after it being put in. Which means, I've attempted to give this place my business more times then I can count and every single time, there's a major problem. Problems that shouldn't ever be a problem, but today.. just ridiculous!!!! My husband and I got here around 10:22 pm, we sat and waited for about 3 minutes before saying hello after we haven't received one first. No reply. We wait a few more minutes. Nothing. The site says it is open until 12 am. All lights were on, people were inside. Now here's the part where I get pissed. When we pull around to the window, we see a girl laughing and then quickly jumps out of view when she realizes she saw me. Like a, "oh shit don't let her see me!" Type deal. I pull away, and at this point, 7 other cars are in line. I call and someone promptly answers, and when I asked why were their lights on, site says opened, yet no one is taking my order? She pauses and says, "oh sorry we closed at 9" all while trying not to laugh. What the hell is up with this? Well I can tell you exactly what because I have dealt with this being in management. Your night time crew is staying clocked in until your real closing time, that being midnight, and are choosing to just sit in the back and collect the time and just not work instead. It's the most immature, ridiculous, and beyond all, shitty thing to do. You're lying and stealing company time and wasting the publics time. I ordered 6 soft tacos Through the drive-through Sharonville OH location . I pull over to check my order just to make sure it was correct.They were all soggy they must've been sitting out for hours the tomatoes were disgusting. I tried to return the order for fresh the doors were locked so I went through the drive-through a second time to try to return and the Manager was Crazy Insane-and Rude I couldn't believe it! I ended up throwing my order in the trash so Gross NOT edible! I never complain but I will be reporting through the corporate office. read more

Very poorly managed and staffed. Witnessed an argument between the manager and staff members. The staff member screamed profanities at the manager and ignored guests. Customers walked out the door... We're closed but we will open in 8 minutes. I say Ok and since there was no one there, I figure I can sit there for 8 minutes. She comes on and says you have to drive on through and back around when we open. I ask, I can't just wait here. She says no. I say. It's tight enough getting through here once, can I just wait? You says NO Drive through and come back through the drive through. I left and I will not be back. How stupid can your employees be? I'm a senior and going through your drive through is a bit hard and I saw no problem sitting there for a couple of minutes. Well I won't be back. The food isn't good enough to put up with stupid employees. I went to the Burger king across the street and everything was good. Great resturant I love Taco Bell! The Cantina Bowl is the greatest thing TB has ever had! Hats off to lovely Venezuelan chef Lorena Garcia for perfecting this wonderful masterpiece of a dish! This place is horrible. The customer service was absurd and nonexistent. I put in my order through the drive thru and the lady didn't hear my right the first time. So I repeated it and she said "oh okay". So I pull up to the window and she is on the phone not acknowledging me for a couple minutes. She then charges my card without saying anything and walking off away from the window. I get the receipt back a few minutes later, and it's not even the right order. I ask her to change it and she says "yeah I can do that, I haven't even made your food yet." Now I'm not one to judge, but she had dandruff on her shirt everywhere. She puts one glove on to go back and make the food, hands me the bag and says "here". I take it and drive away to check it... I have dandruff and hair in the food. I throw it directly in the dumpster. It seems this location really needs to get a grip and consider you to fire and who to keep as employees, maybe do a total strip down of the entire workforce and do regular inspections from management.
