They got our entire order wrong. when taking the order the worker didn't even ask what drink we wanted with our order. we ordered two tacos with no lettuce one with sour cream they gave no sour cream and both tacos had lettuce. i order my quesadilla with no sauce because I can't have spicy food and they still gave me a regular quesadilla with sauce on it. the only thing they got right was the drinks after we had to tell the what we wanted because they didn't even ask. I had order a Cinnabon iced coffee however Instead of telling me they couldn't make my coffee they proceeded to give a hot coffee with a splash of milk in it, no flavored syrup whatsoever. The coffee tasted like it sat overnight and then they warmed it back up. read more

When we received our food in the bag, it was not assembled well. One item came in a container with a lid that didn't even match...so our entire entree spilled out in the bag. Then our two quesadillas were not very edible for the fact of how they were assembled and put in the sleeve . Six tacos took 20ish minutes to make. I could do that faster. Place was fairly nice-looking, even though it was attached to a gas station. Food was fine - what I expected from a typical Taco Bell. Service was very slow and they didn't appear very organized. Staff was polite enough, but someone had a major spill right inside the entry door, and the staff took about 10 minutes to get to it and then just put a cone to warn people instead of cleaining it up. As others have said it's attached to a gas station and not all that clean. Some opportunity for improvement, but at least the food was OK once we finally got it. read more

I was not happy with the Taco Bell off of I-95 in SC. They were attached to a Shell gas station. This was the worst Taco Bell food I have ever been served. The hard shells were no good and fell into pieces after I took one bite of my taco. Of course I was already on the road when I started eating and did not want to turn around with four hours left of my trip. Even the meat tasted different than what I am served at the Taco Bell near my house. I also thought it was odd that the cashier gave me a nickname. He asked for my name for the order and I told him Michelle. So I was confused when they called for Shelly and said your order is ready. The staff were friendly which is why I gave two stars. This is one of the nastiest of nasty. Staff is rude and slow! It's basically a fast food joint attached to two dirty restrooms and a set of gas pumps. This location of Taco Bell is very unorganized. Upon entering building you notice trash on the floor. It was a little over 25 minutes to get the food. Not many other choices in the area so we decided to wait. The order was incorrect. The cashier did not have any change so she was making a list of names and how much money she owed them. The employee took leak at the urinal and walked out to make some more Taco Bell holding his wang zipping up straight from the urinal to the kitchen. By far THE BEST location! I hesitate visiting one in other towns because i know they will most likely disappoint me when compared to what I am use to! 90% of the time you get a taco that is FULL, just like the picture shown! When i say full, i mean with an even amount of meat/lettuce/cheese! The breakfast crew is amazing! Always in an upbeat/positive mood! Being right off of i95 (and the best option for food on that exit) lunch time gets VERY busy! Some days you may have to wait longer for your food, but still worth the wait! Only 5% of the time do i get pitiful portions- and i eat their WAY too often- so my 5% means "VERY rarely"! The staff takes note of frequent customers, often call you by name and let you know they appreciate you stopping by routinely! They always talk to my child in the back seat and make her feel just as special! Maybe it's the small town personality, but they are very personal and truly value their customers ....and it shows! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. To start off with when we are ordering the guy could not seem to focus on us and was constantly looking around, making faces and constantly removing and reapplying his hat. Then after ordering and paying when we had to wait for a good 5 minutes just for our cups. Please note the place was dead so it was not due to having to serve other customers. My boyfriend wanted tea to which they replied they were out of. Yet the tea dispensers were still set up. So we settled for soda. It was flat and the machine had clearly not been cleaned. We found the cleanest table which was covered in food that I had to clean off. We put our drinks down and proceeded to get our condiments. There were no forks or napkins. We had to go ask. Then we are given the paper towels you typically find in a bathroom. We finally get our food after probably 15 minutes. The nachos I ordered had the minimal amount of toppings which was not that good I may add. 1/2 of my nachos were thrown out due to not having any toppings. My soft shell taco was hard and stale to the point it was cracking. It was 95% bread, lettuce and tomatoes. It had a tiny bit of sour cream and meat. My boyfriend ordered 4 burritos and they were 1/2 the size they normally are. They had hardly any filling at all and looked burnt on the outside. To top it off while we were eating I saw the cashier come out to "clean" the lobby. He had no rags or any type of cleaning supplies. He simply wiped food off the tables with his hand and onto the floor. Then went back behind the register without washing his hands. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. We paid $24.00 for over half the food to go to waste and to eat in a filthy environment. We will not be repeat customers and do not recommend anyone to go there. read more
