Great service made my food super fast and it's super clean no complaints 10/10 will come again

Order a burrito and 15 fire sauces but they gave me 12. This is the most pathetic thing to say that we only gave 12 for one burrito order. Every other places I been to give you as expected from the kiosk. This place SUCK..! Won't be coming to here again...! read more

I wasn't feeling like Starbucks, wanted something quick so I pulled into Taco Bell. The breakfast burrito was uniquely lacking in flavor but the good natured teen at the drive through window armed me with packets of hot sauce (though I didn't ask for 10!) Really, the best thing was the service at the drive through- polite and upbeat. read more

So very disappointed in the customer service. My friend and I waited over an hour for our order and we were dining in. Made our order at the kiosk, but wanted to pay in cash. The young girl at the counter who we asked about our order could not speak English. She should not be handling the counter if she cannot communicate with the customers. We did not get an apology but instead we're scolded because they were busy. read more

Went through the drive thru and got told to pull around to the front, which we did despite only having 2 luxe boxes. Only to then watch as the entire parking lot was about 3/4 full of people all told to pull to the front and wait. After 10 minutes only 3 people had been served. It has been 20 minutes now and the parking lot has continued to be so full that even handicap parking was filled up and I only just got my food. The line was completely empty. It seems like the person working at the window was giving people their drinks and then sending them straight to the front. If this is a new thing with management not wanting people to sit at the window (the most likely option) they need new management. If not? They still need new management. How is anyone so poorly trained at their job that they fill an entire parking lot with angry people waiting for food they overpaid for? Just foul. read more

I went in with a promo coupon from a Sharks game. 3 goals gets each person 3 free tacos. They are a participating location. They had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't help me, and just said "try the app" which I didn't have. If they're a participating location, they should know what in talking about, especially if it's the manager. Disappointed read more

Waited for our take out order of five items for 30 minutes. Our party was finished long before we got our food. A doordasher was there and said he waited 40 minutes already. Inside, service and area are great. But going through the drive through is incredibly slow

If I could I'd really give them a zero star, yes their food is completly fine and nice, but their service just sucks. First of all, their system messed up my order, so of course I went up to talk to the worker about it trying to fix whatever was going wrong. Second of all, their employees suck, when I try to communicate with their workers they just give an attitude like no that's your problem do your things right. I was trying to tell her that it wasn't my problem and requesting to switch that wrong order to what I actually ordered and that I was willing to pay the difference in prices between them if there were any. However, she just said "No if you want what your order go make a new order I'm not switching for you", and she just started laughing and walked away. read more

I left another review (from a different Yelp account) several years ago--this was after I had noticed that the food quality (even for Taco Bell) had plummeted. I could go into what the food was like 40+ years ago (it was actually delicious and much higher quality), but this review is about how moronic the employees are here and the high prevalence of mistakes (and stupid mistakes). Ordering certain items without cheese should be EASY for them, unless they are high (a definite possibility these days) or stupid (or quite possibly a combination of the two). Once you know the score in regard to the situation at this location, you have to assume responsibility for going here. It's obvious that by now they have no plans to hire employees who have half a brain cell or get their act together. The food is shite and it's horrible for you--eat something healthy and go somewhere else. read more

I came to this Taco Bell after the Petaluma location botched my DoorDash order. In that order, I ordered the Mexican pizza meal, which comes with taco supremes and an order of nachos. I received two regular tacos and a tub of cheese. DoorDash refused to credit me properly, so I opted to go place the order myself at a different store. Via the drive thru I ordered the same thing but asked for just chips, no cheese. The bag I received was bigger and hefty and I saw the chips and what appeared to be tacos, so I thought all was good. Once home, I saw I received a regular taco, a quesadilla, and some sort of thick burrito, but the chips were there. The person who took the order seemed friendly n but the young man at the window acted as though work was the last place he wanted to be. I get not enjoying being at work as I work in phone customer service, but you need to at least pay attention - a friendly demeanor goes a long way. It seems to be apparent that some sort of regional manager needs to do their job and address management at each location. If I learned anything, it's that I need to either take a break from Taco Bell or permanently give up crappy Mexican food in favor of the real thing. read more

The tacos were so good and the Pepsi was freshhh. I got it through DoorDash and the packaging was perfect.

Disgusting they used rancid oil for their fried stuff. Smelled foul and tasted awful and bitter. Don't go here.

This Taco Bell needs better management at times. Something seems to be constantly broken and the workers have a hard time understanding your order. Majority of the workers seem to be college students so they don't know how to yet control angry customers so management needs to step up and ensure the fast food chain runs smoothly. read more

Said they were open until 3. Had a cashier respond with "have a good night" at 2am and refuse service. Lazy!!!

This location is always out of the syrup for their sprite. 3rd time it's happened. I wish I took a sip before I left.

Very disappointed with this place. Ordered some food here along with nacho fries and avocado ranch sauce. This Taco Bell with all the rest usually gets the sauce wrong. The employees don't seem to spend the time looking at order fully and that's why they get it wrong 99% of the time. Well this time I got no sauce at all. So how do you eat room temperature nacho fries without sauce you ask, you don't! I had to toss them in the trash. What a waste of money. Apparently some employees need better training. I guess in this day in age this is the new norm. read more

This morning I wanted to try the new breakfast burritos. When I walked up to the counter I observed an employee sitting in the office at the computer with gloves on. She got up, walked to the counter and took my order. I paid in cash and she gave me my change, still wearing the original gloves. She then proceeded to make my burrito and never changed her gloves. I was discussed by the fact I don't know how long she had been wearing those gloves and what they touched before handling my food. With the danger of spreading Covid, I recommend the Owner / manager enact a strict policy that whenever an employee handles food they put on new gloves every time. read more

The most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever visited. They are always out of food including hot sauce because they can't seem to figure out how to order correctly. This Taco Bell is constantly disappointing. Every time I have come to this one, something has gone wrong with the exception of maybe once. The food is always either made incorrectly or there are items left out. Last night 1/6/22, I ordered on the app for my fiancé and myself at about 6:45PM. I decided to go inside to pickup the food rather than wait in the drive thru. When I got inside, there were quite a few people waiting as well. I stood by the "mobile order pick up" sign for about 10 minutes and another customer walked up to the counter to ask about his order and there was no record of his order at all. The employee that was working the counter and the drive thru had to have the customer wrote his order down on a napkin. When I finally got to the counter to ask about my order, it had been about 20 minutes of waiting. The employees making the food for the drive thru were going quickly and moving the drive thru along with no issues. The employees making the food for customers inside the restaurant were going extremely slow and at times were just standing there doing nothing. It seemed as if those employees were intentionally going slow or refusing to work. A manager or GM finally came over and looked at my order to make it and she gave me my bag of food. When I got back to my car, my fiancé checked the food and there were still 3 items missing. I had to go back inside once again and waited about another 15 minutes before I got the rest of the items. I waited about an hour in total just to get my order. Talking with other people inside and overhearing others talking, I picked up on the fact that other customers had waited just as long or longer. There was a customer next to me that had ordered on the touch screens inside the restaurant and ordered one item but still waited an hour for his food. The employees were having to take certain customers receipts in order to see what they had ordered and make it via the receipt. There was never an explanation as to what was going on to have customers waiting that long. read more

I've been waiting for 30 minutes for my order, not very busy here at all and the kitchen looks fully staffed so really no excuse. Worst part is listening to some one cackling at the top of their lungs and seeing them screwing around in the prep line instead of making my freaking order. Wait! Need to revise my earlier "worst part " comment , worst part was when I came out of the restaurant and found an SUV parked so close to my car that there's no room to open the driver side door. One thing for certain, I'm not climbing over a passenger seat and console to get to the driver's seat. No way, nope not happening. I go back to the restaurant and no surprise the car belongs to an employee that just started her shift. Now, I can't imagine why the employees are allowed to take up prime parking spots right in front the restaurant. Seriously, any sane owner interested in ensuring customer satisfaction would reserve the prime spots for paying customers but it is what it is I suppose. Altogether my experience today reminded me of exactly why I seldom visit fast food restaurants these days. The service sucks! Hey, I learned something today... Yelp won't allow a no-star review. Hmm, a single star is much too generous. read more

Today, I drove into the parking lot and almost turned around and left because many of the parking spots were taken and there were cars in the drive thru (reading the reviews for this store, I feared of the wait time). I am glad that I did not leave. When I got into the store, I was pleasantly surprised that the line was actually moving. I was able to order and received my order (Double Chalupa Box) within a reasonable wait time. I then noticed that there were actually 5 to 6 people working in the store. First time that I have seen so many employees in this store. That was the reason for the improved service. Hope that this is not a one off experience and that their improved customer service will become their regular customer service. read more
