I don't eat out a lot but yesterday I was moving around the city and decided to grab something while on the road. I chose, this Taco Bell, I live near it. I have had Taco's before and enjoy the "beef tacos". There's mixed opinions according to web comments on Tacos and how they're served. Some say cold some say hot. I prefer warm-hot. I ordered 2 beef tacos and they were barely warm. I will say they were tasty and I enjoyed them but a bit warmer would have been better. The young woman at the counter who served me was polite, the price was fair, and the dining area was clean. When I finished, I wanted to wash my hands.The bathroom needed to be cleaned. :( I still give it a 4 rating! read more

During the pandemic, this place has not been stepping up. Service at the drive-through is super slow, and the lines always seem so long that it is hardly worth it to wait most of the time. They have also gotten orders wrong on a number of occasions, or just been very confused about what relatively simple orders are. I have pretty much stopped going here, and if I find myself with a craving for this type of food I will go to the other locations in the Rochester area and avoid this one. This one only survives because of high volume and a good location near a few other things. They certainly are not making it on service. If I could give zero stars I would. I went there with my fiancé on 9/30 at 7pm. Let me start by saying I am vegan so after he ordered I asked the girl at the counter what vegan recommendations she had. I am 69 years old and no child! She looked at me and asked if it was like vegetarian and I said no trying to explain. The conversation was going no where so I told her to never mind...I didn't want anything and I would follow up with their corporate regarding their vegan options (which is impossible!). She then went into the back and brought out Jordan, they had a short talk regarding vegan and vegetarian, and then Jordan turned to me and said that I needed to back off. Seriously? Shocked does not begin to explain how I felt so at that point I just left the restaurant planning to follow up which I did. On Monday Peter contacted me and seemed understanding until we got into a discussion about the vegan cheese sauce and how it hadn't been released yet. That wasn't my point....my point was they claim to have vegan options but their employees don't understand what they are.Eventually he just stopped responding. You can't make this up! I have tried to contact corporate unsuccessfully multiple times and at this point I'm completely done! To top it all off, I got a soggy, mediocre at best beefy crunch burrito (which are normally heaven in every bite) AND 11 out of 12 cinnamon delight thingys. I paid for 12 and only got 11. Observe. I wish I could start off this review with a 0 star rating. I arrived at this restaurant at 11:15PM, waited 20 mins, and was refused service when they do not close until 12:00 AM. The food meets expectations, but the atmosphere is a bit lacking. In the past this place screwed up a drive thru order so I just go in when it's not busy like mid afternoon. It's a busy area and I don't expect them to be perfect. When I walk in I see this over the top kiosk thing for placing orders along with the modern like-Starbucks-but-not-like-Starbucks Taco Bell interior, which kind of gave me the impression that corporate is trying a little too hard to make the place seem hip while simultaneously overlooking the basics of an overall good customer experience. The biggest thing I noticed, though, is after I got my food and made my way across the Taco Bell to find a booth, the place was pretty dirty to the point where I had to clear off a table. Later I saw an employee come thru and clean off some of the other tables, so it's not like they weren't trying, but still. The other annoying thing was that there was obnoxiously loud music playing nonstop as if they were trying to have a club vibe or something. I understand taking safety precautions due to covid, but they only allow orders to be picked up inside if it's through Doordash or Uber Eats, not any online orders. I understand you don't want people spending time in the lobby placing orders, butvan online order through the app would take the exact same amount of time to pickup as a delivery service would do. The drive-thru line is literally backed up onto the very busy main road that its on. Takes over 30 min to go through the drive -thru. This is ridiculous especially seeing how other locations have their lobby open. read more

This is a great place to go after buying new shirts at Irondequoit Mall if Irondequoit Mall still existed. Due to my long time issue with hating tomatoes, I always requested my Soft Taco Supremes come without tomatoes. Once in a while it worked out in my favor. If the hot guy was working, it didn't really help the tomato situation, but at least I could dream of marrying a hot Taco Bell employee. read more

Terrible customer service. After having my order messed up pretty much every time I've been to this location, I decided to check my food before pulling out of the parking lot and noticed it was wrong (shocker). I pulled back around the doors they had just closed dining in 10 minutes prior but there was a female employee outside smoking.. so I asked if she could correct my order and exchange the wrong food with what I ordered and was on my receipt.. she said she couldn't let me in because it was after hours which I was fine with I just wanted my correct order. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to get in the drive through line again which i had already waited in for 30 mins to get the wrong order. I said I'd rather not wait another 30 mins or longer when I already waited and I would rather get a refund! So she took my bag of food inside and came back out the door to hand me my money, But couldn't exchange the 3 tacos I politely asked for because she could get fired for bringing the food to the door after hours.. but coming back out to hand me my money is completely fine I suppose? read more

I went to the east ridge Taco Bell and my cashier was really nice. I asked for a breakfast quesadilla and a mini beefy one. The worker in the back (ISSA) starts yelling out loud that lunch is not till 9am, that she could not make the mini beefy quesadilla. I politely tell my cashier that I don't want it. A male worker starts telling ISSA to make the quesadilla because they already had meat out. She starts yelling at him too saying she is going to clock out and does not have time for that shit. She's repeating that lunch is not till 9am and was complaining about making the food when it was close to lunch time. I yell at my cashier to take off the mini quesadilla because I did not want it. Wow right now. The manager at Taco Bell on Ridge needs to be fired immediately. Not only did they fuck up my loaded potato griller when it clearly says no bacon after I waiting in line for 10 minutes, but then when I parked my car to go inside and get what I ordered, the doors were locked and the manager refused to let me inside and insisted that I go wait in line which is now triple the length in order for me to either get my money back or get my right food. As there are a group of kids walking out and an older lady still sitting inside. I say the door clearly says the dine in is open till 10 and its 9:30. Still nothing and closes the door and then finally comes back with what I ordered. Like how fucking hard is it to read exactly what it says off a screen. And you dumbasses want $15 an hour? Gtfo.
