I hadn't had Taco Bell in years but was excited to visit on my lunch break when I found out that the "Mexican Pizza" was back. I ordered my food and while the customer service was lackluster the worker was pleasant enough. When i opened my bag I was surprised to see brown napkins like the kind that are from a bathroom roll or industrial roll and not actual napkins that you typically receive for food which i found to be off putting. Yeah, I know total junk food but I still occasionally like their Doritos Loco Tacos. On Tuesday June 29, 2021 I went (did not feel like cooking at home) with my daughter. We both enjoy the Cinnamon Twists for decades but NOT last night. It was the most disgusting new flavoring of CINNAMON TWISTS!!! It was sweeten with an artificial sweetener, the cinnamon tasted old and there was a pepper spice added as well. THERE WAS ZERO SUGAR! It was NASTY. After eating 1.5 we threw the remainder in the trashcan. It's almost like this was a revenge payback - we had to change the order (which we apologized for as well). We waited some time for our food-- we ordered off of their new kiosk system which was simple and efficient , however, priority seemed to be the drive-thru. 40 minutes later and no food, we told one of the workers we hadn't received anything and she asked how long ago we ordered, and then said "that's a long time!". She then told someone but they still didn't start making our food An hour later, we notified staff again that we hadn't received our food. This time a gentleman was very helpful and acknowledged us and even made our order fresh. I didn't get anything I asked for and my cinnamon twists tasted a little bitter and earwax-y-- however the food was still okay and I'll probably be back again. But what I can't understand is the employee that always parks her black car in the Mobil pick up parking. That is designed for customers. Not for you while you are working. Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited by far. No one is manning the front cash register even though there are 7 people in the kitchen. Drive through order was incorrect. Wrong drink, missing item. Volcano burrito didn't have volcano sauce, and it took them 10 minutes to resolve the missing item issue. It's difficult to understand why such an inefficient system is in place. read more

This was the first time they've messed up on my order and it wasn't even during a busy time of the day. I'd ordered two chipotle ranch chicken burritos and two spicy potato tacos... and got one hard shell taco (with beef) and three spicy potato tacos. The lady at the window offered us no explanations and just handed us the wrong food like it was the right one. Unfortunately, I don't eat beef or something as heavily processed, so I could only eat the spicy potato salads. For some reason, they have a worker standing out taking orders before cars can get to the voice box. The customers order with the worker, and then the worker holds them there. Waited about 15 min+ per car. This is the second time they have done this in the last couple weeks at this location. The worker tried to blame the cars ahead for the hold up but its hard to believe that. It seems like they are trying to fake/fluff up their numbers and make it seem like they are doing better than they are. Very bad customer service this morning. I had to wait to pay for my food and use the restroom. And one lady asked me if I needed anything, and then they started making my food. All the while they were hidden in the back talking. It was a bad experience you might need to address. On a positive note, you should give a raise or at least a 100 dollar gift card to the employee (male) outside working hard, cleaning the windows and exterior of the building. He was the only one working hard. Well that's my 2 cents, take it or leave it. But seriously make that guys Christmas, cause he's a hard worker, and you may need to retrain those other employees in the art of customer service. read more

Never had a good experience here, rarely get all my food I ordered. Staff was talking about having g*y s*x while they were serving me, which made me very uncomfortable. Once I came here after getting off a 12 hr flight the staff was rude and rolled their eyes because they didn't hear my order correctly. That means there are times between orders where nothing is being prepared or cooked until the next order is taken. This makes no sense to me. I have come of age--in an undesired way! I came here for lunch, and the young, fairly new cashier rang up one wrong item: a Smothered Burrito instead of a Burrito Supreme, and when the order was ready, the Smothered Burrito was what I was presented with. The order was quickly corrected after I returned the unordered item, even though it looked appealing. Until this time I didn't even know a Smothered Burrito existed as a possibility. I'll have to try it another time when my mind is set for and intent on burrito smotherization. Yet what was memorable here was this was the first time I was given a Senior Discount without asking for one. I know I'm in trouble in the "Looks Department" now. But, luckily, I'm already married. So, by punching in a "Smothered Burrito," the price I was supposed to pay for a Burrito Supreme was elevated 50 cents on the bill. But the Senior Discount on the higher bill saved me 51 cents, so I let the few cents I would be owed for a Burrito Supreme as a Senior go as a good faith error and a wash. The food itself was typical Taco Bell Americanized Mexican fare, which was just what I was in the mood for this particular afternoon. You have to be let into the locked restroom here by the cashier, and on this date the men's room was messy, with paper towels strewn on the floor. But the food outside was filling and satisfying.
