This is a large, super nice, new Taco Bell that is conveniently located on Arlington Avenue near Riverside Municipal Airport. The parking area is huge and the decor is upscale and elegant for a fast food restaurant and has a very inviting ambiance for customers. The drive thru orders are taken and filled at lighting speed by Serena G. who ensures that the orders are given to the customers seamlessly with a smile and happy greeting. The manager, Nancy, has the oversight over this very nice location and responds professionally and courteously to any questions or requests such as explaining different menu items. This is certainly an upscale restaurant exceeding expectations of any fast food operation and I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend! read more

The food is good but they insist that you use the kiosks for ordering dine in meals. But the kiosks are too low for me to use since a recent spinal injury. I can't bend over easily. Then you have to wait for your cup to get a drink. Half the time they forget the drink cups. Almost never get a napkin when I order from the kiosk. I stand at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order and then they run by telling me to use the stupid kiosk. They only gave us 1 of the crunchwraps and 1 Baja blast and the Crunchwrap they gave us had meat on it. We did Postmates so couldn't return the food. I asked for a minute in the drive thru. The attendant didn't return for at least 5 minutes before I could order my food. I ordered my food and was behind one vehicle before I could proceed to the window. The vehicle in front of me was at the window for approximately 10 minutes before I could proceed to pay and receive my food. I pull up to find out they are only taking cash as their card reader is down. I told the attendant I had no cash on me. The attendant got her manager, and the manager specified the same I told the manager I had no cash, only my card. The manager said she couldn't give me my food for free. I asked the manager what she planned to do with my food if I couldn't pay. She stated the food would be thrown away. I asked the manager if she could throw the food away early, in my mouth. I saw this location being built and when it finally opened I obviously had some tacos it was very close to my house at the time.I have consistently had the food here so I am a long time customer. That being said I have a lot of things I would like to address since opening. The tacos never have enough cheese throughout the course of 5 years i don't know why that has no change to if it's been consistent I always have to be given a new taco. the restrooms are locked after each customer why is there a dine in area designed by the restroom if it can't be used by consumers without the inconvenience of waiting and asking. McDonald's never does this such thing Taco Bell has enough money to fix their problems I'm very dissatisfied. the customer service has always been the same. First let me say that I am on a keto diet. I was told that the chicken power bowl was keto friendly by not including beans, rice, sour cream, or pico de gallo. I asked the clerk if I could substitute those items with more lettuce and was told no. I asked to speak to the manager and was given the same answer. The only reason this place is even getting a 1-Star from me is because the food at least came out hot. This is the 2nd time in a row we've had our order not right from this store, and for the same exact thing. I will start with our previous order which was 6/15/2021. We had ordered 2 Grande Nacho Boxes (along with some other items). One swapped ground beef for Steak, the 2nd was ground beef swapped for Chicken. When we got them, instead of swapping out the ground beef in both they just added the Steak and Chicken that we had wanted, so they both had the beef and other meat. Tonight (6/20/2021) we ordered 1 Grande Nacho Box that was supposed to have the ground beef swapped out for steak. And just like the previous time, they put BOTH the ground beef and steak. We had even checked at the drive thru to see if they got it right, unfortunately the beef was hidden under everything else so we didn't see it until the person who ordered it began eating at home. The ground beef completely changes the flavor because of however they season or whatever. We also ordered a Quesarito that was supposed to have no Chipotle Sauce. Instead it had no Chipotle Sauce and No Ground Beef. I am very disappointed in this TB store. They don't seem to know what 'Swapped' means. What's even more "interesting" is that this review had started out as me writing them directly, but you have to give a 'Valid Store Address' and even though I copied and paste the address they give you from the 'Locations', the message form couldn't find this store. The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the cheese was just a block and was not even melted I also ordered a green bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and they gave me a whole different burrito. When I asked them to correct their order they said that I would have to pay for the sour cream in my burrito when I had already paid for it. Even if i didn't it should be for the inconvenience. During this whole time the manager is communicating thru a worker not once did the manager show his or her face to say I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything.
