We ordered on the app and it was ready about 4 minutes later when we were pulling into the parking lot. I was impressed with that until we opened our very squished bag. The lady at the counter was clearly tweaking on something and she must have pressed down on our bag to fold the top and add a sticker to close it. The taco shells were broken so that was a huge disappointment. The ingredients were fresh and they did a good job on adding lettuce and cheese. We also ordered the value menu stackers and the bean and rice burrito and they were excellent. The dining room was clean and warm. It was chilly out so I did enjoy being comfortable enough to eat there. If the taco shells weren't broken I would have given 4 stars. It's great that the lady on drugs has a job but management should put her in the back and not at the front counter. It was a bit uncomfortable dealing with someone who was high as a kite. The three of us ate for $20.00 so I like the price point for sure. We go here when we visit from the coast and I'm sure we will go back. read more

This place has a bad omen. I have often seen confrontations at the drive thru, because there is 2 lanes merging into one lane and often someone doesn't want to wait their turn. This Taco Bell has friendly employees and good service however having two entrances to the drive thru is problematic. When you are on your lunch hour and pressed for time and someone comes through the side entrance and cuts you off when its your turn to order and you have three people in line behind you waiting to order as well its very rude and obnoxious of people. This Taco Bell needs to take notice they have a HUGE problem and fix it. Its a daily event and rude people who abuse the side entrance need to be stopped. Taco Bell needs to close and permanently shut down the side entrance. You are going to lose your nice good paying patrons if you don't because everyone is tired of this treatment and this is a safety issue. Threats of violence are present in your drive thru daily between people due to this issue. When you are sued for being on notice of this dangerous condition when someone is hurt in your drive thru on your property maybe then you will heed this warning. read more

Although it was a 3 star experience for me, I did recognize two employees that were working especially hard. Kayla and Rebecca on 10/13/24, were amazing. We noticed they were picking up on a lot of slack their fellow coworkers were showing, we had nacho fries come out very soggy, so of course we asked for fresh ones, and Kayla immediately started working on them and brought them to us piping hot, and they were great! The place honestly isn't that bad, every worker there is really kind and respectful, they get their job done to the best of their potential being that the lines both in the drive thru and inside are always so long. The food is always good however there are two things I'd complain about is the location, it's not in a good area, but that's out of their control with what kind of strangers lurk nearby. The second thing is, but as with most food places, you always need to check your bag. The few times we've been there there's either our sauces missing, no napkins, forks, etc...just little items that make a difference so just always check before you leave. One star all day. This Taco Bell is fu*ked up. The drive thru is designed so that people can pop in and cut you off, even if you've been waiting before them. I've never wanted to jump out and start some sh*t more than when that happens. Maybe that says something about me, though. The homeless also like to hang out on the benches outside. One homeless guy dug through their trash and used tortillas and misc toppings he found to throw together makeshift tacos/burritos.
