I was there today around 140pm. And they only had 2 line people and 1 lady running the drive through & the front lobby. It was busier than heck. This location should just shut down; they simply can't get orders right. If you are unfortunate enough to need to eat here, always ask for a printed receipt and check your order before you leave. I've been getting breakfast burritos here before work for several years because they are inexpensive and halfway decent, but lately this location just can't seem to give me what I actually ordered. Slowest Taco Bell ever, the line takes 30-45 minutes with like three people in it. And half the time they give you the wrong food.

So not only did this im guessing manager yell at us saying fuck off, but they didn't listen to any changes we made, the manager not change his gloves after sticking his hands in the trash three times(as seen in picture below of him touching stuff with gloves on and not once changed, we were really respectfully waiting for our food the only reason we went back in is bc they put tomatoes on my food which can kill me, yelling fuck off to a customer is really unprofessional and this needs to be handled now absolutely ridiculous. read more

Try to order a burrito that was perfectly visible on the drive through menu and gave an accurate description of that item and the lady that was taking my order did not know what I was talking about. I asked that I would that the item be in a combo meal and was contradicting me that it does not come in a combo/or come with anything else such as beverage. OK then, I tried to say fine I'll just have one of those. But before I tried to order additional items for me and my family. The communication broke down. She did just said "what burrito" and "what". The lady was rude- she had a huge attitude. Ordered a breakfast Crunchwrap vegetarian and she asked "ummm, what do you want on it then?" To which I replied "Everything except the meat. A normal breakfast crunchwrap but with no sausage,bacon or steak." There were cold spots in the crunchwrap and unmelted cheese. They got 3 out of 5 thing we ordered wrong and forgot 2 things we ordered. The five layer burrito shell was harder than my hard shell. I was starving and decided to run down the street for several cheese roll ups, I ordered them received the order in about 10 seconds, good right? No, there was absolutely no cheese on any of the five I ordered. So I brought the food back up the counter with the bitten in half roll up and asked the manager if this was normal she proceed to tell me if I've ever received more cheese than that then they were preparing them wrong. I with a growling stomach walked out and now I will never eat there again. We were waiting for the food when we watched people come in and get no acknowledgment that they even entered the building.
