Homemade corn tortillas and fresh pico de Galla (diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro). Of the three veggie tacos I tried, the tofu one was actually the best; an odd combination but tofu and chimichurri on a taco works. It's easy to step next door for a beverage and a dessert if you want. They don't have anything besides tacos, and it isn't fancy, but given the amount of choices in the region, this was a pretty good one.

I've got to say I was expecting more from this place. There are a lot of taco places in the area so…read morewe were hoping that they were a staple here like they are out west and up north. I ordered the spicy Joe, the Cali chicken and a Birria taco. The spicy Joe was good, but there wasn't much to it. The crema on the Cali chicken was NOT good. Maybe I'm just not used to crema made from buttermilk?? The Birria was delicious, however I could have done without the giant jalapeños. My boyfriend also ordered Birria tacos, which he enjoyed. The roasted cauliflower taco was way too saughy though, he couldn't even take more than one bite. The service was quick and easy. You just go up, order, pay, and then they bring the food to you. So that's a plus.

SALSA WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD! Fresh tasting, with nice bright vinegar notes. Everything else…read moretasted just so-so. Refried beans had a taste that reminded me of garbage. I couldn't eat them. Prices were high, especially for Mexican food. My daughter ordered the RIBEYE (med rare) which was best dinner at our table. It had nice fat content to make it tender and it had a very delightful flavor, almost like it was cooked in bacon grease (likely was not). I ordered the chimichunga with beef. Again, the beef was good quality strips of beef (not ground beef). My dish came with a tomato onion salsa that made the dish. Add a little to each bite! I would ask for more on the side next time. My wife ordered the chorizo taco, which was literally chorizo in a flour shell...nothing else in the taco...no onions, no culantro, not tomatos, just chorizo. This is supposed to be a Mexican specialty and they didn't do it justice. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR BILLING PRACTICES - I entered tip on first receipt, as usual. Then they brought me a final receipt with no signature required. I asked waitress and she said they just add tip without signature. I said I wanted a receipt with signature to sign. She sent me to manager which again gave me a receipt without signature. I again asked for a proper receipt to sign. He finally gave me one but it had an additional charge of over $2 such that it didnt match my receipt where i added tip. He said it was a credit card surcharge, as notified on back of register (you pay at table). I am suspicious now and will check credit card statement to be sure my card is charged properly.

It's not my job to ask how you are. This worker used to be one of my favorites. She was always nice to us and kept good conversation but in the last few months, she has been extremely rude and unfriendly. She always has a smart remark to make and she has crossed the line today.
